This house is better than described and the people who run it Thomas is amazing everything we asked for before we arrived. Was waiting for us food drivers at the airport golf cart at the house. You could ask for a better five star service. The house is wonderful. We're coming back to stay again.

The property looked like an architectural award winning property. Tomas was our property manager and was outstanding. Late in the evening one of my grandchildren had an ear infection and Tomas took our call and helped us get a clinic to see a doctor late at night. What ever issues came up, Tomas was right there helping us. One day he brought us mangos that grew on his mother's tree at her house. Great property and Great manager. I highly recommend this property.

We were a group of four adults and three kids (ages 2, 5, and 8), and we had a fabulous time at Tom's house. The backyard pool was our hangout every afternoon, and we loved the proximity to the beaches and center of town. Honestly, for us, this was the perfect location. The house itself has great bedrooms (they all were lovely), great space. Tomas was responsive and helpful whenever we needed him. We highly recommend this property!

Overall we had a lovely time in Sayulita, the house is huge, lots of space for everyone, super close to the beach and cute restaurants. A couple of small issues that the host and property manager took care of super quickly, which we really appreciated!

This house is absolutely wonderful! We were a group of 6 adults (booked for 8 but a couple had to cxl last minute). There is so much room in this house. Fully equipped kitchen, everything you could possibly need. The property is clean, beds are comfortable and the pool is amazing!! Was not a day that we didn't get in it, usually in the evening to cool off. This was a perfect home base for our group!! Now for Tomas!! He is so wonderful. We had him cook us a dinner and a breakfast and both were so delicious! He was there for us no matter what we needed. He booked our airport transportation, arranged our golf carts, taxis to San Pancho and so much more. He was always very quick to respond. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we're in Sayulita!

Casa Kiki was a great place to stay in Sayulita. The location is perfect, pool was a joy to use in the heat, house is very comfortable and Tomas (property manager) is the BEST! We were in town for a wedding and had a wonderful time celebrating and relaxing. Would definitely stay again!

We loved everything about our stay at Casa Kiki. Tomas was great with communication and was waiting at the house for our arrival. He was so nice and willing to answer any questions we had. The space itself is gorgeous - stunning details in the staircase, showers and pool area. The house was clean, spacious and exactly as advertised. We were provided with ample filtered water, beach essentials (umbrella, chairs, gold cart) and cooking items. A/C worked well and there were ceiling fans throughout the space. Beds and pillows were VERY comfortable. Great location - 3 min walk from the beach and close to a lot of great north end restaurants/cafes. Would recommend Casa Kiki to everyone! Hope to visit again soon :)

We were two families with a total of 6 kids ranging 3mo-7. Total 10 people. House was fantastic, perfect size with a bathroom attached to each. Pool and hot tub were perfect, clean, nice size, good temperature, floaties. Loved the large patio doors that could slide into the wall, making the entire first floor open to the outside. Walk to beach was two blocks. Going into town with kids we took the golf cart. It was a large golf cart so we all fit. Tom and Tomas are both very responsive to all questions and messages. Tomas set up everything for our arrival and departure and even got us some starter groceries. For families with small kids, the floor is concrete and slippery when wet. We made extra rules about getting completely dried off before coming in to avoid any spills. We didn't use the outdoor area on the third floor until the last day when the kids decided to do yoga. It was beautiful as well. So much to explore in Sayulita and house was great size and home base for our adventures.

This property was absolutely perfect for our family. It's in the perfect location and is extremely clean. My grandchildren were in the pool every morning at 7am. Tomas who runs this property was amazing we had him cook us 2 breakfast meals and it was extremely good. We will for sure come back here. We didn't want to come home. Thank you Tom and Tomas for an amazing family vacation home!

Casa Kiki is amazing! From the second we walked in the door, we were blown away. The house is beautiful, so many architectural details on the interior. The pool and hot tub were the perfect temperature. The location was great, two blocks from the beach, right around the corner from several cafes and shops and a short 10min walk to the plaza area. Also, Tomas is AMAZING, he was so helpful in booking several things during our stay, cooked us two delicious meals, and is just such a genuinely nice person. We truly enjoyed everything about our stay and I can’t wait to stay at Casa Kiki again soon! :)

The house had a fantastic pool and hot tub that was enjoyed by all of us (6 adults). The check in process was seamless and Tomas was a 10+ in ratings for house manager. He not only made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay (he brought us his tv for the AFC playoff (chiefsvsbuffalo) Tomas is an excellent Chef and highly recommend his culinary talents ! Oh and the kitchen was so well stocked ... if you want to cook...we let Tomas do that for the most part and it was GREAT !

This property is amazing! This was our second stay at this house and it won't be our last. I coordinated the Sayulita stay for 11 of us and everyone was amazed and constantly complimented the house. Highly recommend!

Tomas and his team took excellent care of everything. The golf cart had a couple issues but Tomas was there to help both times. We loved the proximity to town, the inside appointments of the home, the pool and hot tub, and especially enjoyed a special meal prepared in the home by Tomas and his team. Fantastic. Thank you.

I will most certainly be back. Tomas the property manager is wonderful. He cooked for us twice, did our transportation etc.. I know my girlfriends will rent this house again with their families. It's really just wonderful.

The location to the beach and town were great. Beautiful home. Lots of activities to do. Tomas was very helpful.

We absolutely loved staying here and loved Sayulita! The house manager Tomas made our vacation. He was so helpful - and overall a wonderful human being! We would highly recommend this house! Side note: We wouldn’t recommend (as is DO NOT) rent a golf cart from the company Villas Amalia. Their golf cart’s brakes failed and we were in a really bad accident with broken bones. Just a heads up!!

