Lovely location with a nice deck and stunning views Spacious and well furnished interior with good quality facilities, fixtures and fittings. Comfortable beds and lounge furniture. The local cafe was exceptionally good.

Not a criticism, just an observation - a bit of (part?) cover over the deck would be good for guests so you can sit outside in the fresh air if it's raining or if it's hot and you don't want to get burned. It is what it is and this is not a complaint by any means. Yes I know you can open up all the sliding doors...

The view was great. The whole place was spacious.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Location was perfect! Easy walking distance to the beach and also to Meresta Eatery where we enjoyed several delicious meals. Views from the living area and deck were stunning! An extremely comfortable place to stay!

Noise from the water pump at night every time the toilet was flushed was the only minor issue.

Location was amazing and the views from most rooms were stunning. The kitchen was really well stocked, which helped as there are no supplies in Binalong Bay. The beds were comfortable and the house was spotless and very welcoming, with a beachy vibe and great atmosphere... we really enjoyed our stay. The welcoming bottle of wine from the local winery was much appreciated. Would also highly recommend a meal at the local eatery, The Meresta... the food was amazing!

Can't be helped I know but the water pump for the tank water is extremely noisy and runs whenever you use water/toilet.

Great location, with fantastic views. House was very neat, tidy and comfortable. Spacious living area and a good sized deck.

Unfortunately we were kept indoors because of the weather, which was a bit tricky with 2 boys. Not helped by the lack of internet and poor tv reception (maybe because of weather?) Some boardsgames would have provided some distraction. As the property was on rainwater, we had to boil all water for drinking, which is a a minor inconvenience. Although there was a washing machine, there is no clothes dryer, which can be problematic for short stay guests. Also, no dishwasher- the last thing you want to do on holidays is wash dishes!
