We enjoyed our stay. The condo is very clean and well stocked with everything needed including kitchen items, beach chairs and tennis racquets. The view out over the intracoastal and the pool is beautiful. Wendy, the owner, was wonderful to work with and extremely responsive. Definitely recommend this condo.

The view is a highlight. It is very easy to work with the owner. This is the 2 nd time we have stayed in this unit and definitely would stay again.

This condo was very spacious for the two of us and the view of the pool and intercoastal waterway was gorgeous! The amenities in the building were 5 star! The free trolley to the beach works very well!

We just spent 3 weeks at HT and the experience was just fabulous. The location is perfect and you feel like you are at a resort. We met so many wonderful people and Wendy was such an attentive and wonderful host to deal with. She is always available even while she is travelling. Thank you so much for making this vacation so fabulous Wendy. We will definitely be back.

Bay and pool area were beautiful. Access to transportation great. Living room furniture very comfy. Beds were HORRIBLE. Broken blinds in bedroom that wouldn’t close. Host said a maintenance man would replace them, but he never showed up. Host didn’t disclose that common area was closed due to flooding until after we arrived.

We were very happy with Wendy's condo. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. Suitable for 4 people. Large windows to view the intercoastal waterway and the boats passing by. Amenities include a pool, gym, bbq grills, and tennis courts.

Nice unit, needs some updates. Cost for these condos is getting to expensive for the distance to beaches and restaurants on the island. VRBO charges are out of control. Owner was nice and helpful.

Beautiful views. Good access to the beach. The owner was very accommodating! We would definitely stay there again.

The building and outside layout: 1. The condo itself was situated in a high-rise building. It was located on the intercostal and had good security. 2. There was a nice pool area with an adjoining picnicking space and several gas grills. 3. The building had a nice workout area and showers. There was a separate entryway for men and women. 4. The parking spaces were extra wide and were good for maneuvering. 5. The elevators were fast and convenient. 6. The association provided different types of carts and rolling baskets for our convenience. A very nice amenity. It helped in bringing in and taking out our belongings. Things we liked: 1. Communication and response was excellent. 5 stars. * Texting was good for me because of my stroke 4 years ago. It left me nearly deaf. * The FYI emails were timely. * The microwave was replaced immediately, and we really appreciated that. 2. The master bedroom bed was comfortable. 5 stars. 3. The master shower — head/control — was newer and worked great. 5 stars 4. The kitchen was well stocked with necessities. Paper towels, pots, pans, utensils, etc. 5 stars. 5. The view was outstanding. The sun coming up on the horizon was fantastic. 5 stars. 6. Taking out the trash and recyclables was convenient. 5 stars. 7. The layout of the condo was good for us. 5 stars. On the other side, the unit didn’t have its own washer and dryer, which was a minor inconvenience. There was, however, a coin operated laundry on the same floor, a couple of doors down from our unit. There were some things we didn’t like, but overall we gave this unit a star rating of almost 4. This rating can be improved significantly with just a couple of tweaks. The stay had many good points. We would stay here again.

Stayed 2 weeks and the weather was awesome. We walked the beach almost every morning and capped off the day with a dip in their pool. The amenities are nice; I enjoyed grilling and eating under the awning several times .

We enjoyed our stay at Harbor View ! The property was well maintained and quiet. Our host was always available and the accommodations perfect.

Nice quiet condo with fantastic views! The condo is clean and comfortable with updated kitchen and bathrooms. Harbor Towers offer many commodities that made our stay very enjoyable, secure and relaxing. We used the BBQ's near the pool to prepare various meals. This is the spot to meet and socialize with other visitors. Siesta Key/Sarasota offers many interesting attractions, activities, good restaurants and many things to do. Brochures and information are available at the reception desk in the main lobby. The big shopping and luggage carts are located in the lobby and are very convenient for transportation of groceries, luggage etc. to the condo. The weather was sunny and warm, therefore very pleasant to golf, play tennis, go for a swim and walks. Siesta Key Beach is magnificent and walking distance from the condo and we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. What a nice place to visit! We will keep very good memories of Siesta Key. The condo was lovely and had been recently updated with bright and cheerful colors. The view from the lanai was amazing. We watched the sunrise over the bay every morning. The bedrooms were spacious and the walk-in closet was nice. We have stayed on both the gulf and the bay, but we loved the bay--watching the boats was relaxing in the evening. We saw dolphins and manatees, We played tennis every day and swam in the beautiful pool that we could see from our condo. The complex was gated and well maintained with waterfalls and beautiful landscaping. We hated to leave this little peace of paradise and hope to visit again this summer. Voici une belle location qui se trouve sur la belle île de siesta key ! Un appartenant où peut se loger une famille de quatre personnes. L'endroit est calme et la résidence est propre. Une belle piscine et une patogoire sont à disposition de 8 h à 22 h. Des barbecues et une salle commune sont égalements à dispositions. L'appartement est propre mais la déco est à revoir. Je conseille cette appartenant.

Apartment was as described - within easy reach of just about everywhere we wanted to visit. Wendy (the owner) was more than helpful from the initial enquiry right through to our departure. Pro's: Very friendly people Great location with nice pool and surroundings Comfortable apartment with fabulous views Everything you need for a comfortable stay Con's: Nothing really - just an observation. Whilst it is a really nice and comfortable apartment, it was, in our opinion, a bit "tired" and would benefit from a refresh/upgrade but apart from that, go ahead and book - you won't regret it!

Just returned from a 3 weeks vacation in this unit. It's a very clean and lovely space, very comfortable,near the laundry room and the 3 elevators. Unit is on 5th.floor , facing to the pool. The building is in an ideal and well maintained location. Just a 5 minutes drive from over the Stickney Point bridge to PUBLIX and a 1 minute drive to the public Siesta Beach free parkink lot. Close to restaurants, shopping and 15-20 minutes to St Armands and downtown. We loved this unit in a very quiet building. The free internet connection is excellent. Wendy the owner is very responsive and accommodating. You cannot go wrong. Nous sommes tout juste revenus de 3 semaines de vacances . Ce condo est très propre, spacieux et très confortable. Bien situé près de la buanderie et des 3 ascenseurs, l'unité est situé au cinquième étage et fait face à une grande piscine bien entretenue et entourée de verdure. Le bâtiment (HARBOR TOWERS) est situé sur un emplacement fort agréable et très tranquille de SIESTA KEY, à moins de 5 minutes en voiture du pont de Stickney Point et d’un Supermarché PUBLIX . Le grand stationnement gratuit de la plage publique de SIESTA KEY est situé à mois de 2 minutes en voiture. Le centre-ville de Sarasota avec ses nombreux restaurants est à moins de 20 minutes en auto. Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet unité situé dans un endroit très calme et fort agréable. La connexion internet gratuite est excellente. Wendy, la propriétaire, est très soucieuse de votre confort et de votre satisfaction durant votre séjour . Il vous sera difficile de trouver mieux. Great person to work with. The condo had everything we needed to make our stay fantastic. Would love to rent again but our dates aren't available. Will go back when we can.
