El apartamento era muy grande y estaba muy limpio y bien equipado. Solo nos quedamos una noche y superó nuestras expectativas. La comunicación fue muy fluida y fueron todos muy serviciales.

Nada, todo estuvo muy bien.

El apartamento está muy céntrico

El apartamento estaba todo sucio, llegamos y no habían limpiado lo de los inquilinos anteriores. Solo se puede hablar por WhatsApp y es inteligencia artificial. Logramos contactar con ellos y nos mandaron al personal de limpieza, pero solo recogió. Las paredes están todas sucias, los techos de los baños también. Pelos detrás de los baños, pelusa por las esquinas. De las duchas se sale el agua, las sábanas y toallas muy desgastadas… En fin, puede estar muy céntrico pero la falta de mantenimiento y el desgaste, así como la falta de limpieza dejan mucho que desear. Subo fotos de como nos encontramos a las 14.05 en el chek-in el piso.

The apartment was big. 2 rooms had double beds while the ather 2 had 2 single beds. We were 7 people and had enough space and toilets - 3. The living room was spacious, nice and clean with 2 sofas, table and TV. Was pretty good for 3 nights also because was almost in the heart of Jarez. Parking the car was easy on the street or in the parking area just down the building, it was not free of charge but not expensive though.

The second private bathroom was too small but still OK for 3 nights, it had no shelves or closets. We asked for more (and clean) towels they never arrived. Some of the bed sheets were a bit dirty.

Nice, spacious apartment. Very clean on arrival. Air conditioning works well. Convenient location. Just a 15 minute walk from the train station although there is parking. Good value for money and would recommend

A few minor things need rectifying such as the missing cupboard door in the kitchen and one of the sofas felt unstable. Also one of the bed throws had holes in which looked like cigarette burns although there's no smoking allowed in the property.
