Gorgeous house with everything you could possibly need for a family getaway. Short golf cart or bike ride to the beach or pool. House was clean. Great kitchen. Lots of amenities for the family. Our only challenge was parking two full size trucks but we made it work. Highly recommend.

Emma was a super communicator which made stating at the house of breeze. The house was super clean and perfect for our family of six adults and two kids. Emma even got a new pack and play for our infant to use, and set it up before we even got there! Using the golf cart to get around helped out with lugging kids stuff around! I would highly recommend the beach walk community for anyone with kids where you need activities.

Beautiful house, well stocked with everything from beach equip to kitchen gear. Hostess extremely helpful and accommodating. Beachwalk a unique and lovely family vacation…so much to offer from pool to Lake Michigan to “the small beach” to fishing pier, tennis court, ping pong, sand volleyball and more.

Neighborhood property management company was sub-par in managing amenities. House was excellent; owner was great!

My extended family had a great stay at this property for vacation. The house was exceedingly clean, well stocked with every imaginable need we had (kitchen, games/entertainment, beach items, sports apparel for the kids, etc etc), and Emma was very easy to communicate with ahead of and throughout our stay. The neighborhood is great, plenty of amenities, and a short walk/bike/golf cart ride to the pool, tennis court, and beach area. Would highly recommend this property and we look forward to vacationing here again soon.

We loved the house! It was very comfortable: great beds, well-equipped kitchen, lots of room for the toddler to play. We had a wonderful time!

The house was immaculate, and well supplied with everything we could need. There were kids books, games, blankets, and the kitchen (which we used a lot) had everything we needed. The screened in back porch was lovely to hang out in and eat. We saw a deer one day, crashing around out back. There was a playground out back that we could run down to with the kids. We loved driving around in the golf cart, and the whole beach community. The pool ( though the kiddy pool was closed the entire week) , the walk to the Lake Michigan beach, the lake beach, the little coffee shop next to the pool, the pier, all of it. Our kids went fishing on the pier (buy bait outside of the property, the pool didn't have any) my husband went to the putting green, this place has something for everyone. Nobody got to paddleboard because we waited too long to sign up, sign up right away! Our only concerns would be parking. We only put 2 cars in front of the house, and one in overflow, but the overflow parking was sometimes crowded. The owners said we could put three, but it would be tight. A tip: we took the wagon to the beach one day, and while it was great going down, coming up was so difficult I would never do it again. Just carry everything. The basement room for the kids was perfect, because it is almost sound proof. We had horrible thunderstorms at night, and they didn't even know it was raining. One of my grandkids slept on a blowup mattress by her parent's bed, because she was scared being away from home. They had the blow up mattress in the closet! We could text the owners at any time and they would get back to us. We had the best vacation, even though it rained a lot, and my daughter in law wants us to go back next year. Really I have only positive things to say about this house and our experience. Go, go, go! You will love it. You are renting the WHOLE community, which is great, not just the house.

Looking for get away with lots of opportunities for outside activities. This area offers multiple beaches, a pool and a wonderful state park. We also had great weather so it was nice that home owner arranged that too.

We were thrilled with our stay in this property. Emma is an excellent host and helped facilitate a wonderful stay for our family. We are a family that cooks and we especially appreciated the wonderfully stocked kitchen. Additionally there was plenty of beach towels, chairs, toys, etc. The Beachwalk community is a fun place for a lake vacation. We will definitely be back!

I truly can’t say enough about this property owner. We have stayed in many VRBO’s and had wonderful experience’s but this, by far, has been the best experience! The property owner is extremely responsive to any questions, whether prior to the visit or during the visit. She has thought of everything and even has correspondence listing what comes with the house snd what you should bring (which is very little)! The house is a newer home and very clean, well stocked but somehow void of clutter. We will definitely consider staying at this property again!

Such a wonderful rental experience. The owners of the property were a delight to work with. Lots of communication. The house was just as described. Lovely home in a great community!

The house was wonderful! We’ve never seen such a well stocked house for all age groups. My only disappointment was how crowded it was. The listing made it look like it was quiet, little community. Very congested with cars and golf carts all vying for a place to park. Very nice, but I’m not sure I’d go back.

We had a wonderful week and the vacation home was fantastic! It truly has everything you could need and more, and the owners are a pleasure to work with - highly responsive and kind. We highly recommend this vacation home and would love to come back!

The house was beautiful and provided plenty of room for our family of 10. The lower floor was set up with 2 sets of bunkbeds with bathroom and every kind of game (foosball, air hockey, Wii and DVD the kids could want. The screened in porch at the back of house was ideal for relaxing and eating dinners. Plenty of sports and beach equipment available to use. Would definitely recommend this property and helpful owner.

We had such a wonderful time as a family in this beautiful home in Beachwalk! We enjoyed the pool, lake, beach, riding the golf cart all around, fishing, grilling, fire pit all while staying in this beautiful house stocked with everything you need!! The property shows well on VRBO but is even better in person. The house accommodated 7 adults and two kids with plenty of room to spare. Location was great, the house was stocked with plenty of beach toys, chairs, and we used the screened in porch daily. Couldn’t have asked for a better place or host. Thanks to Emma for everything.

We had an amazing week staying at this beautiful home! It is very spacious and clean. Every kitchen appliance and gadget you need is provided. Also, all beach supplies are provided such as: towels, chairs, umbrellas and wagons. It was so nice to not have to pack all of those bulky items! Communication with the owners is excellent. Having stayed in many Beachwalk homes over the years, this was a favorite. Steps to the playground, quiet porch, plenty of seating for larger gatherings and great activities for the kids. Two thumbs up!

Well stocked house for Thanksgiving cooking. Great location. Clean enough for my daughter which is saying something! Emma is great.
