Great place, nice and quiet.

We stayed here for six nights and had a wonderful time. The condo is everything "as advertised ". The location is excellent. The view of Table Rock Lake and the sunsets were outstanding. The property was nicely updated, very clean and well supplied with all essentials. Communication with the owner was excellent. We highly recommend.

We wanted to find a quiet spot on the lake to just getaway from it all. This was the perfect spot! The best view on the lake and the sunset was amazing! We were far enough away from the hustle, but close enough to great shopping and restaurants. We were taken care of above and beyond from before we arrived, while we were there, and even when we left. Our next trip to the Branson area, we will for sure be checking to see if this spot is available. We already have friends asking about our stay and we told them that this was a must! Thank you for opening up your home away from home to our family.

Condo was very clean location and view was good. Did not like having to clean towels before we left. Being on third floor is getting to be a few to many steps. Overall I have to say nice condo with great view

We love Table Rock Lake. We have been coming down here for over 20+ years and still never get tired of the view.My favorite part of waking up and looking at this beautiful lake is the sunrises and sunsets. The beds were comfy and cozy and the condo had everything we needed. We had a wonderful time. Thanks for EVERYTHING! Can’t wait to fine back soon.

My wife and I stayed here for the weekend to celebrate my birthday. We were immediately impressed with the view, which of course is always better in person because pictures can’t fully do it justice. The condo was very clean and we knew right away that we were going to love it there. Funny thing is we actually never saw the sunset from there because we were out and about each evening at that time. The location of the condo was just right for us because we didn’t want to be right in the middle of the busy strip area, but also didn’t want to be too far away from things. We ended up spending much more time at the various places in or around Branson that were not found on the main strip, and it was easy to get to each of them from the condo. We only could get the gate entrance to work once going in on the right side (where it is supposed to read your license plate number and recognize it after it has been sent in)…the rest of times we tried to go in that way it would never open. So we just backed up and went in the left side with the code that was given to us. I had no problems with using the code on entry instead..and it was easy to gain access that way. The mattress was very comfortable, and we both commented on that a few times. If you are looking for a clean, nicely decorated place with a great view of the lake that is conveniently located within about 15 minutes to any of the most fun activities/places in Branson, then I highly recommend checking this place out.

We have stayed here several times & will always choose it. The owner is so nice & accommodating. The condo is very clean & comfortable with a gorgeous view of Table Rock Lake. The sunsets are unbelievable. We highly recommend it.

We had great communication from Lisa from the beginning. She was very prompt with answers to questions. Upon arrival we were impressed with the view and location. Condo was well kept and as described. Very comfortable and low key. Thanks Lisa for a great stay and look forward to staying again in the future.

Everything was great, except for the gate at entrance to the condo complex. Once we received that, all went smoothly.

The view from this condo was the highlight of the stay -- from watching the sun come up, to a storm rolling in and the beautiful colors of the sunsets -- it was such a delight and very relaxing. We didn't spend a lot of time in the condo because we were out and about. The pool was wonderful -- used it 3 or 4 times and were the only ones using it each time. If you are traveling with small children, this may not be the place to stay. We ended up getting a call from the owner mid-week asking if we had people over because the neighbor downstairs stated we were very loud and sounded like we were having a party. That call caught us off guard and made us feel disappointed/frustrated - especially since we did not feel we had been out of line. We went from -- planning to stay there again in the future to not feeling welcome. Keep in mind this is an older condo -- the walls are quite thin -- we were on the top floor so maybe we did not realize how much noise we had been making. Other condos during our stay were very rowdy, but we didn't let it bother us. We were just trying to enjoy our stay!

We have stayed at several condos on Emerald Point the past summers, but this condo stay was absolutely THE best, in every way! Lisa is the best VRBO host I have ever encountered. The condo was exceedingly clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. And the evening views of Table Rock Lake—unforgettable!

This condo was exactly what we hoped for. Quiet and safe neighborhood with a beautiful lake view in the direction of breathtaking sunsets. The kitchen is well stocked, the bed is comfortable and the home truly felt like home away from home.

Very beautiful and clean property. Nice and quiet place to stay. Owners have remodeled this condo and it is so adorable! My friend and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for the week! We will definitely be coming back again and again!

The condo was great. Ample space, clean, beautiful view. Communication with host was good as well. The check in process on the property could be improved (at no fault to the host) as it was inconsistent and cumbersome scanning my drivers license at every entry. But again, that is for the property and not within the host's control. Otherwise our stay was great!

As the title infers this bnb was relaxing and was a place that we could come back to and feel like we were at home. It was very clean, and even had some things stocked in the pantry and fridge if we needed to use some of the items. The front gate was a bit confusing to get through at first, but after going through a couple times it wasn’t too bad. Now if only we could have controlled the weather so it wasn’t so cold outside! Jokes aside, this residence is wonderful for a small family, or weekend stay. This residence feels safe and is close enough to the strip and other stores, but without the hassle of dealing with the heavy traffic. Only thing I wouldn’t want differently is to receive a code for the front gate, but I can also understand not receiving it due to security reasons. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

The rental process was seamless, with one small issue with the entry code. The entry gate process needs some work. Providing a code to the gate once the bookings are confirmed would be great instead of having to scan a driver's license each time upon entering the community. Just a suggestion. The property owner likely has nothing to do with that part. Our stay in the unit was fabulous. Beautiful lake views, comfy furnishings, and all of the amenities of home. I would surely choose this property again. Thanks again for a wonderful weekend!

Condo was exceptionally clean, and very comfortable! The view is beautiful it was very cold when we visited didn’t get much outdoor time but I did enjoy waking up to the lake view.

Very nice property and area to be in when staying in Branson. It rained most of the time we were there so we never got to see those sunsets, but the condo was great. Everything you need and then some. Would stay again without hesitation.

Great location, clean & nice facility, amazing view.

Unit had just been painted & several plug in plates were loose or off altogether. Found one plug that didn't work. A couple of shower curtain rods were left loose. The love seat in the LR is worn out & needs replaced. Window in Master needs adjustment because it is noisy if it is windy. The light over stove is out. The view is GREAT & is the reason we rented the unit. Pricing is too high. Overall we enjoy some nice sunsets.
