Great home for a family with older teens or adult children. Everyone had privacy, but also a great place to hang out together. Gorgeous views.

A group of our friends from college were looking for a relaxing place to celebrate our collective 40th birthdays, and we found the perfect spot at Viaggio. The house was great, and the view from the pool was even better than the pictures. We spent part of each day at Sandy Beach and only saw four other people the entire time we were there. It's not every day that you get a private beach in the Carribean. Lauren and her team were great, and when there were minor issues at the house, they responded immediately and resolved the issue. We are already talking about the next trip. It exceeded our expectations.

A beautiful property ideally located with stunning views. The property is exactly as listed with no disappointments. The property manager went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, which it was.

This place is just amazing. I never got tired of sitting on the deck each morning with my coffee just taking in the view. The setup was ideal for my family. We had eight adults and two grandkids ages 2 and 4. Each adult couple had their own "casita" with private entrance, full bathroom and lanai, and my husband and I had the master in the main house. If you are staying in the master, trying out the outdoor shower connected to it is a must. The home is beautiful with casual modern decor without a lot of bric-a-brac which was perfect for having my two grandsons with us who can be too curious sometimes. The kitchen is well equipped which served us well since we ate almost all our meals at home. The amenities provided in all the bathrooms and kitchen were a pleasant surprise. Some may not like the distance away from the main town areas - 20 minutes to the airport and 45 minutes to the other side of the island where the ferries are - but we all loved the privacy. The development has its own beautiful beach which really is a private beach since it rarely gets tourists who are willing to park outside the gate and walk the almost two miles downhill to access it. This was probably our best family vacation yet and I highly recommend this home for large groups wanting to vacation together but still have some separation of space. The communication with the concierge contact, Lauren, was great and no question was left unanswered. Vicki, who led us to the villa and gave us a guided tour and answered our questions there was also great. All I can say is, I wish our vacation had been longer.

This property was perfect for our family group of 10. The views are amazing and Sandy Bay beach is spectacular. The layout of the home gave everyone privacy when they wanted and large common spaces to gather. Lauren and her team were lovely, and very prompt with communications. We will definitely be back!

Seeing the sun rise, but with the sunsets and everything else, who cares? And it also has the benefit of not having to get up early to see it rise! The villa was awesome - fully equipped kitchen, infinity pool, beautiful views and some of the best beaches on St. Thomas. Loved being in a gated and remote part of the island. Added benefit of a great concierge and greeter. "Best vacation ever" was heard often. Not too sure how to top it, so we will probably return instead of trying.

This home is simply too wonderful to share! We had a magical week - my husband and I hosted our three children and their spouses and Viaggio exceeded our expectations all around. The home is beautiful with a layout that made for wonderful family gatherings. The pool is terrific with views that made it hard to leave...but the beaches called us and those were such fun. Who knew two great and different beaches were right there? We loved frisbee tossing and playing in the waves at Sandy Bay and the rocky vistas for exploring at Mermaids Chair. The kitchen was a highlight for us - the kids took over preparing some dinners together (fish tacos anyone?) and we had a game going to see if there was anything this kitchen didn't have (BTW, we lost that game!). There's even something to foam milk for morning coffee! Lauren was welcoming, kind, and really helpful - frankly, I should have called her earlier as she, Shawn, and their team really are committed to making the vacation really special. This was first class...I just got back home and am already thinking about returning!. Thank you Lauren and Shawn.

Great home. Great service. Everything exceeded our expectations. When the home that you are staying in is just perfect it sets up the rest of the trip to be perfect. It makes everyone involved naturally be in a good mood and everyone is excited to have a great experience. The design of the house with a great common area and three separate casitas is especially unique. Our party had three grown children, some with significant others, and the separate space for each away from the main house gave each individual their own space. At this stage of life that is a great feature. The views were stunning. Early mornings having a cup of tea, watching the sunrise, and listening to the surf is really priceless. If you go, plan ahead and get supplies. Lean on Lauren and her team, they are really great and want you to have a great experience. They like to help and be involved. Would hope to return someday.

