Great big apartment in good location with the beach just across the street. Very clean with everything you need. Matthew was very quick to respond and easy lockbox check-in.

Perfect place for a vacation. Host communicates everything quickly and clearly. The condo has all the amenities you need, beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear, lots of dishes and utensils, small appliances including a rice maker, which was great for cooking up quick stirfry meals. The units upgaded windows, AC and plenty of fans keep the place cool and pretty quiet. The location is great, right across the street from the beach and close to grocery stores, restaurants and food trucks. Would definitely rent again, five stars!

This condo is in excellent condition and very close to all attractions in the area. We were able to walk to the beach and local resturants from the condo. The host was an excellent communicator. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the property.

My wife and I totally enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and provided great amenities including beach gear and access to a Weber grill. We were so close to Charley Young Beach we walked down and watched amazing sunsets nightly.

Bed was big and comfy, balcony/lanai was peaceful, beach right across the street, quiet neighbors, kitchen stocked, etc. Everything we needed was there and we would definitely stay again. Dishes from previous tenants needed some attention, but everything else was clean and perfect! Five stars!

This well-appointed and well-equiped property was perfect for the relaxing end of a long travel journey. We could have easily accessed much more activity, but since we didn't want or need to, we had the pool just steps from our door, and the beech just across the street. Most importantly, the bed was super comfortable. There are tennis courts (and equipment supplies by the unit owner) which was a great extra. Beach chairs and snorkelling equipment helped too. We'll be back!

My partner and I had a great stay at this property during our time on Maui! The unit was very clean and was well stocked with cooking spices/oil, snorkeling gear, beach chairs/umbrella/mat, sunscreen and bug spray (among other things). The in-unit washer/dryer was a huge bonus as well. The best part, though, was the proximity to the beach! We grabbed takeout for dinner and walked 2 min to the beach every night to watch the sunset!!! Would definitely stay here again,

Exactly what we wanted for the “South Maui” leg of our vacation ! Great location, close to beaches and restaurants. The host, Matthew, was very communicative and helpful. The condo provides basic necessities and also has a pool and tennis court. Clean, and even nicer in person than in the photos. Would stay again !

A really nice 1 br condo in Kehei. Short walk across the road to Charly Young beach. Nice pool. Everything you could want in the condo except for an automatic ice maker. Washer and dryer were a huge plus.

The property was even nicer in person. The location was amazing - a 1 min walk to a lovely swim-able beach across the streat and about 10 min to various restaurants and beach gear rentals. Various grocery stores were also available nearby so that was very handy. In general it was a great location for getting out an exploring Maui. Everything you needed for a beach day was provided and the kitchen was well appointed. The pool is also just outside the balcony so that's a huge plus. They were doing some construction on the building so it was a tad noisy but honestly nothing the could be done about it - maintenance is important! Overall the complex seemed very well maintained and I'd definitely recommend staying here. The owner is great with communication and advice on things to do.

I stayed here for 1 week during my vacation to Maui. The condo is in a good location with a Foodland and ABC store within easy walking distance for supplies for your stay. The owner clearly takes care of the property and the attention to detail can be seen in the condition of the condo. While the complex itself is a little older it appears to be well maintained and the condo it self has been renovated and is nicely decorated. A great place to stay for a 1-2 people looking to explore Maui. Would rent again.

LOVED this place, the pictures don't do it justice. It was the perfect size for 2 people and had everything you needed - snorkels, chairs, umbrellas, towels...all of it. Bed was super comfy, seriously my boyfriend's favorite thing. The best part was the location. Steps from the pool and an easy 3 min walk to a great beach - 5 min for me because I'm an "oldish" lady ;) sunsets at this beach were breathtaking. It's even close to parking so you dont have to lug your suitcases very far. Yes, A/C is not in the bedroom but the ceiling fan and an additional fan provided was more than adequate. No complaints at all. Communication was outstanding!! Thank you so much Matthew, I would come back here in a minute!

Spent a week in Maui and rented out this property for me and 1 other guest. The location of this place is outstanding, beach access was literally across the street and about a 5 minute walk from the condo. In addition, there were a lot of restaurants and shops within walking distance as well. In terms of the condo itself, everything described was accurate and I felt no discrepancy in what I expected and what I received in terms of quality. For those who are expecting a more modern condo, this would not be for you. It is very comfy and cozy, but dated along w that old-school smell! Overall I would highly recommend staying here for your stay in Maui! You can not beat the location and walking convenience!

We traveled to Kihei for our honeymoon. This property is a great location right across from the beach where we saw sea turtles and whales every day. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. It's a short drive to some stellar snorkeling spots, some upscale restaurants, Maui Brewing Company, and golfing. We didn't notice security being an issue in Hawaii, but to alleviate any potential concerns, there is overnight security and a required parking permit for the on-site parking lot. We traveled over to Lahaina for a day, but it was so busy and crowded, we were thankful to be staying in Kihei! This property is really nice with all the amenities you could need. This place was great, super clean, great location, great communication with the owners, only thing I'd note is that it does face South Kihei Rd which can get noisy during the day, but if you're like us and hitting the beach or going out during the day this wasn't a problem at all and was super quiet at night.

This condo is in the perfect location. Very clean and the complex is nice and quiet. Just cross the street and go down to one of the best beaches in Maui. Walk to food and grocery stores.

Thiuns unit works great for taking advantage of Kihei. Close to beaches, stores, and restaurants.

The condo is very nice inside and in a great location, just steps from Charley Young beach. It includes all the beach accouterments you would want. It's very well sound-proofed, so there's no noise from the road.

We had a great time. Walking distance to beach and great seafood restaurants. Beautifully decorated. Perfect size for a couple. We had only one minor complaint: the patio was uncomfortable because of nearby road noise, but we were able to find a quiet place on the grounds to hang out in our beach chairs on the lawn.

Communication from Matthew is very clear. All the amenities (pool, bbq, tennis court, & short walk to beach) are very close to the condo. The king size bed is too soft for my liking but everything otherwise was great. There's no A/C in the bedroom but ceiling fan and a few other fans included were fine with me. The condo has everything you need for a wonderful stay.
