We had a wonderful stay with our adult children who were flying to different destinations from Eugene Airport. We were able to relax, enjoy sitting around the fire pit and take in the sights in Eugene.
Thank you to our hosts for their above & beyond thoughtfulness & hospitality.

I am writing this as the mom of a furbaby. First of all, the welcome we got was amazing. We got a text letting us know that the farmhouse was ready for us. When we got there, it was even more charming than the pictures. There was a food bowl & water bowl (filled with fresh water) for our husky which is greatly appreciated after a 6 hour drive. There was also treats for her along with human treats!
The farmhouse is laid out beautifully & very easy to settle in. There is plenty of room for the dog bed and even enough room to move it to the back bedroom at night. The only part that wasn’t perfect is that the couch is a little mushy, but we didn’t spend all day in the farmhouse and it is fine for short bursts (hour or so).
I do want to caution that this time of year is duck hunting so don’t be surprised if you hear gunshot occasionally. There is a pond nearby that doesn’t belong to the owners. It’s just part of being in this area of the state. Didn’t bother us and it was pretty muffled.
There is a nice kitchenette with Kurig & electric hot water kettle. We often come to this area to visit kids, grandchildren & Duck games. I can see this being a natural landing place for us many times throughout the year as it is so close to all the things we love to visit.
Wonderful hosts, beautiful farm house, amazing valley. We will be back!

Amy and Jared were phenomenal! The area is adorable and private, and the scenery is gorgeous! They really went above and beyond to go out of their way to accommodate me and my girlfriend, and we'll definitely be going with them whenever we're in the area!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The property was peaceful and allowed for full relaxation. The house was comfy and well stocked including snacks that came in handy for our hike. Cant wait to return!

Was perfect for my extended six month stay. The gardens by the cottage were beautiful and relaxing. Quiet area except for the train whistles which I love to hear anyway. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at the Mt Tom farmhouse! The unit had everything we needed and some thoughtful extras. Communicating with the owners was easy and they answered right away. We were in the area visiting family, and enjoyed getting away from the chaos to unwind in the evenings and mornings.

Immaculate, well managed, well stocked, lovely hosts. Amy and Jerod do a great job, and they thought of everything, including snacks, cooking spices, fresh eggs, even phone chargers!

Everything was so cute and thoughtful. Cottage is exactly as described and photos show. Communication was great; lots of little amenities. We didn't spend much time here except to sleep but it seems it would be a fantastic place to lay low and relax a bit.

Had a great time attending the World Championships. This 3 bedroom house was a very good base for us to stay. Close to town but still out in the country.

Country Charms
Farm fresh strawberries and eggs were waiting for us in the fridge. You control the temperature. Great communication from the hosts. If you’re looking for something low key, this little farm is gorgeous.

So many great things to say about this property! If you are needing to be in the Eugene area, or traveling along I-5 - this place is a fabulous option! They left us some delicious snacks, including fresh eggs from their chickens and ducks! It's very clean and Amy was excellent about communication. We will return if we need to be in Eugene again.

For the windows in the bedroom it, it would be a bit better to have blackout curtains, but the couch was probably the only true downside to the stay because it definitely wanted people to not sit on it at times (cushions slipping frequently), but everything about the stay was so cute! I thought it was really sweet of the host to provide travel snacks Bonded, and a nice breakfast nook, fresh duckχcken eggs. We bonded quite a bit with the cute chickens clucking around and saw a retail Hawk flying about during our stay! My 2 year olds favorite thing was to watch the chickens and play with the puzzles provided ♡

Wonderful spot!
So many great things to say about this property! If you are needing to be in the Eugene area, or traveling along I-5 - this place is a fabulous option! They left us some delicious snacks, including fresh eggs from their chickens and ducks! It's very clean and Amy was excellent about communication. We will return if we need to be in Eugene again.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Check in was a breeze. It was nice to be just a short drive out of town but felt like we were in the country. The pictures don’t do it justice. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Our stay was great, the listing was very accurate and there were a few amenities I was not expecting (Keurig coffee pods, laundry detergent, etc). It is a ways away from grocery stores and restaurants but it was nice that it was so secluded from many people. Beds were pretty comfortable. Being so secluded in the country, we did encounter quite a few spiders but nothing too terrifying!

Great place to stay
We had a great time staying here. The location is fantastic, and the hosts are great at making one feel at home. There are lots of nice snacks and other thoughtful touches that make this rental an awesome experience. Highly recommended.

Great Place, Quiet and Clean
Cozy detached cabin in the country. We had a wonderful time, the house was clean and quiet. There are swallows all over the place and the kids loved watching them come and go. If you are looking for a quiet place off the beaten path, this is the one for you.

A wonderfully relaxing place with views of the local hills set in a rural setting yet close enough to Eugene to take advantage of activities there. Katrina and Larry, the property hosts, are great and will provide tips on things to do and see in the area. The nice cool evening breeze was a welcome benefit.
