As a vrbohost post myself this place was amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. The concierge was very responsive and helpful. For sure we would stay at this property again as it's truly five star...Don't hesitate to book it....

We had a shower stop up and a breaker blow; it was repaired in 10 minutes; Martin was always there to fix anything, always ! We went on a 12 hour outing to Thunder Grotto with Theo, AAAAAAAAMAZZZING ; Owners were very responsive to all our needs. The home was beautiful; very very private and quiet. Our friends took out all the kayaks and paddle boards. The outdoor area was so great for friends and fun times and laughs. The stars were out of this world gorgeous. You could never see stars like that anywhere else. We had spotting scopes and it was just like looking right into space. We had a Great Taxi Driver, JJ and the rest rented a car from Bernies that sat 8 people. DO NOT miss the Tropic of Cancer Beach and the Burgers and PainKillers. I have traveled all over the world and Tropic of Cancer Beach was the Best; very secluded. Thunder Grotto was soooooooo Cool; Swimming with the Pigs was, well, Swimming with the Pigs, they were cute ! Go To Blu! Good Food ! and for sure go to breakfast bakery in town; it also has pizza; yummmmmmmmy and the best bread ! the house is amazing; you can stay all day and never leave or venture out ! We will. be back !

The listing cannot do this place justice! Went with my wife and 2 other couples. The home is very well appointed an d there is everything you need! We had a problem with the ice maker and the property manager had it replaced within an hour! The exquisite part of this property is the outdoor space. It is amazing with the pool, private beach and amazing lounging areas. We also rented the boat as we are experienced boaters and it was Perfect and as advertised. 4 very spread out king bed masters complete with ensuites. Would highly recommend!

We had an amazing vacation at Casa Bella with our family and friends, the house is like being at your own private resort! Cannot give it enough stars to rate our experience, you will not be disappointed :)

We had a lovely stay at Casa Bella! The home is absolutely beautiful! Fabulous outdoor space! The water temp of the pool was perfect! We saw sea turtles, a nurse shark, crabs right off the private beach of the home. Exuma has so much marine life its incredible! The home is decorated beautifully! Bedrooms were a great size and beds very comfortable! We hired a couple private chefs that I would highly recommend. Khriston from Tropic Breeze and Mateo from Driftwood Cafe, food was fabulous!! If you hire Khriston, make sure you have him sing for you! His voice is so beautiful he had us all crying! It was Good Friday and he sang Hallelujah. One of the many highlights of our trip! I would not recommend renting the boat. We had a lot of problems with it. It broke down when the guys in our group were fishing a couple times. The owners did replace with a different boat, however both boats had some crazy wiring going on and I do not feel are worth what they charged. We would definitely stay at Casa Bella again! It exceeded our expectations and we had a fabulous week with our family in this beautiful home! Thank you Peter and Amalia for providing such a beautiful place for people to experience! Wendy

The most beautiful place we have stayed in, and we have stayed in many. Marten and owners Peter and analia were the best. The view, gardens and spacious accommodations were amazing, we will be back soon.

The home, outdoor space, furnishings could be in architectural digest. The view is incredible. Paddle boards, kayaks, swimming pool and heated spa were all perfect. The home has a beautiful private beach area, canal and small harbor so the boat is protected and easy to load for day trips. The property feels private with bougainvillea trellises and tropical landscaping. We have been visiting the Bahamas for over twenty years and we highly recommend this home and island. We had the pleasure of having cocktails with the owners and another family while renting. Another highlight of our time in Exuma.

Casa Bella is a great house and great location. Its about 40 minutes from the airport and about 15 minutes from Georgetown. There is also a convenience store 3 minutes south of the house in Little Exuma. The boat that comes with the house was perfect, very easy to operate. We had 8 adults in the boat and had plenty of room. Martin was a great house manager and was there instantly for the few times we needed him. As stated in the house details, the "no see em" bugs are for real. You defiantly need bug spay at dusk and dawn. The paddle boards and kayaks are perfectly placed on the beach so that you can easily drag them down to the water and be paddling within a minute.

We went to Casa Bella with a group of 10 friends. The house was perfect for this, the rooms were all very nice sizes and each had their own bathroom, which was well thought out. It was comfortable and well appointed. The view of the bay and the pool was stunning! Pool, hot tub, kayaks, paddleboards, every thing you need in paradise was there. You definitely need a car, this house is not close to much as far as stores, restaurants, etc. Martin was amazing, he was there with any questions or requests immediately. The only struggle we had was with the noseeums. Most of the group was bitten up very badly and even bug spray didnt help. I dont know if this is seasonal or not, but be prepared (some say baby oil helps block it). We didnt get to sit outside too much in the evening because of this. Overall, we absolutely loved the house and the location.

