An average condo that worked satisfactorily for 3 senior skiers for 3 nights. We would have preferred 2 bathrooms, but we were fine with the one. With 2 engineers, it took a 2nd night to figure out the TV, which was oddly located, but we used an Amazon hotstick (?), enabling us to view the programs we wanted to watch. The title refers to the 1st 2 mornings because there was no coffee maker in the condo (a 1st for us). A couple of calls to management brought us one a bit tardier than promised. The vanity towel rack in the master bedroom was repaired by its occupant. Location excellent, walked to restaurants and grocery.

We absolutely loved this condo. The location was fantastic and it was super clean. The kitchen had everything we needed, loved the Roku TV, and the wood burning fireplace. We stayed there during a blizzard and the snow plow was there to clear things out conveniently. The condo community was great.

Condo was clean and comfortable. Great location with bus stops within walking distance. Looking forward to returning.

Have tried to get a resolution for the issues and frustrations for my stay for over a week communicating with multiple people to finally get told deal with the property owner… well why didn’t anyone communicate that with me at all ever and then was told they were in communications with him and he would reach out. Never heard a thing. Unit was extremely loud from outside noise, path and parking lot were not plowed well or even done, headboard on master bed was loose so anytime you moved it banged into the wall. Light next to the bed didn’t work, no curtains/ blinds on upstairs window so it was very bright for the guests in the loft, had to dig out the trash can to dump my trash when I wanted to leave. I am sure this is a great place during spring/ summer months but would never recommend staying during winter especially during a storm. I have lived and stayed in many units in mammoth that were not as clean or nice and had a much better stay. Literally myself and my guests had the worst 3 nights sleep if i would even consider 6 hours in 3 nights even sleep. Wish I could leave a better review I tried to work something out and come to a professional resolution with absolutely no luck. Very disappointed

We had a great time! Enjoyed every minute. My 3 year old loved the board games! This complex never disappoints, thank you!

The rental process was simple. Email communication was clear. Only downside, we wish we had booked a couple extra days. I will definitely rent again. Thank You, John!!

Good clean condo, just a quick drive up the mountain for cycling at the bike park.

Comfortable, spacious and well-equipped. As stated, not much natural light. That got us outdoors in the morning, whether to the cafe on the corner or the mountain trails. We found it a lovely place to relax, go for a hot tub or sauna, and make dinner in the evening

Nice space for two . Spent 4 nights early june 2022 to fish lake Crowley . Clean. Very responsive owner. Convenient location . Only two points for improvement - For some reason the wifi connection was slow on my laptop and couldn’t get work done - had to use my cell phone but thankfully didn’t have too much work to do. Water pressure of shower was very weak and had to really rush in and out of shower to keep from getting cold even though the water temp itself was hot , due to being a trickle . Owner has looked into it and apparently is a regulator issue with the HOA but it’s unfortunate if this is the water pressure of all the owners ! Hope the HOA addresses it because it is otherwise a great place for two ( only one restroom / shower). It’s a great price regardless and owner was very responsive , but man , if the water pressure and internet could be improved , place would be a fantastic deal. We still had a great time and enjoyed the place . Thanks !!

Very enjoyable. However, I would recommend stating that this unit is on the second floor.

Family had a great time skiing in the morning and riding bikes in the afternoon. Accommodations were perfect for our family and easy to access all that Mammoth had to offer.

Very nice condo, excellent value, perfect for a family of 5, my 3 kids 11, 9, and 6 loved the loft area,really enjoyed the buck stove natural fireplace, perfect complement to the snowy night Mother Nature provided last Thursday, excellent kitchen amenities as well, shower area could use an update though and and a small washer dryer set would be a welcome addition for those on extended stays

The property was clean, spacious enough for 5 adults and comfortable. The only problem we had was the noise the bedroom heater would make in the middle of the night if we kept it on. I would bring a pair of ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper

Condo is conveniently located by the green line and a short walk to the red line. Clean, nice kitchen, and upstairs loft was perfect for our kids. We enjoyed our stay!

Stayed the week with some friends during online school to get some skiing in. Wonderful little cabin and great communication with the owner. Would recommend !

Clean and comfortable. Owner/manager was very accommodating. Was on a trip with a friend but would rent again for the family in a heartbeat.

John was extremely pleasant to work with. Check-in was quick and easy and the place was even nicer than it already looked in the photos. I will be staying here again!

This was a great condo for our family. The condo is very clean and well stocked. It had plenty of utensils and cookware. The kids loved the loft and it provided extra space for their stuff. The condo is on the end of the unit and upstairs so it was quiet. The owner replies to emails quickly when renting and we didn't have any problems during our week long stay. Definitely recommend for a family of 4.

Unit #110 is a clean, well kept and well stocked unit. We've stayed in this unit multiple times and love this unit. Proximity to stores and restaurants is perfect. :-)

This condo was beautiful - put us right in a central locations in town, close to everything needed. It was very clean & comfy, and the kitchen was beautiful - well supplied with all utensils needed to cook anything. We loved it & hope to return soon! Mr. & Mrs. Simon

This unit is a great place to relax over a long weekend. The unit is clean, well furnished and comfortable. We enjoyed the fireplace, pool and hot tub. We also enjoyed the easy access to bike trails. Check in and out was easy. I would stay here again and recommend to others.

This is our second time renting from John. It's a great upstairs, end unit not far from the clubhouse. Master bedroom bed is very comfortable and our girls had three beds to choose from in the loft. John provides ample firewood and the fireplace has a fan to crank out the heat into the unit. Kitchen is well stocked with everything! We had an problem with the wifi main door lock freezing over and John was all over the repair. Very engaged and his follow up was nice to see. The only issue we had was the master bedroom heater made an awful amount of noise when it turned on so we turned it off when we went to bed. We will rent John's property again! Mike & Suzy

My family and I just spent the best mini vacay in Mammoth! Thanks to John and his wonderful place it made getting around the area very accessible. John's place was perfectly clean and had everything ready for our stay. The condo is very close to the jacuzzi, spa, and recreation room. There is a major grocery store and a great pizza place within walking distance. I highly recommend staying at John's place and hope to stay there again soon.

This condo has consistently met our expectations. The place is very clean, equipped with necessary amenities, and quite comfortable. The owner is very fast in responding, and he is always professional and courteous. I never worry about asking him a question, and would similarly not worry if I had to contact him regarding an issue. The affordability of this condo is the cherry on top. And even though we stayed during a combination of fires in the vicinity that caused the whole town to be blanketed in thick smoke, we were still able to enjoy our stay indoors. It was hot at night since we couldn't open the windows at night due to the smoke, but that is no fault of the condo. We are looking forward to our next trip. Thank you, John, for having such a great condo that you are willing to share with others.

The condo was just the right size for our family of five -- room for the kids upstairs and parents downstairs. Clean, modern, well-located in the center of Mammoth Lakes. Recommended!
