This studio is exactly as pictured. Owner is extremely easy to get in touch with. Everything she said was exactly as it was. Walk downstairs and you have cute shops, restaurants and live music. Walk to beach and everything you need. Bed was firm and everything was super clean. Great place and location. - pool was very close by. Thank you for a much needed vacation.

This unit is in a great location! Walking distance to many shops, restaurants, etc. great lawn area with nightly band centrally located to condo buildings. The pools are great and lots of umbrellas for shading. Would definitely book here again! No complaints!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was decorated beautifully and the location could not have been any better. Plenty of dining options downstairs and mini grocery store. We even rented bikes to ride. It’s only a couple blocks to Barrett Square that we thoroughly enjoyed.

We were in town for a wedding and needed a place for a few days. This property did not have a week minimum like many others we considered. The location is excellent near the shops, restaurants and bike rentals. There is an elevator, so no stairs to climb. There are wrist bands that allow you to use the pool. We were traveling as a couple and did not eat in the unit but there is a small kitchenette area. We would definitely stay here again.

The owner was very easy to work with. They had the lowest fees of the rentals I was looking at. The unit had great amenities and was well thought out. I'll be staying here again.

Room worked out wonderfully but the 15 spring breaking teens one floor up kept me up all night due to thin floors. Other than that, no complaints! I’d give it a 4.5 star if I could.

The bed was awful and the pillows were worse. They could really stand to buy new of both.

Rented this for the week of Thanksgiving. We eat out mostly when in town so the small kitchenette was plenty for us. Would definitely rent again.

I rented this condo for a few days so my elderly mother could see the ocean for the first time. I have always stayed in this development and love it! However, this time was different. As soon as we opened the door we found several long strands of black hair lying by the sink. There were cobwebs and very dusty light fixtures. The small fridge/freezer needed to be defrosted. It was of no use so we had to buy ice daily. The couch had stains on every cushion and made squeaking noises whenever you would move. Not pleasant! BUT, the worse problem was that the tv would not turn on. I contacted her about these issues, she offered to send the cleaners back but we had all our stuff in already and really didn’t want to be bothered with something that obviously should have taken care of before our arrival. The owner did not respond to all my emails. When she did it was nearly an entire day and we were only there for three days. She told me cable was out. Although others on the same floor had no trouble. She sent someone to the room to show us how to use the remotes to turn the tv on. Like we were too stupid to do that on our own. We tried every combination with the three remotes and it WOULD NOT WORK! The lady she sent us messed around with the remotes and she couldn’t get it to work and walked out. I contacted owner again and after another delayed response from her I was told once again there was no cable. Whatever!! After we left she stated it was not her responsibility for the tv. It was the cable company’s problem. SO, I took my mom to see the ocean and then we sat in our room with no tv to enjoy. She doesn’t get around easily so my plan was to see the water for a bit then let her relax in the room and watch her favorite CNN. She did get to see the ocean and put her toes in the sand. Then she did word search to pass the time. What I thought I had planned didn’t work out. I will not rent from her again because of her lack of concern and the delay in responding! There was no apology at all. So disappointed.

Lovely studio apartment, great location to be able to walk to everything, easy to find and loved the keyless entry!! Would stay again in a heartbeat!!! Only issue we had was the T.V. would not pick up any stations for the entire stay. At first we though it was due to the hurricane but we came in on a Thursday night and the next day got the manager downstairs, He came to apartment and tried to get it to receive stations and it kept saying it wasnt connected. So for our entire stay we had no tv. It is my hope they got it to work. Thanks Brenda Fosnot.

My wife, 4yr old son, and I stayed here for his first beach trip. Condo was well appointed and close to everything. Easy walk to the beach and to restaurants. Will stay here again.

My husband and I chose Sandbox 30A for our 5 year anniversary trip. It was perfect! The room was a great size, and the amenities were above and beyond. The unit was extremely comfortable, clean, and well decorated. The location was right in the middle of everything that we didn’t move our car but once in 5 days. Laura was very accomadating with my many questions and helped out with dining suggestions! I would highly recommend this property and will keep it in mind for next year!

We just returned from a wonderful stay at Sandbox 30A with our family of 4. It’s located in building E right by the community pool. If you are looking to stay in Rosemary Beach but don’t want to pay their prices I would stay here. It’s about a 2 minute walk to the Rosemary Beach square and a 5 minute walk to Alys Beach entrance. The owner (Laura) was very prompt with responses to my questions prior to our stay. Once we arrived there was an issue with the Air Conditioning unit and it was addressed in less than 24 hours. This unit is beautifully decorated, clean and convenient to restaurants, beach and shops. Thanks for a great stay on 30A.

The Sandbox 30A is pure perfection! The location is so close to all of the super cute shops and restaurants, as well as a super short walk to the beach. The room was clean and had all the necessities. Would highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this adorable condo! The beach is just a 10 minute walk away and we loved the atmosphere of 30A & will definitely be back!

What a great stay at the Sandbox! It was such a nice place in a great location! Beautifully decorated with great design to feel spacious. Laura was very easy to communicate to, answering any questions in a very responsive time. Really liked everything about our stay there. The pool was very nice and close by, the tram was close by to take us to the beach and the restaurants/ice cream/gift shopping we’re very convenient as well. Couldn’t have asked for a better dynamic. Oh, and the music on the lawn was a nice bonus, too, as we enjoyed our ice cream. Superb! Thank you for letting us use your little piece of paradise!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is located perfectly between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. We rented bikes downstairs and biked everywhere. The condo is beautifully decorated and the perfect size! I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!!
