My daughter and I stayed here for a week. We chose this condo to be close to the skating rinks. It had everything we needed for a week of skating.

This very clean, cozy condo is perfect for two with easy access to Sun Valley trails and bike paths that we really enjoyed. We also spent a lot of time on the deck…..very peaceful. All of the appliances worked which is always a plus. Probably the best asset is the host, Casey, who was always available when we had questions. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

I opted to ski at Sun Valley as my wife no longer skis and Ketchum had plenty for her to see and do. Casey's condo is super convenient for a wide range of activities. Check in after a long drive was easy. A great place to relax in after a long day. Well equipped kitchen. Walk to the Sun Valley lodge, ice rink, pavilion, or stables. Or it's a 5 minute walk to bus stops that can take you to the ski lodges or all over Ketchum. It was a wonderful place to stay.

We just finished a stay and had a great time. The condo is perfectly located and was great for our family. We will be renting here again.

The property could use some upgrading, but it was very comfortable for us for the week.

My daughter and I stayed at this condo, for 10 days and it was perfect! It had lots of room, was very clean and great kitchen! Our check in and out was so easy, Casey was in contact with us prior to our check in, and everything was perfect, and we didn't need to contact him for anything. My daughter was there for a figure skating competition, so the location was great, we walked to the rink and Sun Valley resort center multiple times a day. I would highly recommend this fabulous condo.

There were small issues that Casey dealt with immediately. It would be nice if the unit had a barbecue to take advantage of the nice deck and warm summer evenings. Joe

A great location. Quiet, great landscaping,, and yet across the street is the center of Sun Valley activities. Very convenient walking distance. Would rent this unit again in a minute

The condo was great. Very clean and quiet. The location was good to walk to resort and shuttle at the end of the driveway. Overall highly recommend. Casey was very responsive with quick question. 5 stars!

Very nice condo. Great location. Very clean. Most comfortable mattress I have slept on. Also well stocked kitchen for cooking.

The property was just as listed. If you plan to cook, you may want to bring/buy spices etc.

The condo was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen as well had all of the utensils and pots needed. Not a complaint because we did not cook while there but if you plan on cooking, there are no spices or staples, you should plan on bringing whatever you need. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again.

Great location. Pretty dated and owner might consider maintaining a pantry with basics that guests might leave behind, like salt and pepper. Could use some updating, but for just me this trip, it worked.

We had a great time and would start here again. The location next to the Sun Valley Resort is perfect.

Manager was very quick to respond and helpful. It was a little warm when i was staying so he helped me out.

Perfectly sized, easily accessible, well-equipped kitchen for longer stays, incredibly easy walk to the Sun Valley Lodge. Parking was also easy once I figured out that I wasn't supposed to use the garage matching the unit number (wish the instructions had been a little more clear).

Location, hospitality, price, this gem of a spot has it all! We were in SV for a ski weekend/wedding, and you can’t beat this cozy spot for a place to stay that won’t break the bank! The view from the living room looked out to banks of snow and beautiful trees, and we enjoyed the comfy couch sipping hot cocoa and relaxing after a day on the slopes. The master bedroom has a really comfortable bed and large closet, and the kitchen has everything you need to cook if you can tear yourself away from the amazing local restaurants and cafes. Unlike other condo complexes, this one is really quiet and feels spacious, with a ski closet even! The property manager gave us all the info we needed for check-in, and was super helpful during and after our stay. We wanted to stay all week, and are already scheming about how to get back up to Sun Valley & book this place for a longer stay!

Didn’t spend much time in the condo because I was visiting family and needed only a bed to sleep in. While the condo is quite dated in its decor, it was comfortable, clean, quiet, well-equipped, and it met my needs. Casey was great. The grounds are lovely.

The location of the place was great and the place was nice a spacious, too.

I have stayed many times in this condo. It is the perfect location right across from the resort. Very comfortable and clean, has everything you need! Owner is super nice!

First off, let's set expectations. This is not a 5-star hotel. This condo is dated and it shows. But it's clean and the noticeable age somewhat adds to the charm. Our goal was to arrive and pretty much park our car and not drive it again until we had to leave, biking pretty much everywhere. We only got in our car once during our stay which tells you how easy it is to get around from this location. The Lodge, ice rink, and pavillion are right across the street. Ketchum is a 10 min bike ride away. The streams and grassy areas in front provide hours of entertainment for the kids. Sun Valley can't be beat and staying here makes it really easy to just enjoy your time.
