Jessica’s house in Long Beach was just perfect for our relaxing girls weekend! The house is well-equipped with everything we could’ve needed (plenty of towels, linens and a well-stocked kitchen). The on-site parking + cute patio were icing on the cake. Jessica was very responsive and helpful when we had a small hiccup with check-in. Would definitely recommend to folks who want to stay in a quieter area with access to the beach, restaurants, downtown or even Disneyland (we did it all!).

We loved this place for our beach getaway. Great location, very clean, very functional, easy five stars. Jessica was a great host and this place had everything we needed for a great stay in Long Beach. We thought the value was exceptional as good hotels we’re charging $400+ when we stayed and this place was half that and included a kitchen and living room and extra bedroom. We loved especially the outdoor cozy dining area and the front porch. The neighborhood was exceptionally quiet.

The place is very clean, everything is very close, the neighborhood is warm! the second room is very spacious, the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The first room, my suggestion is a king size bed would be perfect, it has what is necessary for the stay. washing machines work very well. I would recommend the house for 3 or 4 people with everything and children! not 5 or 6 as the ad says, the only uncomfortable thing is the bathroom it's small.

We loved it! It does look bigger in pictures and wished we had 2 bathrooms.

This property was everything we needed for our trip! Super quiet neighborhood located very conveniently to the beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. House was perfect! We were visiting from Indiana stayed for a week the house was located in a quiet neighborhood has its own parking space and close to the beach. It was very clean and equipped with everything we needed during our stay. We will definitely be back.

This home was perfect size for what we needed. Comfy beds, stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and the neighborhood was so lovely. Close to the beach, parks and restaurants. We will definitely stay again!

Comfortable beds and couch. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking tools. Decor is simply chic without being cluttered. Wifi never gave me issues even when on teleconferences all day. Appreciated the parking spot off street. We love Belmont Heights and this is situated in a great walking area. Will definitely come back whenever we don't have the dogs.

The apartment was exactly what we expected after reading the reviews and seeing the pictures. We were a family of 4 staying in Jessica's apartment. the 2 bedrooms are very spacious and the kitchen living area were just perfect for hanging out in the evening. The neighbourhood is really amazing, people are so friendly and a walk to the beach took us about 15-20 mins, and the walk is beautiful. We had a small issue with one of the beds, and Jessica fixed the issue on the same day - she was very kind and friendly and attentive to all our needs. I HIGHLY recommend this apartment if you like a clean, cozy apartment with enough space for a family of 4-5 people. Thank you Jessica, hope to be back.

Pros: Jessica is amazing to work with - we had a problem from the previous tenant & she was so accommodating to our request. Location (4mins to the beach, 10 mins to the aquarium) Own parking spot at the house 2 bedrooms (1 room has 2 queen beds - perfect for littles needing to sleep with a parent) Kitchen - nicely stocked; gas stove! Washer & Dryer - brand new, quite & plays a nice tune when complete Big closets for storage Everything was so clean! Ruko - Jessica has everything signed in for you - lots of kid/family choices. Cons: Lots of spider webs outside - careful of the kids playing Street is really busy - quite neighborhood in terms of neighbors & people passing by but super busy from a car driving through standpoint That’s about it! We can’t wait to stay here again.

Jessica's place was immaculate. Walking distances to lots of bars/restaurants and shopping. Beach was about 20 minute walking distance. The neighborhood was so cute and all the neighbors were friendly. Just walking around the neighborhood to restaurant for breakfast or to get a drink people would wave or say hello. I would definitely love to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Jessica s place- very clean, quiet bright well maintained, spacious and has all essentials needed. The bedding was very comfortable with plenty of towels to use. Highly recommend this property which is about a mile from the beach and close to may shops and resaturants. Jessica is a great host!

This property is located in a nice neighborhood with many craftsman houses. Close proximity to 2nd St. where there are lots of restaurants and the beach. We liked the off street parking by the back door. The house worked great for our family and we enjoyed the stay.

My husband & I stayed in this cute 2 bedroom/1 bath home for 4 nights with a couple of additional family members one night. The house has enough room & comfy beds for 2-6 people & is a few minute drive to the beach - it is walking distance if you like a long walk through a cute neighborhood. Nice kitchen & appliances. Jessica, the owner, is very nice and easy to communicate with.

A great place to stay in Long Beach. The house itself is nice, clean and comfortable with a nice sitting area inside as well as outside. Kitchen is fictional with almost everything you would need. House is located in quite neighborhood only 2 short blocks from restaurants/cafes and less than 1 mile from the beach. Highly recommend.

After two stays here, I can say without a doubt this house was everything my boyfriend and I were looking for a quiet little getaway. The house was fully stocked with all the amenities we needed, the place was nicely decorated as well as comfortable, and the check-in/check-out is so easy! And the communication with our hosts Jessica was excellent. We'll definitely be staying here again and recommending friends and family .
