Sind im August als Familie in Alcamo gewesen. Das Haus liegt wie beschrieben direkt am Strand und man kann den ganzen Tag die wunderschöne Aussicht genießen. Das Mobiliar ist schon etwas älter, aber alles war sehr ordentlich und sauber. Die Vermieterin kümmert sich sehr gewissenhaft und man kann sich bei jeglichen Fragen an sie wenden (Autovermietung, Reservierung Restaurant...).Strand ist gepflegt und das Wasser glasklar, unsere Tochter war begeistert. Nochmals vielen Dank Rosanna, wir kommen gern wieder!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette villa : on arrive par la première terrasse très fleurie et bien décorée, puis on traverse la villa jusqu'à la deuxième terrasse, attiré par la vue sur la plage. Enfin on découvre les chambres, la salle de bain, la cuisine et le salon, bien équipés. Et surtout nous avons été très bien accueillis par Rosanna qui nous a présenté la villa et donné toutes les informations nécessaires pour découvrir la région ouest de la Sicile. Il ne faut pas oublier l'accès direct sur la plage de sable fin et aux eaux claires et turquoises que nous avons beaucoup appréciée. Bref une villa à recommander pour découvrir l'ouest de la Sicile, tout en profitant d'une plage magnifique.

Das Objekt besticht mit seiner Strandnähe, direkt am Strand gelegen liegt es für den täglichen Ausflug zum Strand natürlich sehr optimal. Das Haus selbst besitzt zwei Etagen wobei nur die obere Etage bewohnbar ist und wir dort auch gewohnt haben. Das Haus ist soweit in Ordnung allerdings ist die Möblierung und das Inventar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wir haben uns vor Ort eine eigene Kaffeemaschine gekauft da wir die dort vorhandenen nicht benutzen wollten. In unmittelbarer Gegend gibt es kaum Restaurants oder Einkaufspassagen oder etwas zum bummeln. Wenn man etwas sehen will, muss man in den Nachbar Ort fahren, ( circa 5 km) wir waren zu dem auch noch am Saisonende da, da war natürlich nicht mehr so viel los. Aber dafür kann ja keiner was ;-) Dafür hatten wir den Strand fast für uns alleine. Alles in allem sind wir jedoch schon zufrieden gewesen. Die Abwicklung der Wohnungsinhaberin war super und auch die Betreuung während der Aufenthaltszeit ließ keine Mängel offen. Vielen Dank

Très belle villa, extrêmement bien située au pied de la plage. Séjour très agréable dans la villa.

Wir hatten 4 sehr schöne Tage in diesem tollen Haus. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer mit großen Doppelbetten. Es gab auch noch 2 Zimmer mit je 2 Einzelbetten. Ganz toll war auch, dass das eine Schlafzimmer separat eine Toilette hat und ein Waschbecken. Rosanna hat uns pünktlich am treffpunkt empfangen und zu der Villa begleitet. Es war so herzlich wie sie uns empfangen hat; außerdem hatte sie eine Flasche Wein,Wasser und einen großen Obstteller für uns bereit gestellt. Sie hat uns alles ausführlich erklärt und tolle Tipps gegeben, was wir machen können in dieser wunderschönen Gegend. Das Haus hat einen absolut tollen Blick direkt auf das Meer und zu Fuß sind es 2 Minuten zu einem sehr schönen Sandstrand. Der Balkon ist riesig groß und es gibt dort einen großen Tisch mit genügend Stühlen.Wir hätten länger bleiben sollen. Wenn wir mal wieder nach Sizilien gehen, kommen wir auf jeden Fall in die Villa The Beach. Liebe Rosanna : Vielen Dank für alles!

Excellent from greeting with Rosanna to position of property. Excellent cafe Summertime Cafe short walking distance and loads of places to visit and eat in the area. We will be returning as soon as possible.

We visited before the season and things were sedate - which was great. Rosanna provided a warm greeting and relevant context for what we had available to us nearby. Close access to the Autostrade is also key. 'Hitting the road' in Sicily can be a task, but Rosanna's villa is super convenient for longer journeys to Agrigento, etc. Inside: lots of hot water; all amenities needed; lots of air and light; comfy beds. Outside: clean beaches; two sunlight-soaked decks; large, covered patio. Thanks, Rosanna, for a wonderful visit! Ciao!

All our needs we're catered for, the villa was a good size, beautifully decorated and full of character. You could sit on one balcony and look at the sea and all what was happening on the beach, or sit on the other balcony and relax in the traquility of the peaceful garden. Definitely would recommend this villa and would love a return visit.

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und uns wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Bei Unklarheiten wurde uns geholfen. Es war alles so, wie beschrieben. Strand hatten wir in dieser Jahreszeit für uns alleine. Sehr ruhige Lage.

Luogo davvero incantevole, con la spiaggia sotto la porta di casa. Appartamento bello, pulito e ben curato. I padroni di casa sono stati molto gentili sia nell'accoglierci che nell'aiutarci a pianificare le mete più importanti da visitare. Unica pecca: abbiamo dovuto raccogliere i rifiuti prodotti in 4 giorni di soggiorno e portarli a Palermo per buttarli, in quanto i camion del "porta a porta" non hanno coinciso col nostro soggiorno.

We have spent 6 nights at Rosanna’s house in March 2018. Rosanna is a very friendly host who has taken care of check-in and check-out by herself and has been available for us during our stay. The house is spacious with 4 bed rooms and a nice living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with dish washer and washing machine in a small attached storage room. There is one main bathroom (with shower) and one small WC attached to one of the bed rooms. All rooms were very clean and well maintained. The house is located right next to a railway line but there are very few and only short trains and none of them during the night. Overall the house is very quite and we had a great sleep each night. There are two balconies, one on each side of the house, for morning and afternoon sun and there is a beautiful small yard where you can safely park a car. It is recommended to have a car because there are only small shops in the neighborhood which were closed in March. We did not try any of the nearby restaurants because the choice of restaurants in Castellammare del Golfo is just too attractive. The only small downside of the house is that it is a true summer house with no heating and simple windows. We stayed during a week with unusual cold temperatures and strong wind. With normal weather this should not be any issue and Rosanna immediately bought fire wood for us (which we did not use) to help us stay warm. We will book this house again at our next stay in Sicily.
