Property is as advertised. Very nice inside and outside. Nice dock. House is well equipped. No neighbors on top of you. Checkout instructions were simple without a lot of nonsense you get in many vrbo properties. Overall peaceful and enjoyable. We have stayed in numerous vrbo properties and this one is a winner.

Property was perfect for a small get together with 6 friends. Close to local breweries, wineries and grocery stores. Also felt very private. Our favorite was sitting on the dock for sunset! It was a perfect view!

My family, 5 adults, rented the house to attend a wedding at the Belhurst Castle and Winery. We all loved our stay. The house was nicely decorated and comfortable. The view from the house and access to the lake was the best. The drive to downtown and the winery about 15 minutes. We want to go back!

This property was beautiful! It had everything we needed. The view of the lake from the deck was beautiful and the dock at night was perfect for star gazing. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful trip and everything about our stay was wonderful. My family is sensitive to the humidity and the air conditioners held up to the rainy week we had keeping the house dry and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

A beautiful property in a fantastic, relaxing setting

This house has it all, amazing views of the lake and sunsets. The house lacks for nothing, as far as kitchen ware, and bed & bathroom supplies. The owner, hasn’t forgotten anything, the kitchen cabinets & all light switches are all labeled, for ease of use. It was the perfect space and we all agreed the best house we’ve ever rented on the Finger Lakes!

This is our second year in a row staying at this property and we love it! Secluded yet also close to pretty much everything. We're hoping to stay again next year!

We had 6 adult guests in all. House was extremely well stocked with every kitchen appliance you could need. Loved the crisp clean white sheets and towels. View from the deck was so nice. Loved the deck lighting, Tiki candles to help with bugs (house is in the woods), sturdy deck seating, quality picnic table on the deck, nice propane grill. The availability of kayaks was key for me. Owner offered "water shoes" if we didn't bring our own. Walking into the water can be rough if you don't have something on your feet. Also the week we went there was a lot of plant-life on the shore, so it was nicer to jump off the dock to swim. Taking the kayaks into the water was easy from the shore. Even though we were in a beautiful lake house, and should have been "unplugged" we did still watch a movie one night. The TV was massive and hooked up for streaming. The AC was great for those sleeping upstairs. The lower level was quite cool all the time.

We visited for a long weekend with family and friends and for a triathlon happening in Geneva. The location is super convenient, the lake views and sunsets were incredible. The house was a perfect setup for everyone to have enough space, and to have great spots to relax and visit together. Highly recommend for a Finger Lakes visit!

This house and location is fantastic! This is the best stocked house we have stayed at.... Kitchen gear, lake equipment, grill goodies, other necessities. Paula is a great host and we hope to return in the future.

We had a wonderful time at this house in early June. The location is just perfect being so close to lots of hiking trails, wineries and quaint little towns. And we truly enjoyed having breakfasts and dinners on the deck with a spectacular view of the lake!

This was a lovely getaway for my wife and I. The place was very well kept, there was a nice welcome package to help us see what was around to enjoy, and the scenery is impossible to beat. Paula was extremely helpful and we are very excited to stay here again in the future!

The property was beautiful, with all the amenities that were needed and more for our family, ages 3 to 70. The view was outstanding, especially at sunset. Close enough to town for anything you want to do or see, while still feeling secluded. We would absolutely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything about this property was perfect for our group. The house was clean and it was super helpful that everything we needed was labeled. The dock was an awesome spot to take a dip and hangout on. Great house to stay in!

The property is in a secluded yet convenient location. The home is beautiful and the owner made things so easy to enjoy, between the kitchen amenities and offering soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, and an extra roll of paper towels, nothing was overlooked! The only downfall in our humble opinion, due to the range of ages of family members that visited, the home's layout. This may have only caused a hiccup with us, but noise traveled very easily between the main and lower levels. Overall, we would happily visit again!

We had a great time! The property itself is great, with easy lake access and a nice dock. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, and the kitchen fully equipped. Plus, it's so close to many vineyards and breweries, and about 10-15 minutes from grocery stores. Overall we had a great stay, and are hoping to come back next year!

The house was perfect for a family getaway. It was roomy and gave lots of opportunity for family to gather in small groups.
