Good location, felt safe, clean. Host was friendly. Enjoyed our stay.

We had a fantastic time staying here. Happy was very helpful and generous, he makes some awesome homemade ice cream that he was always willing to share. He also gave us some awesome advice on where to go for dinner or for a morning coffee. I would definitely recommend staying here for anyone traveling through Kanab.

Happy is a great host, friendly and personable. The room was clean and cute with a view and front seating you can't get in a hotel.

Happy was a great host. Attuned to the needs of his clients. We had a change of plans due to the heat. One item that was not evident to arrival. Web site pictures showed a room air conditioner. The room was conditioned by house air. However it really wasn't adequate.

I went up to Kanab on personal walkabout and stayed at Happy's place. He is a great guy and the room I stayed in was very clean and comfy. Easy to get to Zion and Bryce. Will never forget this trip.

We had a great time in Happy's apartment, it is very homey, and clean, and it is very conveniently located for visiting Zion and Bryce national parks. Happy, thank you so much for your hospitality!

We only did an overnight but it was perfect for that. Clean, comfortable, quiet and dark at night. Would definitely stay there again next time I’m in the Kanab area.

The property was just as advertised and met all of our needs while visiting in Kanab. Happy was very quick at communicating, provided us with great suggestions on what to do while in the area, and even did a load of laundry for us. What a pleasant stay and fun time getting to know Happy.

After spending each night of our 8-night vacation in a different place, we should have booked at least two nights for this location. The property was clean, comfortable, and very close to town, like a 5 minute drive. We had such a great evening sitting out to watch the sunset and stargazing. The St George airport is an easy and pretty drive, as are the surrounding parks. Highly recommend this property, and we hope to come back again!

Happy and ZuZu were both great at communicating and even offered an additional mattress when I had friends visit for a weekend! The place was very quiet and clean and close to downtown Kanab. The neighborhood felt very safe and having access to the VW Westfalia was super cool!

My parents spent their anniversary here. Happy was extremely helpful and informative. He baked cookies and welcomed them both with open arms. My parents say that the room was clean and the property was well managed. It was quiet and comfortable. There's a lot of wildlife and hiking opportunities. They spent a lot of time exploring in nature and the town itself. Happy was a great tour guide who provided them with a map and many suggestions of sites to see.

This is a sweet, quiet and private space with lovely views. The space is clean and pretty, basic but completely adequate. Coffee maker, microwave and little fridge makes some simple meals easy; interior space is very relaxing and peaceful; patio in front is a lovely spot to relax in the late afternoon/evening. Host is very responsive and friendly, lots of good and helpful ideas but not at all intrusive.

We were in the area to do some hiking and see the sights in the nearby parks. We appreciated our host’s friendliness and enjoyed some great conversation. We enjoyed the shady front patio in the evening.

I highly recommend booking the Bus Stop Inn! It was a perfect location for us to cross over into AZ to hike the Antelopes and Horse Shoe bend then the next day drive to Zion! Happy was an incredible host, he gave us great recommendations for hikes around the area and good restaurants. He also was always available to answer any questions we had at anytime with a quick response time. I can’t stress enough how great of an experiment we had!! Thanks again Happy we will definitely be returning!

We had a fantastic stay in Kanab, in no small part due to our fantastic host. His knowledge of the areas in southern Utah and Arizona was amazing. The space was comfy and just what we needed - conveniently located adjacent to everything in a quiet residential area. His advice also never failed to provide great places to go and fantastic places to eat in the Kanab area. We are looking forward to staying here again in the future!

We enjoyed a peaceful and restful stay at the Bus Stop Inn. It was a great spot to sleep after long, sunny days hiking in the area parks. This was a great midway point for all of the parks. Thank you Zuzu and Happy!

My fiancé and I LOVED this place!!! it was the perfect place to stay while we visited Bryce Canyon, Zion, and the Grand Canyon. Happy was SO helpful with everything we needed! He gave us some amazing hiking recommendations that we would have never known to do without him. The ones he recommended were our favorites! Definitely the best host I have ever had, would recommend this place to everyone!!

The location of this property was super great for visiting Zion, Bryce Canyon, and we didn’t get to but Grand Canyon as well. The place was super clean and comfortable. Happy was very helpful and immensely kind, he even brought us home made cookies one night! I highly recommend a stay at this property.

We loved visiting the Bus Stop Inn! The property was cute and cozy. Happy was very hospitable and even baked delicious cookies for all the guests that weekend. The buses were fun, we had breakfast in it one morning. Overall it was lovely to get away for a couple days!

The Bus Stop Inn was great and Kanab was a wonderful town to make your home base for day trips to Bryce, Grand Canyon, Zion and many other local hiking spots. Happy was a Great and helpful host.
