Wonderful experience. I liked the area and the studio had every thing I needed.

So it only took me a month to write a review for David and Jill's location. We stayed in the upstairs unit for a 3 day getaway from Los Angeles. The place was small....which made it perfect! Nothing was missing or needed and after a long drive in from LA (there's always traffic) it was great to walk in and see a bottle of wine waiting for me. Parking was easy. We brought our bikes and toured SLO, went to a winery, took a short scenic drive to Morro Bay for a day of riding and eating, and went to the mission. I was worried about finding things to do in a small town but we actually ran out of time. It was also great to walk the neighborhood and ask for local recommendations for dinner and things to do. David and Jill were very gracious and texting during our stay to make sure all was well. We had to leave early so I didn't get a chance to meet them in person but we spoke/emailed enough beforehand that I felt comfortable renting from them. The downside that everything was new....was that we couldn't get the tv to work. The upside to not being able to get the tv to work was that we were more active and had great conversations instead of just sitting in front of the tv. ;-) I would recommend this place anytime. thank you!
