Beautiful Villa with fantastic ourdoor space for sunbathing. Excellent location and very safe. Will be back.

I was disappointed that Toilet paper was not included with the other toiletries as was in other Villas.

Location was great villa in a very quiet street & only a short walk to main beach bars & restaurants. Villa was spacious with south facing balcony which got the sun all day although balcony was small if 4 adults were in the villa. Outside space was great with loungers & nice garden.

Needing some upgrading & modernisation in kitchen. Sofas needing replaced as were not very comfortable for lounging about in the evening.

The location is really great. Beach in 2 minutes walk, there are also a lot of restaurants and bars, grocery store. The house was clean. And also we have received 1 cleaning during our stay.

The house is old and some parts of it need to be renovated. First of all kitchen should be replaced. Clothing dryer and frying pans also so old that it is impossible to use them.

Lovely little villa - pictures do not do it justice - especially the sea views from the balcony (didnt realise this from the advertised photos) Also not in the pictures was the beautiful recently rennovated shower room downstairs and the extra shower room just off the living room area. The living room area is a great place to chill out in the evening with the balcony doors wide open to stars & sky. Internet great and kitchen well stocked with all sorts of equipment/utensils So close to the shops and sea and yet peaceful and quite - a wonderful place to stay in Puerto del Carmen

I couldn’t fault this villa in anyway, It has a real Spanish feel to it and very homely. Stayed in many places throughout Lanzarote over the last 15 years and this one tops them all.

Everything was wonderfull

The place was cold down staiirs in the morning and evening. They sent a portable radiator over with one of the trolley stand lose. We hired a car We then had a problem with the neighbours parking across the drive which just needed painting in yellow this would have stopped the problem. The bathroom did not have a extractor Other than that the place was great. Wonderful to sit on the terrace in the morning to have breakfast

Spacious property for the three of us....excellent location near the main strip..quiet at night..washing machine very useful. balcony view very pretty...shower downstairs modern and powerful

The fact that the downstairs bathroom had been modernised, made the rest of the property interior dated and a little worn looking. Even though there is an induction hob, only one ring works on the hob. Accessing the outside area is via the downstairs and there wasn't much there to attract us outside as there is no pool and the area was pretty shaded from the sun.

The location is excellent, just a couple of streets back from the main drag but residential and quite. The house is furnished in a traditional style with good quality furniture and we felt comfortable and safe in the property. The fist floor balcony is great, it is South facing and gets the suns all day. The outside space includes an attractive paved garden area and a large under cover patio with built in barbecue. There are four sun loungers but no table and chairs in the area but those from the balcony could easily be brought down.