There were 7 adults and one child. Very roomy. Loved staying here. Location was excellent. Short walk to beach and town. Pool was great. Tomas Was fantastic! Answered all our questions and arranged our transportation, etc. Overall excellent property!

We were a group of 6 that stayed at Casa Kiki. Its situated just a 5 minute walk from town. This space has all you need! The outdoor living is beautiful and the sun hits it at the perfect time of day. Each room has its own privacy and you never felt like you were living in others space. It's clean, it's beautiful and I can't say enough positive things about it. Look out we are coming back next year! Thank you so much to Tom and Tomas for all your assistance in making our holiday perfect.

We loved our stay at Casa Kiki! The property and property manager both exceeded our expectations! We did make sure that we kept the kitchen very clean to minimize bugs, but some bugs are inevitable.

Had a great time at Casa Kiki. Tomas made the stay very enjoyable. His cooking was fantastic. The only drawback is the transportation to airport. Tomas drives people from other residences as well as Casa Kiki. Departing Casa Kiki we barely got thru security.in time for flight. He had driven my daughter's family first and left for airport 3 hours before he came back for the rest of us. When he did come back he had somepne else in car with him that he must have picked up at the aitport and drove by Casa Kiki saying he would be back in a few minutes. He came back over 30 minutes later.

We have just finished a week w our kids and grandkids at casa Kiki. We have been to Sayulita many times and have stayed in some great places but Casa Kiki gets top rating. The house is laid out well with comfortable sitting areas indoors and out. The kitchen is well stocked, purified water system in kitchen, comfortable beds, hot water, and plenty of towels. Tomas, the local caretaker was amazing and extremely helpful including a wonderful Mexican meal for our family (extra). Still dreaming of his moms coconut shrimp! We could not have asked for more. We will definitely be back.

Everything about our Casa Kiki experience was perfect. Tom (the owner) and Tomas (the house manager) made booking, planning for our arrival and our 7 days in the house very relaxing and enjoyable. We paid extra to have Tomas pick us up at airport, had him prepare 4 meals for us at the house (his margaritas are the BEST in Sayulita) and pick up groceries for us prior to our arrival. All of these "extras" were well worth it. He even surprised me with a birthday cake! The house is gorgeous - our jaws literally dropped when we walked in. There was lots of room for our group of seven (but 10 adults would be squishy as you would have to share the 2 double beds to fit 10 people). The house is in a great location on the quiet side of town, two blocks from the beach and an easy walk to anywhere in town (but you have the golf cart for beer runs!) Each room has its own bathroom, and there is also an outdoor shower and a powder room on the main floor. For a group of women who didn't want to cook or clean for a week, it was the perfect escape!

Casa Kiki is in a great location. It is a five minute walk from the beach, and a ten minute walk from town. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. The beds are all quite comfortable. Tomas, the house manager is fabulous. He provided a safe ride back and forth to the airport and cooked a number of delicious meals for our group of five. He shopped for us so we had groceries upon our arrival. We highly recommend Casa Kiki as a great place to stay in Sayulita!

Tomas was amazing and a great host! He picked us up from the airport and it was such a fabulous experience from start to finish. We are recommending to all our friends and hope to come back soon!

Fantastic property that we would definitely stay at again. Tomas was prompt and quickly responded to our needs. Layout of the house was very comfortable for nine adults and four kids.

We had a wonderful visit to Sayulita, with Casa Kiki being the perfect place for our large family to stay. The home was nice and open providing lots of space for gathering, but large enough to find a quiet spot away from the group if needed. The home was beautiful, clean, safe, comfortable and provided all that we needed for a stress-free stay. The golf cart was a huge bonus for our family as it made bringing umbrellas and chairs (provided at the house) to the beach much easier with little kids. Tomas, the property manager, was also a huge help in providing transporting to/from the airport and activities, preparing a meal for our family, grocery shopping, etc. This provided us a lot of peace of mind when preparing to visit somewhere new. Our family highly recommends this location.

You couldn't rent from better owners. Truly "stand up" when it comes to taking care of their guests. Tomas, the house manager was great as well. Very engaged and helpful when we had any needs. The house itself was wonderful. Comfortable beds and bathrooms in every room. The showers have the feel of outdoor showers but plenty of privacy. The large open floor plan is great for large groups and the outdoor living area is fun as well. The location is great. Just far enough from town that noise levels on weekend nights is not loud but close enough to walk to town and restaurants if you want. (But why when a golf cart comes with the home). The most important thing was that there were no huge hills to climb. If you've been to Sayulita before you know there's a ton of rentals on large hills. This one is a easy walk to the beach (about 2 blocks) with just a small short incline. Hope to stay here again and have a little more time that we can really enjoy the home. This property is just lovely. Amenities were great. As with all vacations, there can always be some issues arise, however Tomas and Thomas were right there to help us along the way. We would definitely recommend this property because you couldn't have better hosts! Sit back and relax and enjoy the surroundings!

Amazing property in a wonderful town. The house was very clean and spacious with lots of room for our 9 guests. The kids spent countless hours in the pool and the adults really enjoyed the open air layout and upper deck. All bedrooms were really comfortable. The house is perfectly located within walking distance of town, restaurants and the beach but far enough away to enjoy some quiet time. Tomas, the house manager, and the property owner are very responsive and dependable. You won’t be disappointed with Casa Kiki.