Wonderful experience from beginning to end!

Casa Bella is an amazing home for a large group. We had eight adults and everyone truly had their own space. We loved our stay and this house had everything we needed. Martin was quick to check on and take care of any little issues we had. This was truly one of the best vacation rentals we have ever had. The pool, beach, kayaks and paddle boards were loved and well used by all of us. The kayak seats need a little repair, but worked well enough. We brought our own snorkel gear and enjoyed swimming along with all the sea life around Casa Bella. Exuma is a wonderful island and I highly recommend staying here. Just a few things to consider should you stay here. Bring lots of bug spray!! Casa Bella is great, but island life is full of mosquitoes. Also be aware that there is a little family of land crabs living around the patio area...and may come walking by a little unexpectedly. All the wildlife make for some great pictures. We would definitely vacation at Casa Bella again. The best house on the island!

Casa Bella exceeded my expectations - it truly felt like we were on our own private island. It is the perfect setup and we loved having the kayaks and paddle boards at our disposal. They were wonderful at communicating and check-in/check-out was seamless. They have a great welcome booklet with any and all info you would need if you're a first timer to Exuma like we were! We will most definitely be back! :)

Property is beautiful and well located. Amenities such as paddle boards, kayaks, etc. were all as indicated. Property manager Martin was responsive and extremely helpful. We preordered groceries which were waiting when we arrived. We used Theo for boat tours and Larissa for meals and they were both wonderful! Highly recommend this property and experience - we hope to go back soon.

We had the best time at Casa Bella! The pool was a favorite with our three small children and we spent most of our time there. Highly recommend having Nola prepare dinners and visiting Santanas and Mom's Bakery! We also had a wonderful time at Tropic of Cancer Beach and Chat N' Chill. The property and home are amazing. We rented their boat for the whole week which was wonderful to have at our disposal every day, to come an go as we pleased for exploring the beautiful islands and Cays in Exuma We really hated to leave! The property manager Martin was exceptional. Extremely accommodating and ready to help with anything at a moments notice. We had 4 adults and two children, ages 9 and 6 and they had a blast. I would recommend the boat when renting the property. It makes exploring a lot easier, just pay attention to the tides.

This house is everything you would expect it to be. The view over the water is beautiful. Martin, the caretaker met us at the property and unloaded our luggage. Any little issue that popped up, like an ice maker not working right, low water pressure, a loose battery cable on the boat, or needing a new bottle of drinking water, was handled by Martin within a few minutes. It is like calling the front desk at the Ritz Carlton. This house is very well equipped in the kitchen. There is even a salad spinner. You will need to do some cooking in Exuma as there is not much of a night life, and the local restaurants mostly shut down at night. Renting a boat is a must. God only knows how much it cost to build the harbor in the back, but it is extremely convenient for your boat. There are lots of little islands, beaches, and snorkeling sites to explore. It helps to hire a local early on to show you where to go and how to get there, but you need a boat to do it. You can catch a few fish by the nearby bridge, but you can catch a lot of fish if someone shows you how to get to the nearby reefs. If you don't have a boat, you can drive across the bridge to Little Exuma to Tropic of Cancer beach, one of the prettiest beaches I have ever seen. You can also drive to Santana's and a few other beach bars at the end of Little Exuma. The food is great, but they shut down when they run out of food for the day. There is a bakery next door that has great cakes. If you are looking for a guide for your boat, we used a guy named Ray. He is the nephew of the baker and cousin of the owner of Santanna's, so they can give you his number. He took us fishing and snorkeling. This house is expensive, but you get everything you would expect for the price. You won't have to deal with the little Caribbean air conditioners that blow slightly cool air. This house has 4 large central A/C units with 4 thermostats. It feels like a cyclone when they come on and they cool your room and the house quickly. I think the electricity on Exuma is a bit spotty, but this house has a 40 KW generator that runs everything, including all the AC units, if the power goes out. We spent a day on generator power and did not notice a difference. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

The view was amazing! The property and house was very well laid out! The kitchen had everything you need for cooking and preping food. Martin was always available for questions or help if needed. It was an amazing vacation! The boat rental was great and everyday we went to new beaches!

