Great 2nd stay at this location. Love this place. Beautiful tropical, coastal setting with privacy in a quiet neighborhood. Great for couples or families. Superb interaction with owners and timeliness in getting air conditioning fixed, which salvaged our stay by a couple days. We would stay again if given the opportunity.

Great place on the water. Home has everything you need. Host is wonderful. Is truly a place to relax.

Beautiful views, peaceful location and close to lots of bars, restaurants and stores. Easy to grab an Uber as well! I would definitely stay again!!

We had a wonderful vacation at this cottage. The views are amazing and the property is spacious. Dolphins came by every day.Inside is a very comfortable home which is equipped with anything you might need. The master bed is very comfortable. Ron and his wife are great hosts.He contacted us the morning after we checked in to make sure everything was ok and to ask if we needed anything else. Before arriving, the communications with Ron were very good. We would definitely rent this home again!! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!!!

This was my second stay at this location. If you want to relax and enjoy outdoors on a canal looking out to the the gulf. THIS IS IT. Quiet. Except for wildlife. Dolphins, birds and manits...shopping very close by...Hosts are very attentive while there to make sure your all good. Want to kick back read some books with a great view. Look no further.

Comfortable beds, excellent A/C (a must have in Florida) and nice view of the bay. Unfortunately, the fish eluded us. Although house is mostly remodeled, it could use some TLC. We found some great local restaurants and highly recommend the Suncoast Broadway Dinner Theatre.

I think the weekend rental price was great anywhere else that we checked was higher in price and the place wasn’t as beautiful.

From the time of walking through the front door we felt like we were home, then walking out back to the peaceful area on the water with fish jumping and dolphin playing, it was like no other. Very thankful to our host for opening up their home to me and my family.

Place was amazing! perfect spot!

We loved our stay. I like to start with the mattress, and it was very comfortable. It was nice to have properly working appliances and the cookware and cutlery were all in great shape. There was ample dishes and silverware. The house was really stocked well. The interior was clean as were the grounds. We loved the nightly sunset, the view is picturesque. Plenty of waterfront to fish or just sit outside and read a book. We had our visits from the area dolphins, at least once a day. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is easily accessed from hwy 19. Glad we chose this house.

We were welcomed with the peace and quite of the property. Beautiful location close to beaches. We fished from the dock everyday and enjoyed feeding the ducks and squirrels. We will definitely be back to stay.

Our family had a great time! The hosts are so warm and very communicative, really genuinely nice people. The home is right on the water and in such a calm and quiet location. Our kids loved feeding the ducks and squirrels who were waiting for their morning snack. I would highly recommend staying there. Clean, inviting home, lovely hosts, easy to check in, and overall great energy in the home. We'll definitely stay there again when we come back to visit!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The previous VRBO guests reviews had intrigued us. The location on the canal and the stone's thow distance from the gulf was perfect. My partner, Dan, enjoyed fishing-although he was not having much luck until Lynda suggested using mullet as bait. The canal water was clear. There was a plethora of fish and the visits from the dolphins were amazing. We were lucky to have warm days and cool nights for sleeping with the windows open. The view of the sunset from the backyard was stunning. We enjoyed eating at the local restaurants on the water and preparing meals at the house. We look forward to returning.

This was our second visit and I'm sure we will be back again in the near future. The house was exceptionally neat and clean. The view is awesome. The fishing from the property was a lot of fun and we enjoyed the daily visits from the squirrels and ducks. Ron is so easy to work with and he's always available.

Great place to relax on the water. Fished on the bank and watched the sunset for a few days. Ron was very communicative and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The owners really are fantastic… We had one small need that they addressed within minutes of arriving… The house just feels like “Florida”… and you can tell that the owners are really proud and enjoy making this home special. We loved the quiet evenings and the most… The manatee blew my mind… it’s real!!! We did see dolphins and fed the squirrels as everyone said… It seems that at 6 PM everything comes alive! My son and I floated in front of the house on some tubes during high tide… We went over to Sun West Park. We ate at whiskey Joe’s… We had the perfect quiet Florida weekend… Thank you so much!

This place is super nice and a great location with really good restaurants near by, the sunroom and outdoor area is good size for a big family dinner plus having the boat dock is a big plus, will definitely come back

We booked this home at the last minute and were very happy that it was available. I was really looking for someplace on the water , with a view , where we could sit and relax. Someplace where my sons and their fiancés and my 2 year old granddaughter could stay. My in laws who snowbird in Homosassa came down with their little yorkies just for the day and of course I asked Ron first since we didn’t pay a pet deposit . The home was on a beautiful and large lot. It had 3 different hard spaces/areas to sit outside. Large screened in porch where you could open the windows and get a great cross breeze. Lots of Adirondack chairs . The kitchen had everything we neeeded . Beds were comfortable and plenty of places to sit in the living and dining area . 2 bathrooms are always a bonus . WiFi worked great , grill worked great , house was spotless . Had plenty of dishes and cups and other pantry items we could use . Big fridge in the kitchen . Easy access , great communication and very relaxing . We even stayed an extra day at the last minute . Ohana is everything and the memories we made are priceless . My granddaughter had so much fun . We also swam in the canal off the dock when the tide was high . We captured lots of pictures of Dolphins, the squirrels, the heron and ducks. We appreciate Ron and Lynda sharing their home with us and we will be back . NOTE: They don’t have kayaks but their are lots of places close and they deliver . EASY PEASY kayaks or bring your own . Very cute place at the end of the road. See all different birds on property. Dolphin that pretty much stays in canal. Beautiful sunsets. Neighborhood very friendly walking dog or sitting on outside patio on canal. For me it was the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate from my winter. Thank you.
