The place was clean and well organized for the space. Great location.

Not a place for family with kids. Sheets and pillows for sofa-bed are storaged in a dusty box under the sofa. Main bed is small, old mattress, springs sound when you seat. We did not stay the night due to the dusty conditions we found the sheets and pillows storaged with dust around; unable to accommodate our family that night; non of the sheets fitted the open full sofa. The owner/manager said that night she would consider "some source of refund." Never got back to us until today I asked if she had considered it and she covered herself refering to her "cleaning lady" defense that there were sheets available, plus with inaccurate pictures. I wouldn't do business with this person again. Awful customer service and dishonest way to let go the client. The outside of the property condition is terrible, you have to walk extremely careful on the old rotten stairs to get to the 2nd floor, and opening the door I was afraid the handle would fall on my hand, no way to securely lock the door in the inside. Not recommended for a family.

It was pretty good it was a little deceitful with the pictures the silverware wasn’t the cleanest and I’m pretty sure I found mouse poop in with the cooking supplies

Really enjoyed our stay. Room is perfect for 2 people and beach is close by. Room was nice and clean and had all the admenities and more. Johns pass was nice to visit and pool area was nice.

This rental was cute & clean & the pool was nice. It was close to the beach access & other fun places like Johns pass & Clearwater. The only small issue was that we had no hot water in the shower.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here! Perfect size for two people and just minutes from the beach!

Older complex. Stayed with my daughter and granddaughter - room very small, but OK for a short visit and not having to be in room much. Pool and patio area very nice. Close to the beach. Nicole, the owner, was extremely responsive to my questions.

Great location but the unit was not big enough to accommodate 4 people comfortably.

Manager was helpful when needed. Internet included didn't work but had internet TV that worked. Go figure. Parking is a joke. Park behind park playground UNTIL 10pm. Incase it is full for future renters. Otherwise safe for families. Good area, gas station opens at 7

Property was very clean. Coffee maker, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, stove, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and boogie boards all provided. This was super convenient and perfect for my family! Beach is literally across the street. Pool is lovely and clean. Plenty of drawers to keep clothes, pull out couch was extremely comfortable and spacious. Would say the size of the room is better suited for 1-2 people but not an issue since we were out most of the day. Thank you for a delightful stay!

The place is just as advertised. It is small, clean, and has everything needed for a beach break. The beach is just about a block away, no big deal going back and forth. The pool area is nice. We were there in late April and it was pretty quiet. Plenty of restaurants, shopping, etc. in the area.

Well I will definitely say the property manager was very easy to get ahold of and helped out & answered any questions we had! The place was clean, they had a bottle of wine waiting for us, which was so nice! The only complaints are that the bed creaked a lot (but comfy though) & the shower is just a little small. But what we were there for it was perfect! (Was there for a wedding- really only used it to sleep & get ready for the day.) would definitely stay here again!

The property was exactly as listed. The beach was private and gorgeous. There was a landing with a table and chair for outside seating. The location was great because it is near great places to eat! As a person that is obsessed with water, having a Brita filter in the fridge was an excellent addition to the place. I would rent this place again for sure.

Nice place to come back after all day at beach and activities to relax go to the pool or sit on balcony. It had all you needed ALL the essentials from shower gels shampoo and conditioners. We had three adults and was just big enough . Right across from the beach. We used the trolley to visit Clearwater beach and St Pete beach even though we had a rental car to save on parking fees and the trolley fares were free while there! The host responded as soon as I texted with questions. Would def recommend

It was a wonderful location. Close to the beach, close to shopping and local sights. Did not have to go far. Place was clean. We enjoyed ourselves.

We loved the property! Great location, cute studio apartment, close to beach access, and great pool. My girls (3 and 5) loved the park right next store. Owner was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back to enjoy this property again soon.

Nicole is great with communication when I had any questions. The beds were comfortable and everything we could’ve needed was provided. Beach was right across the street and the pool was great. Would definitely like to come back for a longer stay.

This property was clean, as described and good for the price. The worst thing was the bed. Super uncomfortable, creaky and weirdly bulky around the bottom. The couch bed needs a note as to where the linens are because we did not know and had to contact the owner to find out. A reply was quick. There are 2 sleeping pillows total for this place. Lots of decorative pillows though. Extra pillows are absolutely needed and a very low cost thing for this owner to provide. Overall decent stay.

Pros: 3 minute walk to beach, well insulated, cute, cozy.Cons: no oven :(bed is kind of hard makes creaky noises....Fridge and TV are small. Only shower no tub, only stairs. Entry door needs a black out curtain so does window.
