We had a simply delightful stay in the beachside condo. Everything was clean and in great shape. The bed was exceedingly comfortable. The views of the Gulf from our deck were fabulous(see pic taken at sunset).

We love staying in Watercolor Beachside condos. If you want waterfront in Watercolor there is no place better. We love going to the Beachclub for live music and sunset views. Condo #21 is not as beautifully decorated as #3 but has nice views from the 2nd story deck. The gardeners even trimmed the hedges for a better view when we asked them! Beds were very comfortable! We had to have 360 staff help us with a couple of issues but after that our 10 days were great. If you have more than 1 car you have to park across the street because you can’t use the garage and there is no visitor parking. We were off peak so it wasn’t a problem. The furniture in the den needs cleaning and repair, the TVs need an update as well. For the price, all should be high quality and in perfect condition. We brought our own bikes so I can’t review the rental bikes. Overall we had a wonderful fall getaway, thanks for everything!

Really was impressed with the condo and particularly the proximity to the beach. We literally left our shoes at the condo and walked the boardwalk outside our door to the beach. Wish the weather was better but with how close we were, we were able to run out to the beach between storm clouds. Really enjoyed it and plan to be back!

The perfect beach house! Everything is within walking distance and is the best location in watercolor by far. The beach is a 10 second walk down the boardwalk next to house and the white sand is beautiful. The view toward the ocean from the balcony is amazing and we loved opening up the balcony doors to hear the waves crashing while sitting in the living room. It was so nice to be able to walk out to the beach for the beautiful sunsets! (We never felt like there was noise coming from the boardwalk and we had 3 babies in our group!) The heated watercolor beach club pool was so fun for all of us and is only a 3 minute walk away!! The condo pool was another great option if you wanted a more quiet spot late afternoon especially for napping. Another one of our favorite things to do was take the short walk to the Seaside food trucks each day! Thank you for the best week at the beach! The location is perfect. Seriously can't wait to go back to #21 this Summer!!!

Loved the unit and our stay!

As usual, properties that are handled by 360 Blue are in very good condition. We loved the size of this place and the location. It was a huge plus to have a golf cart, although I don’t know that the golf cart still comes with it. We could open the doors and hear the ocean. This particular unit is about 20 years old so it is showing some wear very clearly on the floors and some of the cabinets. This unit also lacked the personalization we had seen in other units which made it a little less homey. We do plan to go back. Seaside is great in February.

We love the 30A experience and this was our 4th visit to the area. The Beachfront 21 condo was overall clean and beach proximity was excellent. You are not able to see the beach due to the dunes and trees but could see the Gulf over the trees. The beach was literally steps away. There was some confusion for us in the Watercolor and 360 Blue distinctions. We did enjoy the pools and facilities of Watercolor, all were excellent. The actual rental was via 360 Blue. Beach chair rental was through Watercolor. We were not satisfied with the beach chair rental experience as there was a distinction in the fact that we were 360 Blue.

Had a great time. only one small issue with the beach boardwalk access gate. It was repaired next day.

Great location - as close as you can get to the beach in Seaside! Very convenient having the use of the golf cart, and the home is well-maintained. We will return!

best location on 30A! Spectacular place right on the beach, right next to Watercolor beach club, and right next to Seaside main square. Can’t ask for a better location or nicer house. We had multiple families with us (and never felt cramped) on this perfect vacation, thank you!

Beautifully decorated condo! The location was perfect because it was beach front and right next to the beach walk so getting to the beach was a breeze! It was also on the outskirts of Watercolor which made it close to both Watercolor and Seaside. It was so nice to have golf cart to get to Seaside, although it was close enough to walk. The furnishings were fabulous and the unit was very clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Beachside #21 is a fantastic home with a wonderful location. The 6 seater golf cart is a huge bonus as well as the 6 bikes. The home was decorated nicely and lots of games for us to play. Kitchen is well appointed. It would be helpful from To provide a written portfolio of all the information in the app left in the home! It is extremely helpful when referring to the important information regarding a rental property. Not everyone in a group wants to download the app to have access to property information. We loved our stay and hope to be back soon.

What a fabulous week we've had at Beachside #21! This is the most perfect condo for all ages. It is tremendously spacious and the interior looks brand new! The location could not be more ideal--located directly on the beach and an easy, quick walk into Seaside. From the large golf cart (seats 6) and the abundance of bikes to the large flatscreen tv's with Apple TV, this unit is filled with amenities that we thoroughly enjoyed. The kitchen is fully stocked, and it was really fun to cook in a few nights! The bedrooms are very spacious, and the beds are insanely comfortable! We are so grateful to discover this amazing unit, and look forward to many more special memories here. HIGHLY recommend!!

Disappointing The pictures in this listing don’t match at all!!! This condo has 2 queen beds and 1 king Hardly any decorating It’s stark and cold with furniture that looks like it belongs in the waiting room of a dr office No rugs Not even bath mats in the bathroom No place to wash off your feet when walking up from beach So sand is everywhere Sandy beds are not comfortable Had to use the bath towels for rugs by the beds and bathroom floors Won’t stay with 360 blue again Spending thousands of dollars and I have to go buy bath mats for the floors

Beautiful weather, great location, beaches were as wide as I've ever seen. Unit was great - patio doors and windows could have been cleaner - bug splatters everywhere. Despite Harvey the weather cooperated very well!

We enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent. We loved being able to walk almost anywhere we needed to go . We enjoyed the Seaside circle and biking to Grayton Beach . Loved the beachy decor and comfy furniture . Will come again! It was a great floor plan for teenage girls and parents as well .😊

The house was great. Perfect location right on the beach & next to the pool and between WaterColor & Seaside for things to do. We enjoyed using the bikes daily and LOVED that the unit was all wood floors and no carpet. We had 2 adults and a teen with more than enough room. The 360 Blue bonfire was also a terrific event. It rained most of the week and we had a GREAT time. Any day on the beach is a good one. Concierge service was also top notch. We will use your company again. Thanks!

The spacious condo was very nice with 3 large bedrooms, quality furnishings, and a well appointed interior. The location was both perfect and very difficult at the same time. Couldn't be closer to the beach and the wonderful Watercolor pools, however the condo is located directly on top of a very busy public boardwalk that leads up to the beach. Teenagers were running up and down the boardwalk all night all week slamming the gate to the beach. Not a great place for families with babies seeking peaceful evenings, however probably perfect for families with teenagers. Also, it is very important to note that beach chairs and umbrellas are NOT included in your rental, so be prepared to dole out an extra $300 a week for two chairs and one umbrella. Great location for an easy family stroll (or bike) into downtown seaside or to the shops at Watercolor. Both great experiences for families.

This is a beach front property. Unfortunately, it sits under a bush. The picture in the promotion is not accurate. The place is very dark. The private pool was filled with teenagers throwing balls over your head. We will not return. The above picture from the top floor.
