The property has wonderful space for not only "hanging out" but also entertaining. Could easily have 8 to 10 adults and children at mealtime since the outdoor porch gives more seating. The house overlooks water perfect for morning coffee or late afternoon glass of wine. Had a lovely vacation and would definitely come back again!

We stayed for 4 nights during Thanksgiving. It was so nice and relaxing! The view from the back deck was beautiful. Wonderful neighborhood and took us 10 minutes to drive to downtown Bethany. Would def stay again!

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The house is very large and very comfortable. Steven was excellent in providing services when we had a shower problem. Only one issue - the "third bedroom" is actually a loft with very little privacy. We had a wonderful time in this home! Thank you Steven

Clean and spacious. New refrigerator. This was a perfect stay close to the beach for me and my family, which includes two adults, two children, and a dog. The community in which this property is located is very clean and offers many amenities. We swam at the pool and also used the ping-pong and pickle ball facilities. Everything was great. There are many sidewalks for walking a dog, and they are all very clean and well lit. This is our second stay at this property, and we would gladly return.

Steven was very responsive. We enjoyed ourselves and would return.

Very nice condo. Everything was spotlessly clean including the outdoor dining area. All appliances were very new and in good working order. Beds were firm and comfortable. Excellent location with a pond to look at from the deck. We attended the adult and kids tennis clinics. Very nice Har tru courts and their tennis pro is a pretty nice guy. Pool and clubhouse/restaurant were also top notch. We also talked to quite a few of the neighbors while out walking around. Very friendly neighborhood. We drove ourselves to the beach instead of using the shuttle. Pretty quick 10 minute drive to beach. We would stay there again.

The property made our first vacation in over two and a half years memorable and fantastic. We’d rent this same property again in a heartbeat. Great location, comfortable to stay in, and clean. Accurate property description. Honestly, we have no complaints.

The Villa was very nice & clean, the refrigerator really needs an upgrade. Ice maker did not work & it needed to be cleaned. We would definitely stay there again.

Easy to communicate with Steve. Property was as expected. Spacious, we were two couples that felt we each had privacy. Cozy recliners and the fireplace on cool evenings was nice. Relaxing, could have stayed on the screened in porch the entire time.

The condo is near tennis, a pool, and a short ride to the beach. The space is very big, nicely furnished. And has a great kitchen.

This property is located in a quiet, relaxing complex of townhouses. It is just miles away from Bethany Beach and right between Ocean City and Rehoboth Beaches. I have always stayed in Ocean City but enjoyed the peace and quiet of Bear Trap Dunes. We took our dogs on night time walks. There is also a grocery store nearby. Communication with our host was excellent. We would definitely return to this property.

It was a very spacious space - I love the pond view was very relaxing - the only complaint I had was the carpet was not clean, furniture was out dated and there were no start - up toiletries - I really love the space and how big it was -

I'd like to start off with that this was my first time in the area. I loved the community, the nearby supermarket and closeness of the beach. The owners attention to amenities was great. House is fully equipped with beach chairs, kitchen gadgets and tons of extra pillows and safe. I found the home cozy, large and generally clean. There is a lack of attention to detail to dust in corners, baseboards, curtain and plants. But the overall home is clean where it does truly matter. The amenities are dated but comfortable. My kids loved the home and I was at ease. I definitely would stay again due to the great price, size and overall comfort.

Great location. we have unvaccinated kids, so did not take advantage of the gym or shuttle, but still a great place. Very large and very clean. There was a noise coming from the wall from a pond pump compressor, but not the owner's fault and it was fixed mid way through the trip. That was really our only complaint.

The property is located on Bear Trap Dunes, a great low-key community perfect for those with families and pets. There are many sidewalks and it is quiet during the morning and evening. There is a community pool that can be accessed by paying the resort fee. The pool was well maintained and easy to access (only 1/3 mile from the rental). The rental was spacious and clean. The third (upstairs) bedroom is a loft, so those sleeping there may hear someone who is in the living room below. The kitchen was well stocked with all appliances and utensils that we needed. The porch was great -- screened in. Owner responded within 1 hour to a phone call with a question that we had. We would rent here again.

We had a problem not with the property but with someone stealing two small bags when we were unloading our car. Put a damper on the vacation. Regarding the property, the little things mean a lot. The unit was obviously cleaned when we arrived but less than spotless. The AC in the bedrooms makes for a warm evening if the doors are closed. The light over the stove is burned out, hard to see what your cooking. The ceiling fan in the master emits an obnoxious noise. Also, would have been nice to have small gas grill outside. Every unit we have rented in beartrap for the last 12 years has had one.

You will need towels, paper goods, soaps, laundry supplies, etc. The appliances are old and need updating (the motors are loud like they’re dying- specifically the fridge and HVAC, which we alerted the owner about). The furniture and bedding are worn and threadbare. The beds are pretty comfortable. If the villa was better cleaned (vents are dusty, cobwebs on the tall ceilings), and had some updates as described above, we would stay there again.

My son and his friends stayed at Stephen's property. They said the kitchen was nicely stocked, and the bathrooms were nicely cleaned and fit their group nicely. Stephen was very easy to deal with, and super responsive.

Everything was absolutely amazing!!! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything one needs to cook with, including leftover spices and coffee filters from other renters. The view from the balcony over the lake pit me in a great mood every morning. Emails between myself and Steve were fast and efficient. Would absolutely rent this exact location again!

Lost the first day trying to get into the rental. No accurate codes to open door. Old broken furniture and older kitchen utensils made for uncomfortable stay. Owner did not provide accurate cell number until vrbo contact was made. Poor management and response.
