The overall look was good

Two floors of stairs with luggage, not a full hotel it was just a private accommodation with a very shady entrance.

The receptionist was really lovely. We had an upgrade to suite room very modern and comfortable. They also include a nice breakfast at the bar close to the hotel. Very good as well.

Many stairs to get to the entrance, but you forgive it when going inside the room.

But unpleasant is the with parking. You need to park your car 300m away on public parking unless you wanna pay each hour rate.

We had a warm welcome. Whenever we had a question or needed help, the staff was very quick and kind. It was a 5 minute walk from what we think would be described as the ‘main street’. There was a busstop nearby that took you to a beach about 5/10 min away

An absolutely perfect breakfast with coffee, juice and croissant.

It got a little damp in the room so ventilation could be better.

The staff, the lady at the reception (Vladka) is sooo kind and helpful and professional and welcoming and smiling, she explains everything in details and she’s suggesting good restaurants and beaches to go. Also, the area next to the theater is so nice and the hotel is very nice and clean.

Maybe a little bit more hangers in the washroom, I understand the room is small but a couple of hangers in the back of the washroom’s door would be useful.

the location was excellent and the staff were superb. They were very helpful and assisted us with transportation to our next destination. The location was nearby to most of the places of interests we had wanted to see.

Nothing - all great

The staff were really prompt and helpful responding to messages. The freshly squeezed orange juice, mini croissants and cappuccino for breakfast in Teatro were delicious.

The shower flooded the floor, the bathroom steamed up and towels were always damp.
