kitchen staff were very accommodating for special needs

Not enough staff available to answer questions at front desk. Mistake made in the room that was booked and no assistance to help accommodate for handicapped quest. Question, can you get someone to help move my scooter into my rental, answer, we cant' do that. One night when only one staff member at front desk, she said she was unable to lift more than 5 pounds and had no one available to help. I imaging they have no one to help with bags then. Manager seemed to be preoccupied in back office when asking how to understand the print off of the hotel charges. It was new staff and she understandably through her hands up and said she had no idea. After all the chaos I saw on the first check in, I didn't want to overwhelm her. Housekeeping was horrible, they never restocked anything, on second day after returning from work, the room still had not been cleaned and I had to run up the hall to get my own clean cups and glasswear. When she came finally with towels, she never offered to make the beds. I'm not sure if she spoke english however, nothing was restocked. I had to phone front desk for help, to the member who was "working alone".

The staff was excellent and accommodating to our family's needs with a person who has mobility issues. Karen, Amanda, and Saidah were wonderful and I'm glad you have such amazing people on your staff.

The beds were extremely comfortable. I enjoyed a good nights sleep and that to me is worth every penny.

I actually didn’t have anything negative as far as my stay. The system to check is in was down for over an hour, but the manager worked non-stop calling people until she got it fixed. She gave us a water and a snack on the house and that speaks volumes to her empathy.

For where we were visiting while there if was a good location very clean very nice large shower very accommodation registration desk when we got there. Earlier in the day I tried to get the afternoon desk and manager to hold a nicer room for our anniversary They said just stop by desk when we got there. When we checked in the desk person said no special room had been held and only one room available because the hotel was sold out. So could have been a touch more accommodating.