We stayed here for six days for my wife’s 50th birthday. The place was as beautiful as the pictures. The view was absolutely amazing. The house had anything and everything one could possibly want or desire. The kitchen had almost every appliance one could imagine. The house is definitely secluded and far away from downtown, which is good or bad depending on what one wants to do. Highly recommended for sure.

I have traveled my entire life, vacationed near and far, and have rented probably 50 rental houses over the years. I generally never rent the same property twice but this house will be the exception. Hands down this is the nicest house in every aspect I have ever experienced. The building, construction, fit, finish, appliances, etc. are all absolutely top notch. The kitchen is stocked with all the appliances and utensils you could possibly need. We did have a couple small issues during our stay and the management company was prompt, courteous, and resolved anything we needed. The location, the view, the essentially private beach, neighborhood, etc. is incredible. As a rule of thumb be prepared that everything is 30 minutes away and that was not a problem for us. We got out every day and did things around the island and returned to our own paradise. This house is an 11 out of 10 and I will be back.

We spent a memorable vacation week at Viaggio in the Perserve at Botany Bay with our children and grandchildren ages 2-10. There were 11 of us. The views from every room were breathtaking. The house was so welcoming and spacious for all of us. The kitchen was well appointed for a family who likes to cook together. The extra ice maker was well used!! We all loved the infinity pool! You could see butterfly’s everywhere in the trees below and the view was captivating. The two private beaches in Botany Bay (Sandy Bay and the Meremaid’s Chair) were a 15 min walk or 5 min car ride away. We traveled to many bays/beaches to snorkel and swim and enjoyed local cuisine. It was a perfect vacation for us!!! I recommend water shoes for some of the beaches and full faced snorkel masks for the kids so they can breath regularly while taking in the amazing world below the surface!

The property far and above exceeded our expectations!!!!...The views were beyond spectacular. If we could give a 10 out of 5 star review, we would. Lauren and her Concierge team were outstanding. We cannot say enough about how amazing the home, location and all the amenities exceeded our expectations. The only concern was the "spotty" wifi service...(This is such a nitpicky comment, but it is necessary for finding a restaurant , etc. if you plan on going to town, and some minor needs, etc.) I'm certain that will improve. We will definitely be returning to this amazing Gem in Paradise!

We loved everything about this property! Plenty of space. I had 4 grown children and they all had their own space. House was super clean with everything you would need or want. The views are spectacular. Location is a little far from town and it took awhile to get used to driving to everything but the house was worth the drive. Lauren the property manager was always responsive if we had questions and helped us with our jeep rentals and recommendations for dinners and shopping. Would definitely come back again!

Clean. Convenient. Incredible views. Perfect pool. Awesome kitchen. Dont forget to stock up on food at Cost U Less before heading to the house.

Communication prior to arriving and during our stay was excellent. The recommendations on restaurants and grocery stores were great.

First time booking through vrbo and visiting the island. Sometimes when booking through these sites you take a leap of faith that what they list is as good as it looks. This estate is the more than we imagined! Incredible pool and view and the kids loved the gorgeous casitas! Lauren and Vicki responded to every text/email quickly and guided us through it all. From jeep rentals to food delivery to the personal chef (a must!) and what to visit. We couldn’t have done it without them!

It's hard to find enough good to say about the villa and the team managing it. It had the most breathtaking views from all windows. Love the separate casitas... We have stayed on St. Thomas many times and this was the best. Everything was so well stocked. The water triple filtered. Some of those things that had gone wrong for us in the past. The triple gate security, little traffic inside the main gates..... and I haven't even mentioned the beaches. We found Sandy Beach on a day when there were some good waves. We all had so much fun!!! Thanks to Lauren, Vicki and Bianca, everything was made so easy for us. Thank you for the rapid responses to all of our questions. We will definitely be back! Don't change a thing!!!!! This villa was perfection. It had everything we needed. The management company was very responsive and helpful. Loved the ice maker, beach chairs, coolers and pool floats! Only down side was distance to grab groceries. But, totally worth it for the isolation and super private beaches! Highly recommend.

