This was our 1st visit to Destin and won’t be our last. The view from the condo was absolutely stunning. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. The pool bathrooms were under repair so that was a problem but not a huge deal. Grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Condo was a bit outdated and could use an upgrade - king sized bed was very comfortable. Overall it was great for us. Wouldn’t hesitate to book this unit again in the future. Thanks for a real good time.

The property was very nice with the 2 pools (soon to be 3) and the convenient location to the beach. Also, the beach service of 2 chairs and an umbrella was very nice! We highly recommend this property!

This was a great condo! It was clean and location was fantastic. A short walk to the beach when the tram isn’t working. Also, the owner was very responsive and helpful.

We have stayed in Destin over 12 times in the last 6 years and this was my favorite place we have stayed so far. Perfect beach sunset view. View of the Destin Bridge and the Harbor. Smaller building with less units and very nice Condo inside and out. Would 100% check to see if this place is available next time!

The sunsets were totally amazing. We enjoyed the relaxing holiday to celebrate our anniversary. The weather was rather cool and we didnt get to enjoy the beach except for walking. My husband enjoyed exploring the nearby areas and eating local fresh fish resturants. But beware of restaurant's specials!! We had one and the food was awful!! Go for the fresh catch of the day!! always!!

The condo was in a great location. We enjoyed our stay at the Magnolia House. Louise responded very quickly and was easy to work with. The rooms were very clean and the kitchen was stocked well. Would definitely recommend this condo!

Every year my sister and I have a "long weekend" at the beach...no one but us! This year we just haven't been able to stop talking about it! Pictures do not do this condo justice! Very nice and clean condo but the views are just beyond words! We hope to have many more visits! And, Louise is wonderful to work with!

Beautiful clean condo located on the fifth floor of Magnolia Pace. Can't beat the location , the quietness and beauty of the dunes. Loved sitting on the balcony drinking our coffee watching the harbor boats go out into the Gulf. Super easy to book and Laura was very attentive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

The stay was overall great. I would however recommend better lighting in the kitchen area and hand soap for both the kitchen and bath. Also there were no dish clothes in the kitchen to wash the dishes and cabinets down with. Minor things, but would be helpful for guests.

We were pleasantly surprised with our first visit to Destin. 2 beaches, 2 pools, private parking, security. Washer and dryer in the unit was a bonus. AC worked well and we felt right at home. Great view and location. Already planning our next visit. Thank you, Louise for offering up this unit.

We absolutely loved our stay here & are already making plans to return! The view is spectacular & we spent a lot of time just sitting around the living room or on the balcony soaking it all in. Unit was extremely clean upon arrival & well stocked with all the essentials. I rode the tram to the beach once, which was fun, but the other times we took a walk to the beach & it was a short & beautiful walk over the bridge in the community. We walked down to the beach area that you can see from unit’s to enjoy Harborwalk’s Labor Day fireworks. When we were going out for drinks, we always Ubered & Uber was always less than 10 mins away & only around $10. We enjoyed spending time at the community pools, especially the one right below the unit & the water feature at pool put me to sleep more than once. Communication with host was thorough and pleasant. If you’re looking for an awesome spot to park it in Destin, this is THE one!

So many things to do if you can tear yourself from the balcony. The pool was great - nice option to have gas grills. Tram awesome in the heat as well. I needed further clarification about the water taxi and owner called quickly to help me understand. Great to have the outer closet of borrowable items too! Walmart close by to get the things we needed. Great place to stay.

The condo was very well kept. The view from the room was incredible. Everything was very close but far enough from the congestion and traffic. Plenty to do and the people around the area were very friendly. The pool was very nice but with he current heat wave very warm also. The washer and dryer in the unit was a bonus. Overall we had a great week and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent proximity to everything but away from the craziness of Downtown Destin.

We liked this property better than any condo that we’ve ever stayed. View was spectacular, condo was clean and comfortable and easy to access. We would highly recommend this condo.

Everything was perfect

We had a wonderful time! Beautiful condo with an absolutely stunning view!! Enjoyed the heated pool in May. The tram was such a pleasant surprise with a nice ride over to the beach. Such friendly people all around. Make a trip to McGuire’s Irish pub and ask for Emma. She was a wonderful waitress and that place is truly amazing. Will definitely make a return trip soon!

I stayed with my husband and 5 year old twins. This was the perfect vacation for us, the property was even better than pictured. The view was absolutely perfect! The boats bring people to the beach right in front for snorkeling and dolphin watching. This is a perfect location as well, the community is very well taken care of, the surrounding homes were very beautiful with perfect landscaping and palm trees everywhere. The pool is heated and my daughters loved that, we stayed in April so the Ocean was chilly. There are always people cleaning the outside so it is always immaculate. The unit itself was perfectly clean when we arrived, we have no complaints at all. We loved it and already started planning our next trip before we even left!

Property was very clean and well equipped. Location was convenient to beach, dining, shopping and activities. This unit has a perfect view of the sunset. The only negative is that the parking garage has minimal space and will not accommodate larger vehicles. Ram 1500 with crew cab and short bed barely made height clearance and parking was tight. We would stay here again and recommend to others.

This was our first trip to Destin & looking around this seemed like a great property. Destin Point definitely delivered as did this unit. Unit was exactly as described with incredible views of Gulf & Pass, heated pool & 2 beautiful beaches to use: swam both in March. We concerned about room for sleeping as have 2 teens, but there was plenty of room in living area & sofa sleeper was a new queen. Just as the description read Louise provides every thing you need to get started & there is plenty of shopping. Folks at Destin Point are great - owners we encountered, other families & staff very helpful. Really enjoyed our week in March, all but the traffic along 65, but always a pleasure to experience the south in spring when your from the midwest.

This place was beautiful! Very clean and close to everything! The view is amazing, better than the pictures. Only thing I would suggest would be a pizza cutter and an extra blanket or two. Other than that, no problems at all. Will likely stay again!

We booked this trip on a whim and we are so glad we did! We came during off season which I cannot recommend enough… the pool was heated, the view from the condo was amazing, kitchen had all the necessities, couch was a little uncomfy but still nice (it’s hard to find a comfortable sitting sleeper sofa most are very firm), the condo was pretty and the layout was very nice! We had a hiccup when we first got to the condo and I called the owner (Laura) and she came over and took care of everything! She really cares about this property and the happiness of her guest! my favorite part was probably having coffee on the large balcony every morning.

Went to watch the new year's fireworks. Had a great view from the balcony. Great neighborhood (secure) and walking distance to the beach. Had a wonderful view of the of the boat going in and out of the ocean inlet. Saw dolphins in the bay every day from the balcony. Would stay here again.

Second time staying at this particular unit, no issues at all. Everything was perfect.
