Loved our stay in Pippin & Jenny's home! No need to bring your own shampoo, soap, dish soap, paper towel, toilet paper, etc. - the house was well-stocked upon arrival. The house was immaculate and so charming. It's in a great location too, close to Xavier University, the University of Cincinnati, local shopping, and even downtown Cincinnati is close by. Also, worth mentioning is the fact that we accidentally locked ourselves out of the house late one evening. Pippin was there within 15 min of my text to him to personally let us in. Incredible home and hosts here!

The home is beautiful. The neighborhood is beautiful. The neighbors were super friendly. The shops are cute and fairly close. The hosts were easy to get ahold of and super sweet! Very welcoming overall. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

We were in town for a quick overnight stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for. The location was great. We are already planning a trip back to Cincinnati this summer and will definitely be looking to book this location again! Thanks for a great stay!!

For the first time being away from home on Easter, we came in to town to watch our son who plays baseball at Xavier against Bowling Green over Easter weekend. Pippin and Jenni’s House was a terrific place to spend our Easter. We had my son and his teammate over for Easter brunch. Are very quiet street/neighborhood, and extremely convenient to Hyde Park, as well as Xavier University. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful place! We will absolutely stay there again.

The house is located in a secluded street and all the houses look like English cottages. Within a few minute drive, you are close to many stores and restaurants. I knew very little about Cincinnati but was told Hyde park is a very safe area and great place for walking around (stores, parks, etc). It truly is. My family and I enjoyed the area very much. The house itself is well kept and was perfect for my family of 4. Totally recommend.

We enjoyed the welcoming home. The host provided all the things we needed and more. The beds were comfortable and all the decor was beautiful. It was very lovely to come back after a long day of adventuring around the city to a wonderful shower and a cozy bed.

Adorable, clean, safe, comfortable and the perfect place to stay for 6 days! This home is an ideal little 'cottage' tucked away on a quiet street in one of the best neighborhood's in Cincinnati. The kitchen was perfect, the beds comfortable! My favorite place was the living room - so cozy!

We loved this house! Excellent location, safe walking distance to Hyde Park square, or Mount Lookout. Extremely clean house with all the “extras” you need. Beds and pillows were very very comfortable which is always my number one issue- I have no complaints. Well furnished and decorated - a lovely home all around. The hosts were very accommodating, looking forward to staying again with my family.

This lovely house is completely remodeled, and everything is new and beautiful while remaining located in the charming and safe Hyde Park area. The neighborhood is residential, but little shops, cafes, and restaurants are an easy walking distance away. The house is full of amenities: large selection of toiletries, cleaning and laundry products, towels, even some snacks, a few fruits, and a bottle of wine kindly left for us by the host. We enjoyed our stay at this well renovated, cozy house. The neighborhood was delightful and we enjoyed being able to walk to Mount Lookout and Shop/Dine in Hyde Park.

Cute house in a great location!
Really cute three bedroom house in a great location close to everything. Had all the amenities we needed. Great back porch with a hammock and table and chairs. Very responsive owner prior to our stay when I had questions. Was in town for Xavier graduation. Would stay here again - very comfortable beds!

Nice location
Enjoyed the neighborhood. An older section of town but we'll kept. House was clean and functioned well. Pippin was pleasant to work with. My 11 year old grandson liked staying in an older house but updated well.

Great space for our family
The house is beautifully updated but it retains all of its original charm! The spaces were comfortable for our family, incl teenage children. The location was on a quiet street and close walking distance to Mt Lookout square, plus a short drive to anywhere else you might want to go in Cincinnati.

This cute, clean home is tucked away in the heart of Hyde Park, a charming, walkable neighborhood. The home was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. Situated between Hyde Park, East Hyde Park and Mt. Lookout, you have easy access to a wide range of restaurants and coffee shops. Would definitely book again.

Great house in a cute neighborhood close to great shops and restaurants. Stayed for 2 nights with family including 2 teens for college visits in the area. House was very clean and well equipped. Would recommend for a trip to the Cincinnati area. Great location!

Perfectly Positioned
We really enjoyed our stay, the house was so tastefully decorated and felt light and airy. Everything we might need during our stay seemed to have been considered. The neighborhood is charming and perfectly positioned to enjoy a short walk or drive to Hyde park and Mount Lookout Squares.

The hosts were extremely accommodating with our last minute booking and made it extremely easy for us to access the home after a long day. The house sits in a great location between Mt. Lookout and Hyde Park. This made it extremely convenient and close to everything. The house itself is beautiful inside and out, with plenty of space so we didn't feel on top of each other. I couldn't have been happier with our stay and hosts!

A Perfect Weekend
Like many other couples during Covid my fiance and I had to cancel our dream wedding. Needless to say, we were scrambling to get all the details for our new wedding together at the last minute. However, booking and staying this house was the easiest part of the weekend!

The hosts were extremely accommodating with our last minute booking and made it extremely easy for us to access the home after a long day. The house sits in a great location between Mt. Lookout and Hyde Park. This made it extremely convenient and close to everything. The house itself is beautiful inside and out, with plenty of space so we didn't feel on top of each other. I couldn't have been happier with our stay and hosts!

Great house, property manager very communicative and helpful. Enjoyed the location. Parking was tricky but she was very open about this when booking, we only had one car do not an issue.

Fabulous house close to everything! My 3 adult daughters absolutely loved this house.
Meticulous and spacious! Couldn't get the TV to work though. Would have been nice to have basic cable/TV to watch the Thanksgiving Day parade.