-the sunrises and sunsets are stunning -the landscaping is meticulously well appointed -the pool is perfect for relaxing days at the villa -early morning walks at Sandy Bay are a rejuvenating treat or take a picnic basket to stay all day -Mermaid's Chair is a surprising wonder of the world -a must see at least once in your life -the pictures of Viaggio are an accurate reflection of the Villa but can't begin capture the magic you feel once you arrive -Viaggio is smartly equipped to comfortably host a group of 8-10 adults -all the beach equipment you need - chairs, umbrellas and snorkel gear -Viaggio has it -the kitchen has everything you need and more to dine at home... you want for nothing -be sure to stock-up on provisions at the grocery store or have them delivered -Our family had the most memorable time at Viaggio and we will return to the USVI to be kissed by the sun...sooner rather than later -Lauren and Vicki at Rock Concierge are attentive, accommodating and offered great advice on all things available to do and where to eat around the island -Thanks for a wonderful experience ! *shhh... keep this magical place a secret...unspoiled natural beauty !

Villa Viaggio is a slice of heaven. The Villa is beautiful, extremely well kept up, and very stylish. The views of the Atlantic and Caribbean are breathtaking. Being able to hike to the two private beaches was the highlight of our stay. It was the perfect place to stay in paradise. We are looking forward to our return next year!

We have a family of 11 , it was perfect for us, very spacious , the 3 separate bedrooms were very close to main house and worked out perfect. The pool was amazing, the private beach was just a short drive down the hill, it was just beautiful, my grandchildren loved playing in the ocean. We rented a vehicle and this is a must as grocery stores are a good half hour away. Everything was in pristine condition and we would definitely return.

It was the Perfect Property for celebrating with our family of 11….during Covid. It is very private and well appointed with stunning views! A very relaxing Vibe…the private beach was a bonus. We enjoyed every minute of our stay….Thank You to Lauren for her quick response to any questions or requests!

The villa sits on the far western side of the island, but is accessible and private. The accommodations are beautiful and functional, the staff was helpful, and our stay was beyond memorable. We would stay again in a moment.

I had 8 guests for a week long stay over thanksgiving.. what an amazing property just as listed, the pictures don’t even do it justice. You are right next to sandy bay and mermaids chair, essentially your own private beach as it doesn’t have public access and even the locals in the city say it’s some of the most gorgeous beaches on the island and good snorkeling at mermaids chair, plus the house comes with all the beach items you could need (chair, umbrella, snorkel, etc.). Check in and the concierge are top notch if not perfect, we had a hot water issue and someone was there to fix immediately. The views and house are second to none, only downside is it’s a little far from downtown/grocery stores, but that’s a silver lining as you are away from all the tourist spots and can truly get away and have privacy. Kitchen has everything you could ever need and more with largely brand new everything. We are already planning another trip here, just overall fantastic experience, better than described, totally worth the price.

Had a wonderful stay were with our family of nine! House is in great condition, the casitas were all well appointed, and any little maintenance issues were dealt with super fast. Be sure to arrange your Jeeps via Lauren (the concierge)- made everything so easy (and you'll 100% want a Jeep to drive around and from the West end) Price is beyond reasonable for the house as well, and pool has a stunning view. Kitchen was extremely well appointed, and the outdoor shower in the Master definitely added a luxury touch. Can't speak highly enough!

I can’t say enough about this fantastic property. Breathtaking view, very well cared for home. Property manager was helpful and any questions were answered promptly. The pool/deck are amazing. Comfortable beds. The casitas are great for quiet/privacy. Just a quick walk/drive to a beautiful beach. This home is amazing, you will enjoy every minute of your stay here!

The owner was very responsive during and after the booking process. Once booked, the villa concierge was very helpful in helping me navigate the town and in finding the best options for my group. The villa felt like a private resort. It was absolutely beautiful. Everything we needed was already there in order to have a good time. The only complaint we received was from drivers that it is too far due to being on the west end and most places being on the east end. Overall, I loved the villa and St. Thomas. I recommend staying here for sure!
