It was beautiful and clean. I really enjoyed my stay.

Great place with old house charm. Beds are extremely comfortable! Host is super responsive. Place is a block away from tons of restaurants, shops and music.

OVERALL Our stay was wonderful. The location of this rental is ideal for touring the Memphis and surrounding area. That said, we were so disappointed to learn that we did NOT rent the ENTIRE HOME as was our intention based on the listing that states ‘entire home’ (this property showed up on our search that includes only houses and excludes apartments). It should be know there are 2 full time tenants upstairs. One of them works a job which involves waking at 6:30 am and walking on the hardwood floors above the bedrooms (running the drying to freshen their scrubs). They use interior stairs to access the upper level; when they run these stairs, 2 people can quickly sound like 4. Also, they use the driveway, just FYI. When I alerted Kirk to these discrepancies, he said he’d clarify the listing right away, I trust he’ll get to that soon. CHECK IN & CLEANLINESS A welcome text the afternoon of our arrival day said the house would be ready at 4 PM. When we arrived at 4 we were greeted at the door by the cleaner who told us she would be done in a few minutes. We were eventually handed the keys at 5:40 PM. Not sure what she did during that time, but I’m positive it was not the floors. I provided the owner a list of items that need to be fixed such as shower heads, water fixtures, burnt out lights, broken blind rods, bedroom & bathroom doors that wouldn’t shut, and filthy floors (substitute cleaner, he said) Kirk seemed genuine about fixing it all. Have fun, ya’ll!

Wonderful host, convenient location, quiet neighborhood

Spacious, recently renovated, safe and in walking distance to everything! Kirk the host very nice and responsive. This beautiful place suffers from age and moisture that makes it hard on asthma/allergies. Host committed to addressing this issue