Our recent stay at Casa Bella was amazing! We are a group of 9 friends who have been talking about going on a trip like this for years and we finally did it! The house and setting were beautiful! Martin was always there for anything we needed. The beautiful pool, beach area and the many little spots to lounge, were enjoyed by all! We hired Judy Gray and her staff to come in and cook for us 2 nights. Both meals were absolutely delicious and Judy and Nancy were so friendly and easy to work with. The best thing we did on our trip was to hire Theo Gray as our boat captain. He has a beautiful boat and was so knowledgable about the water. We went out 3 different days with him and really got to experience the Exumas and the beautiful water. We sure do want to come back to Casa Bella again sometime !

Wow, the perfect location! This by far was our best vacation, thanks to the home and its amenities. The home, the pool, the beach, the ocean and the boat (spend the money) made the vacation priceless. Everyday, was simply a joy! I would also mention the personal touch of having Martin on site to assist in anything needed to make our vacation top notch. This is the best property in Exuma! The house had everything we needed. The blues of the water are constantly changing and the sunsets were magical. Having the boat to explore the many islands was such a rare and unique experience. Cooking at the house was wonderful and brought everyone together. We were able to fish right off the rocks, so bring gear if you are into that. The owners are incredible people and willing to do anything to make your trip more enjoyable. We have already booked our return trip and can't wait to get back. Our only request: don't let the secret out!

Two families, 4 adults and 5 teens. We have been traveling as a group for 9 spring breaks now...Isla Mujeres, St. Martin, Cabo San Lucas, Grand Cayman and now Exuma. The bar has been set pretty high for us in the past. This house was awesome! The layout of the bedrooms, each bedroom having a full bath, the outdoor spaces...just perfect. This would be comfortable even for four couples, and no one would really be giving up much other than the view toward the bay or toward the boat dock. We used the kayaks and paddle boards extensively, and we were reasonably well protected even on the windy days. The boat really put our vacation over the top. We comfortably made it to Chat n Chill and Georgetown in no more than half an hour. Within 5 minutes or so of the house, we had some undeveloped cays where we felt like we were the only people on the planet! It was awesome! We did some nice fishing by the bridge to Little Exuma, and back on the east side of the island. One problem we have always had in the past was that some in our group want to sit in a lounge chair all day while others (myself) want to go do things. Here, we had it both ways. Those who want to sit and read a book could do that all day, while the kayaks, paddle boards and boat gave the rest of us plenty to do! Exuma is a large island, and stuff is really spread out...so having so much to do at the house was a huge perk. I would rate this property an 11 out of 10!

House worked out great for us... 6 adults, 2 kids. Great kitchen for cooking as restaurants aren't that plentiful. Water toys were good, a little proactive maintenance was needed on the kayak seats... but other than that, great, was a lot of fun to use outside. There was some construction noise, but nothing too intrusive. Great location away from the bigger resorts on the island, plenty of deserted beaches within 10-15 minutes... and of course, a nice little beach out front!

We just returned from 2 weeks at Casa Bella with our family, including 5 small children and 5 adults. This particular house, and the owners far exceeded our expectations from the elegance and comfort of the house and view, to ensuring we had an enjoyable stay. The picture of the house are nice, but they don't do the property the appropriate justice as the rooms are far bigger than they appear in the pictures. The architecture of the house is really impressive. There were multiple areas to sit many people, including a gorgeous living room, a comfortable television room, many outdoor spaces, the infinity pool, 2 cabanas and a hot tub. There is a dock and boat out one side of the house, and a pool and private beach out to the other. The house was maintained by Martin and another gentleman who was available any hour of the day to assist. Both Martin and the owners were quick to resolve any issues we had, which were very few if any. The boat we had was a 20ft Whaler in great condition, though the alternator had an issue while we were using it. Martin quickly arranged a pickup and replacement boat for us, which was well beyond expectations, and the original boat was repaired and back within 24hrs. We are very experienced boaters and it was amazing what they pulled off. As far as Exuma and the surrounding area, it is one of the most beautiful places we have been to, which has been many. I highly recommend the boat, because outside of the house, the big draw is the multiple secluded beaches, coral reefs and Stocking Island you can get to by boat. You can also take a ferry in Georgetown if you don't want the boat. There is not much in terms of shopping in restaurants on Exuma, but if you look closely, the markets are well stocked and the small shops and people are wonderful to meet. There are some restaurants that aren't obvious when you first look, but they are there and quite unique (Blu, Eddies' Edgewater, Santanna's, multiple small 'shacks' north of Georgetwon). You can also choose to spend the whole time at the house and on the water and be quite happy. We didn't go to any restaurants until 10 days into our trip. Overall, a wonderful trip we will repeat yearly. Thank you Analia, Sandra, Carolina and Martin.

The beach and cove were perfect for my grandsons and also for sun bathers. Martin, property manager, was helpful in all our requests. There was nothing not to love. We’ll be back!
