We had a nice stay and it was fairly close to the West entrance of Yellowstone.

The house and property were great. The location was an easy drive to West Yellowstone. Everything we needed was available in the house. We enjoyed a campfire in the backyard and would have taken advantage of the hot tub but ran out of time. I would definitely rent again.

The only issues we had were 1) the hot tub would not come down in temperature but it was addressed and fixed immediately! 2) the washer is really noisy and the dryer door is hard to close but we made the best of it and because we loved it!

House was very nice and as described. Washing machine is extremely LOUD! Taking the trash to the dumpster could have been a problem on the Harley's but we had 1 car with our group. Last they could put the house numbers on the street side of the house or deck to make it a little easier to know which is the correct house.

Cabin was beautiful! Located right on the golf course. Accommodated to very large families with adequate space. Kitchen was stocked with bowls, utensils, and other cooking items making a very convenient. No AC in the unit which appears to be a common thing in Idaho.Would definitely recommend this place! Approximately 2 1/2 hours from Jackson hole and a half hour from Yellowstone entrance.

Very easy and smooth booking and check in / out process. I had one question and property manager was very responsive highly recommend staying here especially for family events

Great stay, awesome location for snowmobiling. Close to robins roost grocery store and gas station. Spacious cabins great accommodating owners.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and it was not a disappointment. The amenities were great, a great location, and very comfy and cozy.

We had a great stay with our extended family. We saw some wildlife nearby including a fox. Great location.

Some minor cleanliness issues but all in all the place worked out great. Island Park is a beautiful area to check out. We used the hot tub and fire pit while there with no problems.

The cabin my family and I stayed at was nice and quant. It provided all the amenities that we needed for our stay. The location was excellent as well. With a golf course attached to the property, we were able to play a few holes in between our other planned activities. The owners were also very responsive and checked in often to make sure we were well taken care of.

Be careful booking this property. The place was filthy when we checked in. We spent the first few hours of our vacation cleaning and we’re not really clean freaks. There was also leftover pet food in one of the rooms downstairs and it smelled horribly like when dog. When we got there, the windows were open with fans on trying to air it out (just that room specifically). There was pet hair all over the cabin and some of the bedding smelled pretty bad. When we contacted the property manager, she offered no help. The propane tank was empty for the bbq grill and the property manager said we would need to go fill it if we wanted to use the grill even though the group before us was responsible for that and the property details clearly states that there is a grill there to use. When we vacuumed the cabin on the first day, we filled the entire canister with pet hair. It was disgusting not only to see that, but to realize the cabin wasn’t cleaned in between guests. We had to empty the canister 3 times with dirt and pet hair… granted- we hadn’t even unloaded our stuff from our cars yet. We were so bummed to have had this happen to our family for our vacation, but even worse when we didn’t have any help from the property manager. Later in the week, there was a stray golf ball that broke a window (the cabin is right on the golf course). We alerted the property manager and within an hour there was someone there to check it out and we had to change our plans to show him the window. So sad to know that a cracked window that didn’t effect our stay got immediate attention and everything that did effect us didn’t get any attention at all. I honestly got so fed up at this point. I know it was one of the busiest times of the year, but the owners might need to schedule more time in between guest stays to account for some of these issues. We’ve stayed in this area every year for 10+ years and this was hands down the worst experience we’ve ever had with a cabin rental and I would hate for any other family to have a similar experience with their trip.

I would recommend this to those with large groups. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed if you decided to cook instead of going out Had a few minor problems otherwise I would’ve rated it a 5 . Great location

We wanted something close to the rental places and not too far off the main roads that time of year. Nice place to stay.
