The house is huge. Loved it. Had everything I didn't need to bring my usual utensils. Located perfectly close to stores and towns.

The house was very clean and lots of room. The yard was perfect for the dog. Definitely would stay again.

House was fine, but stripped unusually bare. No Hand soap in bathrooms, two kitchen trash bags and two dishwasher soap pods for a three bedroom house for the weekend. overall, nice place, good value, could be a little more "homey"

This house was very unique, spacious and full of character! Lots of cooking pots, pans and utensils. Lots of towels and clean sheets. We enjoyed our stay very much and would book again.

Our family of seven really enjoyed staying here. The house was intriguing and quirky, clean, had plenty of gathering spaces, nicely updated kitchen and appliances, and was a great space to have our five kids, ages 7months to 12. The yard was absolutely beautiful and the u-shaped driveway and parking especially convenient. Pricing was really great! We were able to explore much of the lake region from this spot, too, enjoying Taughannock Falls and Watkins Glen. Make sure to plan on a shopping trip right away to stock the house with your preferred household items: hand soap, sponges, dishwasher packs and food storage bags (especially for large families). Wegmans and Aldi are super close. Definitely recommend this place for large families!

Property is as described. Lots of room for family and pet which made the stay very comfortable for all. The property management maintained high communications and even arranged a nice dusting of snow for the holiday! :-)

This house was absolutely perfect for our family gathering. We had all of our kids and grandkids together for a pre-Christmas celebration. We had more than enough room and were able to make and eat a fabulous dinner. Thank you

We were in town for a close friends wedding. This house was conveniently located near the venue as well as downtown Canandaigua. The accommodations were fantastic and the location just across from the lake allowed for views of the water! The house is so roomy, very clean - perfect for our party of 6 adults. Everyone enjoyed their stay! Would definitely recommend to anyone and would not hesitate to book again if we are ever planning another trip to Canandaigua.

We were in town for the canlake 50. (The race start and finish was only 2 miles away! ) This house was PERFECT for my family with 5 year old boys, an 11 yo girl and their parent and grandparents! Would totally rent again if I run this race next year.

This property offers things do for the whole family. We had fun hiking the trails, swimming in the lake and ending the day with a family cook out by the fire pit.

I truly enjoyed the whole week there, beautiful view great sunsets. I was very relaxed, and that is what I was looking for.

We stayed with extended family to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday. There was enough room for 8 adults. The large table was good for family meals and playing games. Used the fire pit at night too. The view from the porch was absolutely beautiful at sunset. It was easy to put in our kayaks across the street at the water access point. The yard was large enough for a variety of lawn games and to hang up a hammock for relaxing. We walked the trails behind the house too. The beach down the road like 3 minutes made our 18 year olds happy. Very close to restaurants, breweries and a cidery. Great house for the nightly price!! * would have preferred the grass to be shorter, it seemed overdue for a mow

This place was a great place to crash and connect with family. We were in town for a funeral and this provided plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 kids, plus a dog. There was lots of space outside for us to have guests and a fire pit that we all gathered around every night. There's only one shower and the beds are what you'd expect for an old farm house, so don't plan to stay here if you are high maintenance. If you're accustomed to country living and like to stay somewhere that feels like "home" or grandma's house, then this is the place for you. Very clean, great communication and centrally located.

My children and I loved being close to the water and the space the run. The paths behind the house are wonderful and could keep us occupied for hours! This house is on a busy road, but it is far away from it and the play area behind did not make it hard to be outside! The house was clean and nothing was lacking for a lovely stay.

My 11 year old picked out this house for us to stay for a ski vacation and I must say that she chose wisely! The house was clean and comfortable and spacious for our family of 5 and large dog. The hiking trails through the wooded area behind the house were a winter wonderland and our dog loved leaping through the snow. Bristol had great snow for skiing and the kids had a blast! Thank you!

Clean and spacious farmhouse with beautiful views and access to the lake. Large property with walking trails, fire pit, and house stocked with everything you need as far as kitchen items, linens, etc. We really enjoyed this property. PS our dog also enjoyed his welcome gift :-)

Rented for my husband’s 60th birthday to hang out with family and friends. Great location, awesome property size. Nice view of the lake. Would do a fall weekend again!

This house was spacious enough to accommodate our whole family (there are 6 of us plus our dog, but extended family came for a few days). The yard allowed us to enjoy outdoor games and the water access, although limited, was just enough for the kids and adults to enjoy the lake. We look forward to renting again next year!

Nice house and with a lot of character. Great location and attractions nearby. Loved the lake views from the front porch and park down the street.

We had no complaints about the contents of the house, its cleanliness, and the check-in process--all were excellent. We were expecting something a bit more secluded from the way the house was presented on the website.

Awesome house and view to the lake. The only glitch was figuring out which path to the lake was ours. Later learned that the neighbor across the street had the path blocked completely with his truck.

We were nervous to book w/o reviews and the price seemed lower than expected - and were relieved that it was an amazing find. We arrived to a nice bottle of wine and a well stocked home. We had everything we needed and more for the 4 nights we were there including having made multiple meals. The house was impeccably clean (and I get grossed out pretty easily), unique, and beautiful - we had plenty of areas to sit as a group and comfortably slept 5 adults and an infant. We really enjoyed the lake, the fire bowl out back, and lushness of the property. Convenient to town and to the Shell for anyone catching a concert. We didn't have the passcode for the door on arrival, but were able to call the on-call manager who gave it to us quickly - less than a 5 minute fix. Otherwise no hiccups! We will definitely look at staying here again on trips in the future!
