The location of this home is awesome and the views are spectacular! David was easy to work with and made our stay enjoyable! The house was clean and the layout was perfect! Next tie we stay during nicer weather!

This was my second stay in this house. We had a girls getaway weekend here. It was WONDERFUL! David was responsive when I had a question-the best to work with! No issues with the house! It’s simply beautiful & equipped with everything (I mean everything!) you could possibly want! The location couldn’t be better-seeing/hearing the ocean is so peaceful. Not only is it close to the beach, but it’s within walking distance of several restaurants that were open even though we stayed off season. I can’t wait to rebook this house again! It’s truly a gem! Thanks for sharing your magnificent home with us!

Spectacular home!!! Arrived for a long weekend off-season. Super ocean views from kitchen/great room, the front decks, and especially the rooftop deck. Kitchen has everything you would ever need to prepare meals. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout the home. Master Bedroom with ensuite. Owners were so friendly and responsive. Comfortable beds. Nice big backyard with pavers and fireplace. Super clean. Will be back.

I have been renting homes on the Jersey shore for 30+ years and this was one of the few times the house had everything we could have needed and more. David responded quickly and thoroughly to any and all questions and check in was a breeze. We stayed at this wonderful home for a 4 day girls' escape weekend and the house was perfect. The main living space is comfortable and inviting and the kitchen is a dream. The consensus was that all of the beds were comfortable, and one in our group opted to use one of the cots, which has a memory foam mattress and was also very comfortable. A bonus is the rooftop deck with amazing panoramic views, and another bonus is the gas operated fire pit in the back yard. The garage was stocked with not only an abundance of beach chairs, but also with a wide array of toys (including ladder golf) and boogie boards. The location is also perfect - a very short walk to the beach path and a short walk to a few restaurants (and a liquor store). There is plenty of parking for 5+ cars and the intro booklet left for renters includes detailed instructions and local tips. We were very fortunate to enjoy a few days of Indian Summer weather and a few of us even enjoyed taking a dip in the 72 degree ocean. We were also fortunate to be entertained by several groups of dolphins each day. As my title states, this little getaway was absolute perfection. Thank you David and Deborah for sharing your wonderful home - I would not hesitate to return!

The house was new, clean and located right next to the beach. The owner was very responsive with all of the house information without being intrusive. We look forward to having another excellent vacation and hopefully renting this outstanding home again.

Beautiful, comfortable home that was perfect for my family. Loved being close to the beach and within walking distance to mini-golf, ice cream, restaurants, shopping, etc. The owner checked in on us to make sure all was okay and was responsive to a small issue with a toilet. We just recently stayed at this property and had an amazing time. The house is absolutely gorgeous, clean, spacious and practically on the beach. The view from the rooftop deck was amazing. The landlord was so flexible and accommodating, which made our stay stress-free. Would come back in a heartbeat!

We’ve stayed at other properties with this owner and he is very accommodating; quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Each property we’ve stayed at has it’s own unique charm but this one is by far my favorite. No need to sit in traffic to get to the beach. SO close to the beach. Close enough to come and go as needed to eat, use the bathroom or nap. No need to lug a cooler to the beach! LOVED the living area on the top. Views of the ocean from the top floor are incredible, especially from the upper deck. We will definitely revisit and rebook a stay in the future!

From the moment we arrived we had a great time. Our kids were so excited to be so close to the beach and as parents we were so excited about how the how layout worked for our needs. The open floor layout allowed for us to make dinner and still have the kids hang out with us and play games. Then at bed time we tucked the kids in bed on the first floor and we were able to have some alone time on the 2nd floor. The master bedroom even has access to the roof deck which made the night special looking at the stars, very romantic. What a relaxing yet fun family long weekend we had. I highly recommend this house we can't wait to come back in the summer to stay. The owners were really nice and helpful too. Lasting memories forever.

Me, my husband, my 2 sisters, and our children wanted to get away for a long weekend. Location is perfect! Owners of the home are awesome and very compensating. The house was gorgeous and perfect size for us! The house is just steps away from the beach! Breathtaking views! The house you can tell was recently renovated! Everything was updated! Super clean! Will definitely come back to this house again!

This house was great for our large family (grandparents, three couples and a toddler). We stayed only for a brief visit this past winter renting from the new owners, but are very much looking forward to coming in the summer (when we will have two additional babies in the family!) as the location is wonderful (steps to the beach, few happy hour and food places walking distance) and the house itself lends itself wonderfully to family time with places to also get some alone time. As a mother who knows I won't be able to be on the beach all day (e.g. babies will need napping and not too much sun), the luxury of having a house that I can sit outside (and inside) and see the ocean from various areas is incredible. We had no problem all hanging out on the 2nd floor together, not feeling to "squished" and I was highly impressed with the cleanliness of the place - it is definitely one of the higher end places I've stayed (or even viewed) on the island vs. a 'beach shack' which, only downside is I'll just need to ensure our toddler stays out of too much trouble! Overall, if you are looking for a very nice place to stay and be able to all hang out together close to the beach, I would recommend this place. Our family is willing to spend more on this place as it really delivered on all the priorities for us - high end place, super close to beach, treatment by owners, and walking distance to some fun places (location).

Incredible location with great views of the ocean. Modern open living area and kitchen was great for family gathering, and was well equipped with everything we needed to entertain and serve a large group. You could escape the large group in a second small living area or better yet the upper deck with even better views of the surf. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms newly remodeled and clean. Can't wait to return!

This house is just breathtaking! Looks like it was just renovated, there are new furnishings, and everything was extremely clean. The open floor plan on the top level was great for our family, and with the views of the ocean right from the living room we never forgot where we were - great relaxing trip! Also, plenty of space with the bedrooms, and bathrooms, and extra living space on the lower level. Owners were very responsive and nice, and helped us with all our questions leading up to the trip.

It was wintertime on LBI so the town is very sleepy and quiet. The house was amazing, it was very clean and all of the appliances seemed updated or brand new. The best part of the entire stay was the proximity to the beach, this place is one house from the beach! So close! Beach views EVERYWHERE including the rooftop deck! I really enjoyed running on the beach in the mornings and sunset walks in the evenings. The port hole cafe was also a great time because they pull out the pool table in the off season, a bunch of fun!

You can start your day watching the sunrise and end your day on the roof watching the sun set over the bay. Best part is you are the third house from the beach!! We have rented in LBI for several years now and one huge plus is the location of Ship Bottom. You are right over the bridge making it the easiest house to accesses of all the towns on LBI.

We had a wonderful stay at this well-equipped and fully-updated home. The views from the third-floor family room/kitchen/dining area (not to mention the master bedroom) are fantastic. With steps to the beach, you really cannot beat the location. Plus, the home owner was very responsive to all our questions. We cannot wait to come back in the summer!
