This apartment/home is in an amazing location within walking distance to a fantastic beach (one among many that are interconnected by trails). The outdoor shower, the terrace, and balcony were all great extras.

The furnishings are modest, without a real common area, but this was fine for us since we were hanging out outside and doing activities offsite most of the time. There's more than one unit, so perhaps ours was less spacious than the others.

excellent location, close to beautiful beaches, great view

We arrived a day late due to my passports being stolen and then found by authorities later. The host accommodated this and someone came to meet up to hand over the keys and show us round the property. The views were spectacular and made up for the interior. It was such a treat to have our breakfasts on the balconies overlooking the Tower of Chia and ocean. It was also a treat to have the doors open, laying in bed looking at the views. There was an Italian cafeteria to make coffee on the stove, there was an induction hob (easy to use once you know what you're doing), and a fridge. Oh there is also a washing machine which is great! The drive way is very steep, i didn't feel comfortable parking down it and the road got quite full with cars but there was enough space to park each day. The shops, restaurants and beaches are all 5-10 mins drive, beaches are stunning, good restaurants nearby, and shops have enough of what you may need for your stay. Chia is incredibly quiet but so relaxing.

The meet up to hand over keys: This was helpful but they spoke no English so they used a translated booklet and we used google translate. I think there was quite a bit of misunderstanding and the booklet wasn't left with us, which would have been helpful. Anyway everything worked out fine no issues and this is Italy so cant expect everyone to speak English. The property is shared into 2 or 3 with the other spaces also having guests. The home itself is ok, it has everything one needs but it's really out dated with poor quality furnishings which make it look tatty. It's a real pity because at 120 euros a night one may expect something a little nicer - everything was clean so that's no issue. The beds weren't laid out correctly for our stay and someone needed to come the following night to make up the single bed. I understand it seems my account was set up to automatically select "couple", which is weird because when i made the booking i selected "family" so i think this was more a booking.com issues not the accommodation itself. The bathroom window stopped opening after our first night; it opened and closed with ease the first day/night and then refused to open again. I reported this but no one came to resolve it, which is a pity because having a bathroom window really helps especially in hot climates. There is a resort nearby and they use a golf cart to get around, this cart beeps so loudly disrupting the quietness. It was actually very bothersome.

the view, the location and very clean

couple of item were disappointing: -first the gap between the description of the ad and the reality : it is not a house but a big house divided into 3 apartments where the owner/house manager live at the basement - the place was a bit noisy due to the poor isolation between the two flats. - Poor quality of the equipments especially in the kitchen (eg two plate for a supposed 4 people appartement) - the host were not very welcoming. the place itself is not bad but considering the price we paid we were expected a better quality. we loved the view from the Villa the peace and quiet, the beautiful beaches and the glorious weather the hosts were very friendly though very little english,and we with very little Italian, but that was ok, we got by and they never bothered us at during our stay

we didn't hire a car as we are nervous driving broadband you really need one it is quite a distance to the supermarket and longer to a restaurant along a very busy road, and a very steep hill carrying your groceries, and all the beach gear, this is not a complaint and if there was a local taxi service it would be great the nearest place to shopping is Pula it cost us 75 Euro for a Taxi even though its only 20 minutes away,

superb location close to the beach and a brilliant little supermarket and cafe it had all we needed for a relaxed beach holiday

Real clean and comfortable place with amazing views over the tower and the sea. The hosts were very kind and understanding when we had to check out later due to the back pain of my partner
