We had an awesome time in Port A staying in your house. The house was clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable!

Nice place, actually nicer than than the pics show. Well equipped house. Close to beach, close to town. A/C works great, which isn’t always the case with rentals. WiFi is good. All around good place to stay, would definitely go back.

Property was amazing. Never used VRBO but will in the future. Hope to stay here again. Location in the neighborhood was perfect. House had everything that was needed. Beds were the best!!!!

This was a great stay for our family of 6 adults, 2 children and one small poodle. The home was very clean and well appointed. The room layouts were perfect such that part of the family with 2 children could have their own space on the first floor with the remainder of the family on the second floor. Beds were all very comfy, great internet and smart TV’s. Courtney was helpful with renting a crib to us and making suggestions on possible needs for our first time to Port A. We eventually rented a golf cart at Port A which was very useful going to and from the beach. The furniture on the decks could use a refresh as many of the light weight plastic chairs were cracked and easily moved and tumbled across the decks on the windy days. Otherwise this was a wonderful family home and neighborhood with on-site pool great for both adults and children.

My family stayed in this great property right before Thanksgiving. The weather did not cooperate but it was fine because the VRBO was the perfect place to stay in from the cold. Very clean, great linens, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen - everything was provided, nothing lacking. Layout was great - kids stayed downstairs and adults upstairs. Living area was spacious and enough seating for all of us to hang out and watch TV. Short walk to the beach (we did brave the cold one day!) and could see what a desirable property this would be in warm weather. We absolutely loved it and wouldn’t change a thing. Would definitely stay here again!

When we arrived, the home was very clean. They had everything we needed and was very well organized and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable. We rented a golf cart, but it really was not necessary, the beach was accessible if your are ok walking a short distance through the boardwalk. Outside shower was a plus, as it was easy to rinse off before entering the home. Highly recommend to others, we would definitely stay again. Courtney was very personable and answered any question I had. Thank you

Spacious. Everything in good working order. I would rent again.

We noticed a lot of pet hair on couches, rugs, chairs, etc. With having multiple family members having allergies this trip was not smooth as we would have liked it. The downstairs bedroom did not have a rods to hang clothes. One of the steps of the bunkbed ladder was missing.

As soon as we walked into the house, there were 2 big dead roaches. We ended up killing more than 11 roaches including some in the kitchen near the baby’s sippy cups. We informed the owners and they had an attitude and were less than helpful. They even hung up the phone. They said they’d send someone to spray but they never confirmed. Our last night, a smoke detector alarm went off at midnight. We were all woken up as it went off in every room. It stopped on its own. We noticed that some smoke detectors were missing downstairs. That’s likely why the faulty alarm went off. The sheets didn’t smell clean and one of the couches smelled like vomit. We were very surprised since their prior reviews were very good. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this house at all!!

We loved our stay here! We would absolutely stay again. There was plenty of space for our crew to spread out, the huge back porch was a great spot to relax, everything you could possibly need was provided and the neighborhood was really nice. The beach wasn’t crowded because it’s primarily families staying in the small neighborhood. A golf cart was really nice to go back and forth to the beach since we had grandparents snd little ones, but some days we walked the short distance (just bring a wagon or something for your beach gear). My kids decided we should come here every year!

We loved our time in Port Aransas. This beautiful house had everything you could want for a fun family vacation. Wonderful location and plenty of space for everyone. Highly recommend

Everything you need for an enjoyable beach vacation is here at this beautiful home located a short walk to the beach. We loved the view of the lake and sunrise in the morning from the expansive porch on the west and the smaller porch in the east gives you views of the sunset and shade in the morning. Highly recommend.
