The apartment is absolutely beautiful. Quiet, rural setting. Hostess was very nice. Will book again next year for a longer stay.

We truly enjoyed our time with Randy and Wilma. They were not only helpful and kiind but over our time there we became friends. Wilma provides fresh eggs, fresh homemade bread and fresh milk from their farm. The accomodations are great and there is plenty of room to relax inside and out. We enjoyed watching the cows graze as we had our morning coffee on the front porch. We would highly reccomend staying with them. A great and blessed experience.

Deck was old, not clean- didn't sit out. Fire pit not kept nice, no lawn furniture at fire pit. Was not clean cut area for stargazing so we were disappointed. Inside furniture was well used. (Not like pictures. So many spiders everywhere, (on me, the bed, ceiling, linen closet, floors). Only stayed because it was already paid for. Advertised fresh farm milk- we never had that. We did have eggs and homemade bread and brownies. There was air conditioning. Because it was not as pictured we will not stay again.

Quiet. Peaceful. Secluded. Randy and William were very kind and attentive to our needs. They went above and beyond what we could have asked or expected.

Host was super friendly and we loved their place. Such a beautiful working farm. Very happy that we picked this location.

The property was exactly as surprised; with a few added homey surprises (I'll leave it at that). The owners were very hospitable and helpful. The area has much to offer. Recommend this property to anyone! Thank you

Cozy and quiet

I had a wonderful stay at the Fountain Hill Farm in Lancaster County. The house was cozy, clean, well-supplied, and nestled on a beautiful farm. The host was friendly, and the presence of cute animals like cats, dogs, and rabbits added charm. However, the lack of air conditioning and a mildew smell on the towels were the little drawbacks. Overall, a delightful experience with a few areas for improvement.

Peace and quiet are paramount at this farm. We were close enough to activities but far away enough from busyness of Lancaster. Such hospitality, fresh milk, eggs, butter ,cookies is not the norm. Wonderful hosts and family. We would recommend to anyone who craves a break from stress.

Everything was as indicated in the listing. Very clean. Well-stocked ... we appreciated the shower supplies (as my husband forgot his), the quality of the towels and linens, and the good tp and paper towels. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable ... I slept better here than I have in weeks! The fresh eggs, milk, and bread were wonderful along with the sweet treats (brownies). We tend to keep to ourselves, but our interactions with the host family were pleasant. The apartment is conveniently located ... we spent time in Lancaster, Lititz, Intercourse - all an easy drive. Also an easy drive to Sight and Sound (15-20 minutes). We would definitely stay here again.

This is a great place to stay. Randy and Wilma are wonderful hosts and the property is very relaxing and peaceful.

Quiet and peaceful setting. Fresh milk, eggs, bread, tea and coffee to make breakfast in a full kitchen. Bed was so comfortable. I usually don't sleep well when traveling but had a good nights sleep like I was at home.

What a great place to stay. Randy and Wilma were very welcoming and friendly. We were greeted by Wilma when we arrived. She gave a tour of the apartment and left get info on the table for us. She also left us fresh baked cookies and bread along with fresh milk, butter and eggs. What a nice treat. We loved our stay and hope to make it back here to stay in the future.

We enjoyed our stay so much! Wilma was outside to greet us upon our arrival, she showed us the apartment and was so welcoming. From the fresh cookies, homemade bread, butter and fresh milk to the cleanliness and welcoming decor this is the perfect place for a getaway! Randy stopped to welcome us and he and my husband had a nice conversation about their farm. We would highly recommend this beautiful little apartment on a working farm.

Wilma greeted us right away when we arrived. The farm and apartment are very nice. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We would like to stay there again on another visit to Lancaster.

From the moment we arrived until the departing hugs, Wilma and Randy were the perfect hosts. Every detail attended to from the freshly baked bread, fresh milk, eggs and butter to ensuring we were aware of the best eateries. They truly made us feel like family and not guests. The property was just amazing and the apartment accommodations exceeded our expectations. We have traveled extensively throughout the US and overseas and i can honestly say this was our best VRBO experience ever. I can not rate them high enough.

We have nothing but positive things to stay about our stay on the Lapp's farm. The family is knowledgeable, warm and friendly. The apartment is spotless and the incredible homemade bread, fresh eggs and butter were a treat. We also loved watching the cows romping in the field each morning. If you need a quiet get away, this is your place.

The place we stayed at was on a working dairy farm surrounded by corn fields. Our hosts we so friendly and kind. The apartment was perfect for my husband and I. The bed was so comfortable! They even supplied milk and butter from their cows and made delicious bread. Great experience!!

It was relaxing, enjoyed the fresh eggs, milk and cookies. The kitty cats, cows and many beautiful children. Our hostess was a peach!! Definitely will stay again!

My husband and I celebrated our 45th wedding anniversary on Randy and Wilma's beautiful farm and it was PERFECT! It was just what we needed and were looking for. Randy and Wilma and their family were so kind and hospitable. The views were incredible and the cows, bunnies, kittens and pups were delightful! The peace and serenity we felt here was just what we were hoping to find. We hope to be able to return in the near future. We loved the location. This little spot was in a beautiful setting with fresh bread! Yum! The owner was very nice and made us feel comfortable! Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay on the farm. Wilma welcomed us when we arrived and had also left homemade treats in the kitchen for us. There were fresh eggs and milk and the most amazing homemade bread. Randy showed us around the barn and some of the cows. The apartment was very clean and quiet. I would highly recommend this property.

This was such a great location and such a great family to stay with. Their dairy farm was so nice and offered us a cow milking experience. The Family were so helpful and had everything from fresh farm eggs (Double Yolk) and fresh milk. Staying on the farm was a joy but meeting and interacting with Randy / Wilma and their Children was a BLESSING. My Wife and I lost our youngest Daughter on Fathers Day so this was a much need rest and enjoyment for us both. God You All Michael & Diana Queen
