This home is beautiful! We especially enjoyed entertaining in the spacious chef’s kitchen and open floor plan. The enclosed patio was perfect for our shrimp boil where we entertained over 20 friends staying at other properties in Rosemary. We will definitely book this home again!

Great experience; check in was easy, communication was smooth, the house was well equipped and a short walk to coffee, the beach, multiple pools, tennis courts and the fitness center. We were sad to leave and hope to return.

We rented the main house and carriage house and found it to be perfect for our party of 3 adult couples without kids and 1 couple with 2 kids. We had one minor service request that was fixed very quickly. The home is beautiful and location is great!

This house was wonderful; just as described. Walk to beach was 5 min or less and beautiful. Would definitely recommend this property!

Each year we have stayed in a different house, for multiple reasons: too small, not clean, property manager not attentive. This is the first year that everyone in our party agreed that we would stay at this house again. Large kitchen/living area, which is a must. Nice size bedrooms and a washer and dryer in the house and garage. It is a two minute bike ride to the beach, directly across from the sky pool, and has enough parking.

This house was beautiful! Plenty of space for all. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals at home. And there were plenty of restaurants close by. We enjoyed biking everywhere! The beach and pools were close to the house and easily accessible either by walking or bike. The property managers were responsive to the few questions we had and the app was great for check in and general information. We loved our time in Rosemary Beach and hope to return!

We just returned from a fabulous week with our family and can’t say enough positive things about this cottage and the property management. The home is gorgeous- beautifully designed yet very family friendly and in the perfect location across from pool and fitness center and super short walk to beach and town center. We loved everything about this home and are already looking forward to returning soon. It was stocked with everything we needed, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. The property management group was very responsive and eager to make sure our stay went well. Highly recommend this property!

Felt like we were mislead in regards to what amenities would be available- was told the pools would be open, but they were not and we were not given any refund accordingly. The green egg needs a little attention. We took all of our accessories to cook with- but the grill is not in good shape. The ice maker also needs to be serviced. Beautiful, very comfortable beds, able to accommodate eight adults easily. Nice kitchen, cozy, spacious upper deck able to seat several people, fabulous Carriage house. Even a Big Green Egg BBQ Grille. And bicycles awaited us!! We felt to well- cared for, and when I had a question I called the office and they picked the phone right up and answered my question easily. I highly recommend this house and this location to others.

Everything from the gorgeous decor, the plush towels, comfy beds, and the wonderfully well equipped kitchen guaranteed a perfect first visit to Rosemary Beach. The location of the cottage across the street from the fitness center, indoor pool, and tennis courts was perfect for our active family. We loved walking for coffee (Amavida) and donuts (The Daughter's Kitchen) every morning. Having the bicycles that came with the house meant we almost never used our car. We can't wait to return to Rosemary Beach, and we would definitely rent the Blue Heron cottage again!

We only live two hours away from the beach so we tend to not go stay there, but decided this year we would since our son-in-law was in a wedding at Rosemary and it coincided with my and my husband's birthdays. We were supposed to be joined by other family who didn't come, so unfortunately we didn't make use of all the great space available. The only down sides to this rental was the tight garage parking (one narrow space) and perhaps distance to the beach, although that was really not bad at all considering if you don't want to walk (10 minutes) you have parking passes so you can drive closer and park. The owners used one side of the garage but there were two parking passes for us and thankfully plenty of room since it was not a busy time (and also we had two full-size trucks which wouldn't have fit in the garage) There was a great pool right across the street. The bikes were the best! We haven't ridden in years and loved riding and enjoying the beautiful homes and scenery. Also, the house and grounds couldn't be more beautiful. It's a very comfortable home. The flowers and landscaping is gorgeous. We would definitely go back, and my husband and I also thought it would be a really great rental for maybe three couples to share. There's plenty of space and privacy. I would definitely recommend.
