Very clean cottage with all amenities and nicely located (15 min drive to restaurants, boat rides and stores). Very quiet location for an enjoyable family reunion.

My husband and friends wanted to spontaneously take a trip to the 1000 Islands. It is nearly impossible to rent something last minute but as fate would have it this beautiful property opened up with a last minute cancellation. It was the perfect house for a trip to the 1000 Islands! Located on Wellesley Island it is close to Clayton and Alexandria Bay. The owners were so sweet and so accommodating. Our son is in a wheelchair so we worried about getting him up the front steps. They were gracious enough to let us pull around back to unload him and get him easily in the back door. It made our trip so much easier! The house had everything we needed (gas grill for cooking, coffee pot, etc). There were even a ton of games to keep a 5 year old and 7 year old occupied for hours. Thank you for allowing our family and friends to stay at your beautiful home!

Excellent home close to everything in the 1000 islands.

The location was nicely located in a quiet area but very close to the state parks. We loved the house and the area and definitely recommend!!

A great starting point for fishing the river. Owners are very accommodating and friendly. We always have a good time even if the fish are not biting.

I appreciated her taking the time to show us the dock and explain what was available for our use. I would encourage anyone renting to check amenities listed carefully, as I did not scroll through completely and was caught off guard about the bed linens and towels not being made available. The property owner did, however, send me an email to remind me of this before we left home for our stay. We came up for a wedding, so getting away from all of the activity related to that and having a relaxing space to enjoy was a welcome change from our intended purpose there. We had our two granddaughters, and they were able to swim off the deck, which they enjoyed immensely. Thank you for everything!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The location was just perfect for the plans we had in area. House was spotless and comfortable, had everything we needed for our family weekend .We watch the swans on the river from the front deck. We would absolutely stay here again.

We had a great time visiting with family for Memorial Day weekend. Perfect location. Easy to get around the area. Very nice home with plenty of room for the 6 of us. Owner is across the road, which makes dealing with any issues a breeze. Very nice owner!

House was wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean, well supplied, comfortable, and nice layout. Easy location for St. Lawrence River cruises, and downtown sight seeing. Convenient to Clayton and Alexandria Bay. Not on the water, but there is a waterview. Quick three day weekend for us but would have loved to stay longer. Would love to come back.

We went to thousand islands looking for some fishing fun. The cottage was a perfect place for a fall get away. The guys had fun fishing every morning and evening from your docks.Your cottage had everything we needed and provided a place for some friends to get away and enjoy a few days together

First time traveling up to the Thousand Islands. Last minute trip idea since I work from home and going stir crazy we were not sure what to expect. But this property exceeded any expectations we had. The location is beautiful, the house was so peaceful and open. Victoria was able to help with our questions on the area and direct us to the best sights to see in the little time we were up there. Beautiful view from the deck to sit and relax. Highly recommend!

Very nice place to stay! Had everything we would want or need! Everything was clean, comfy and cozy and we felt right at home! Victoria was there to greet us and was super nice! She gave us some great information on places around the area!

Thank you for a providing a lovely place to stay for an end of summer get-away. There are plenty of things to do either on the island or just across the bridge in Alex Bay or Clayton NY. The living room furniture is comfy and cozy. There is plenty of space for a family to spread out. There are games and things to do in a closet. Hooks in the back hallway kept bags and coats tidy. The blinds in every room allow for complete views to the waterway and then complete privacy when you want it. We enjoyed our time away. We relaxed and then we enjoyed the Two Nations Cruise, Boldt Castle and the local go-kart track and arcade. The book that our hostess has on hand is great for finding local restaurants, stores and activities. Thank you again for a pleasant stay!!

Beautiful house and location, couldn't of asked for anything more. Victoria was wonderful and very helpful. 8 of us fit perfectly in the house with room to spare, even getting ready to attend a wedding! Quiet area, great place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend:)

The property was conveniently located to Everything we wanted to do on vacation, but also on a lazy road that provided a nice view of the water and plenty of relaxation. We were able to enjoy the dock and some fishing, great family /friend dinner on the deck. The house had plenty of space for the 6 of us. Victoria and her family were very great at communicating and very accomidating! We are hoping to go back in the fall or next summer !

Peaceful place

The rental was nice, clean and comfortable. Although not directly on the water, you have views of the water from the living room of the house as well as a dock a short walk down the road. The owners were easy to work with, great at communicating and well just plain nice.

We will come back again.

Two of my sisters turned 50 this year. We needed to pick just the right spot to celebrate and enjoy a girls' weekend. Victoria and Randy did not let us down! Their beautiful place on Wellesley Island was the perfect spot for the 5 of us to celebrate. This spot is beautifully decorated, clean and all the amenitities of home. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed each other's company as we all work many, many hours and rarely get to kick back and slow down. The location is ideal with Alex Bay in one direction and Clayton on the other, both close drive with plenty to see and do. I would highly recommend this location to families or those looking to get away for a little relaxation with beautiful views.

This was my first visit to stay in the Thousand Islands area. I was introduced to Thousand Islands back in 1982 as I stared in awe out a camper window on a drive back to Ohio from Montreal. It was the most amazing natural setting I had ever seen and I swore that I would come back... ASAP. It turns out that ASAP took 38 years to arrive! Better late than never, eh?! Wellesley Island was a perfect mix of quiet space and close proximity to all other attractions in the region because it offers everything one would want in a beautiful setting and easy access to the mainland (and Canada when that is again an option). Victoria and Randy were thoughtful and gracious hosts and are able to attend to your needs remotely or in-person if you like, as they live right across the road from this property. This was a nice feature! It allowed us to be able to talk with and get to know them in a meaningful way and made for a more enjoyable experience by getting local tips and advice from them about places to go and things to see. They have busy lives but were always available and happy to talk and provide excellent service and support... including some surprise ice cream one evening! You will need to learn the secret handshake to get that perk ;)Their place is clean, comfortable, updated, and roomy enough for a group of 6-8 people. The kitchen is large and open to the living and dining area so you can stay engaged socially while people settle in any part of that large great room. The large deck on the front of the house is a perfect place for all to enjoy both the sun and the stars. The property is easy to find and easy to navigate to all areas on and off the Island. It also has quick access to the water through the dock that is linked to this property. A huge bonus each day was the journey over the 1000 Islands Bridge, which is 150 ft high and offers SPECTACULAR panoramic views of the area! It is a daily reminder to all who cross over it of the breathtaking beauty and majesty that makes TI so amazing.I plan to return to TI often (maybe even every 38 weeks and not years!) now that I have spent time there. It is intoxicating! Thank you Victoria and Randy for offering and maintaining such a great place for us tourists to enjoy!!

We truly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. It is attractively decorated, and we felt very comfortable there. The owners were attentive and friendly. Bonus - one member of our group caught a 27 inch pike off the dock! And my two year old granddaughter caught her very first fish there, as well. She was so excited! We had a wonderful time!
