We spent an amazing long weekend here in early October. The location is great with a view of the lake from the front yard. The cottage is exactly as advertised...very clean & cosy. We spent most of our time away from the cottage exploring the Maine countryside, Bridgton & Fryeburg, and the North Conway, NH area. During our nights at the cottage, it was very quiet and comfortable. **Bonus points for our gracious hosts who were kind enough to reach out and let us know that we left some belongings behind i after we checked out. Bo was kind enough to offer to mail them back to us. We have to say thank you again...we greatly appreciate your kindness and generosity!! We look forward to staying here again!!

We had a great mini-vacation on Sebago Lake. Cabin was so clean, bright and well cared for. Our host thought of everything. We will be coming back next year!

This was the perfect spot for 2 couples to enjoy a weekend away. Bo was so helpful and responsive through the process. The place was clean and had everything we needed there. The walk to the beach was about 2 minutes and couldn't have been easier. We were up in Sebago for a wedding at Autumn Lane Estate. This is the PERFECT place to stay for a weekend getaway.

We stayed at this property for 5 nights. It was just as advertised with lots of nice thoughtful amenities.....beer and wine and water in the refrig when we arrived, AC on, an outdoor grill for our unit that was clean and even the Ignitor worked! The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates, etc...even a can opener....(.I didn't have to use my Leatherman.) Nason's Beach is a 3 min walk and you have walk on privileges. You can leave your stuff at the beach/lake in the AM and come back in the PM. Lots of families at the beach/lake...very tame..... Just an item of note: the cottage is off a main road so you will hear a truck or motorcycle at times.....the bedrooms are in the back so this was not an issue at all for us. Frank and Bo were wonderful hosts and we plan to return. 4.9/5

Everything was great.

The cottage was adorable, updated with modern amenities and SO clean! I truly appreciated the open communication with the owners in advance of my stay as well as the wonderful adult beverages in the fridge, fire wood for the fire pit and adorable/cozy feel (pillows, etc.) in the cottage. I will look for this cottage AGAIN!

Owner great place clean and great location

This cottage was a perfect weekend getaway for my family. It was clean and cozy, a lot to do as a family, and since we had a little bit of work to do, we were happy that the wifi worked great too. It was the perfect size for 4 people. Bojana was wonderful, helpful and very easy to communicate with!

Exploring Sebago for the first time and rented this cottage for its proximity to the water and beach. 10 minutes from restaurants and grocery stores in Naples, and small general store within walking distance. Cozy property, clean, well maintained, and comfortable. 2 small bedrooms, full kitchen, small porch, outdoor dining and fire pit . Owners were very responsive to our needs and provided welcome gift of beer and wine. Word of advice, cell coverage and WiFi is very spotty in the area, so take that into consideration.

Bojana and Frank go above and beyond to make your stay as amazing and relaxing as possible! The cottage is so pretty and served all of our needs even on our rainy day when we just hung around. I love this place and will be back next year!!

Bo and Frank made it easy to check in, were available if we had questions, even provided us with beach chairs, and the cottage is updated inside with all new fixtures. Location is on a busy road, but the beach and the water is only a short walk and absolutely clean and well maintained. I would rent from this VRBO again.

This is our second year staying, and we absolutely love it. The location, amenities, and amazing updates of the cottages are great. Bo and Frank have put a lot of work into their rentals, and it truly shows! Thank you for everything, and we hope to see you next year!

This was the perfect stay for myself, my husband and our 9 month old. It was clean and well maintained and the hosts were wonderful! The beach is about a 3 minute walk, and it’s clean, and a wonderful spot for families! Thank you!!

Due to some of our past travel experiences we're always a bit concerned before arriving at our next stay... but, WHAT A PLEASENT SURPRISE this time!!! The cottage was in a wonderful place and a very short distance from the beach. EVERY THING inside was SPOTLESS! There were plenty of clean towels, silverware, tableware, kitchen & bath soap, shampoo and conditioner, too. And there was wine & beer in the refrigerator! (& did we mention AIR CONDITIONER & WI-FI??? yep... that too!). The outdoors have a firepit, with an abundant amount of firewood, provided by the owners, a gas grill, tables, chairs and other amenities. We had the pleasure to meet the owners in person and left with a very positive, overall experience... &, needless to say, we're looking forward to our next stay with them!

This rental was perfect for our needs. Everything was spotless and this unit allowed us to have separate bedrooms which is important as we are on different sleep/time schedules. We have all the utensils we needed to cook a variety of meals, and we did not even get to the grill or firepit outside. Cleanliness was outstanding and all the furniture and beds were quite comfortable.

Our cottage was so inviting and well decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the nights were very quiet. Our host was friendly and inviting and if we needed anything, she was very responsive. The surroundings were beautiful and we enjoyed our stay very much! I’ll be back!!

We visited Maine for a family wedding this weekend, and stayed in this lovely little cottage across from Sebago Lake. It was clean & nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed including some refreshments in the fridge. I would definitely recommend this rental!

The remodeled, beautiful cabin was very nice. Beds were very comfortable. Nice firepit area as well. My only recommendation, is it would have been nice to have a better pan set and baking sheets. We like to cook. Other then that, great place! Lake across the street and only an 1 1/2 from White Mountians and 45 minutes to Portland.

Very comfortable cabin. We were pleasantly surprised with the refreshments left for our stay in the refrigerator. Would stay in this cabin again if traveling in the area again.

Property was clean and well equipped for our short stay. Very close to beach, and very scenic. Larger centers within an hour for brewery hopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place. Great location. I would however get rid of at least two of those plug-in air freshener’s. This is NOT a complaint. I’m just sayin’

Beautifully clean. Beds were comfortable with ample pillows and extra blanket. WiFi adequate. As good as you can get in rural Maine. The kitchen was well equipped. It is on a main road but we did not find noise to be a problem at night. Slept great! The cottage is across from Sebago Lake and made a perfect base of operations for the area. Will return.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed - even some craft beer and a bottle of wine in the fridge. The owner was very friendly and attentive. We would definitely stay again.

First of all, let me start with the cottage, it is as pretty as the photo gallery. Very clean, as well as bright & inviting for a Maine vacation. Walking to the beach was so convenient. Bohanna greeted us, it was hot ,but when we walked in, the A/C was turned on for our arrival. Clean towels on the bed, refreshments in the fridge. It was one of the nicest properties I have stayed at since using VRBO & very welcoming.
