Had a great post- holiday week on Seabrook. House is in a great location and the management team was helpful and responsive.

We rented this lovely home with our friends who got married on Seabrook over the weekend. It was a wonderful place for us to congregate and enjoy each other’s company throughout the weekend. We hope to stay again in the future!

Stayed for our daughters wedding. My wife and I, our son and daughter in law and their two month old, our daughter and son in law and there 4 year old and 9 month old our daughter getting married and my sister in law her husband and their 16 year old daughter. Plenty of room. Golf cart was a must for us given the lengthier distance to the club house from the property. Beautiful house, would definitely stay again .

House is perfect for group trip. We all had our own space. Very comfortable beds. The large kitchen was nice and had everything we needed. Seabrook Island Club is beautiful and just a 5 minute drive by car. The golf cart was a nice added feature. We'll be back!!!

The best rental I have ever had. We had a great week amenities were amazing and the house was incredible

A good mix of open space for everyone to hangout together and if wanted, private space to have time away. The family loved the house and all it had to offer. Seabrook is a special place and we will be back and soon.

I have stayed at this house multiple times and keep coming back because it is exactly what we need. It is very spacious, clean, has modern amenities, is close to many different activities, and the available golf cart is super handy for getting back and forth to the beach with all the "toys" or just tooling around the island.

The home was beautifully decorated. The deck was spacious and we enjoyed watching the wildlife. The bedrooms were spacious and beds comfortable. The location of the house to the beach club is about 2.5 miles. We rented the home's golf cart which made the ride to the beach club easy. The door to get the golf cart in and out of the garage was very difficult to open and close. On the 2nd day the door came off the hinge and part of the wood at the top came off exposing insulation. Maintenance came promptly on Saturday but told us it could not be fixed until later the next week. In a nutshell we learned from maintenance that the golf cart "door" should never have been made into a "door." But we were able to leave the golf cart outside and it had enough charge to last us the rest of our time. The kitchen was beautifully designed but is definitely lacking in some pans. There were only 2-3 and all were in desperate need of replacement. Otherwise the kitchen was pretty well stocked and very functional. The frig ice maker would not dispense ice. It filled with ice on the inside but it would not dispense on the outside. We called and someone came by to look at it the same day but they said it could not be fixed until after we checked out. They left a bag of ice in the freezer which worked fine. If this property continues to be rented I would install ceiling fans in the 2 smaller/kid rooms to help with air circulation. And this brings me to the thermostat. The owner installed a fantastic Nest/thermostat system throughout the house. I wanted to lower the thermostat to 68 degrees at night but the Nest system was locked and needed a PIN to access. Strange but okay. I searched through ALL the paperwork and the binder at the house but didn't find any PIN access to the Nest. I called the rental property company and they gave me a PIN to try but it didn't work. I tried the other pin used to gain access to the key box (which also controls the iPAD in the house) but that didn't work either. Finally the rental property texts me and said that the owner would set the thermostat to 68. Not US, the OWNER. So we had ZERO control over the thermostat the entire time we were there. Who doesn't give their rental residents control over the thermostat during their stay? So the house was 68 degrees the entire time, which wasn't ideal for us but we just went with it. Ideally we would have set the temp to 72-74 during the day and dropped it down at night. Overall the house was good and we had a good time at Seabrook.

Great property and location. Spacious house. Nice size bedrooms each with it's own TV. Great, nicely equipped kitchen. Some cleaning issues that we resolved on our own.

We had a great week at the beach and this house was the perfect set up for two families with young children. The lower level of the house came in handy on the few rainy mornings we had so the kids played bags and golf down there to entertain themselves. The only problem we had was one of the chairs on the deck was rotted out and when my brother in law went to sit down on it, it completely fell apart. Overall, we had a great week!

We had a lovely week at this house on Seabrook. It was very comfortable for 6 adults and 6 young children. We all enjoyed the beach, the pools and meals at the house.

Our family stay at Deer Point exceeded our expectations. From the clean and well taken care of property, to the amenities such as the golf cart rental option, Sonos music system and the central location on the island and many other positives. Close to the crabbing dock and other fishing locations. Definitely invest in the golf cart rental if you want to enjoy the beaches! The large back porch allows you to watch the wildlife in the marsh and still get the coastal breeze feel.

It was clean when we arrived and laid out well. Everyone loved their bedroom. The kitchen was great for gathering.

This was an amazing family vacation in this beautiful home! The house was clean and exactly like the pictures online. I look forward to using Sweetgrass in the future.

Clean, newly remodeled property overlooking a marsh, very close to the Seabrook Island Club. Multiple helpful amenities, internet and overall great experience.

Our family loved our Memorial Day weekend in this wonderful, updated home. Well appointed, clean and nicely decorated. All the beds seemed very comfortable and parents and kids alike all slept well.

Nothing better than starting the day with coffee on the deck over the marsh and ending the day there with cocktails! Our kids loved the bunk beds and our king suite was super comfy. All of the amenities at the Seabrook Island Club make for a truly relaxing day at the beach. House was beautiful, spacious, and very private. Kitchen was well appointed, with even an espresso maker and waffle maker. (Parents and kids loved this!) We can't wait for a return trip!

Tidewater has been completely renovated. Everything is clean and new! The interior design, appliances, and linens are both lovely and functional, and the bedroom/bath layout is perfect for a multi-family vacation. Access to community pools is included. Seabook has easy access to the beach with adjacent parking. Fishing and crabbing locations are within a short walk of the property. Highly recommend!

My family and I enjoyed a relaxing weekend in this beautiful home in Seabrook Island, SC. I cannot say enough good things about this vacation home. The mattress on the king size bed was so comfortable. We had 3 families and each of us had our own king size bed with a beautiful view of the marsh with sliding glass doors to the deck and a private bathroom for each of us. The children had their own rooms with twin beds and bunk beds in another room. We enjoyed watching TV on a large screen with an unbelievable sound system. Listening to our favorite beach music from a sound system in all the bathrooms while getting ready to go to the Pelican's Next for lunch was tops ! Cannot wait to go back!

The home was beautiful , clean, and had everything we needed for our stay with our large extended family. The kitchen was very well equipped the owners forgot nothing. Having coffee on the deck in the morning with the fabulous views of the marsh was like a dream. We saw many types of wildlife which was very special. Grocery stores and other necessary stores are close by. The island and the beach are so much fun can’t wait to come back. Thank you for having us.
