This home is great for a larger group. We had 9 people representing 3 generations. All appreciated the home. It was neat, clean and well stocked with everything one will need. Very good location too, with just a short 10 minute walk to the beach.

The stay was great! We stayed here in July 2021 and loved it so much we came back in 2023. Not the nicest or newest house on the block, but it is big enough, close enough to the main street and fulfilled all our needs!

Great 4bedroom house! Kitchen was well stocked. Had to communicate with Kim to get the correct WiFi access info. Really appreciated use of wagon to haul beach toys/towels etc. The deck was so nice to hang out and relax. Loved our time there!

Had a great family stay with multiple generations

Spent the Thanksgiving holiday here. It was awesome! Great location, the kitchen was big and well stocked, the great room was very comfortable with large sectional, the beds were comfortable, and the host weee accommodating. Will definitely stay here again.

As described in previous reviews, this is an ideal home for large families & is very child friendly. Beautiful! It’s a bit of a walk to the beach, but we didn’t have any problem with it & the wagon made it easy with the kids & gear.

Great location, just a short walk to the beach, the main street, farmer's market, etc. Home had ample space and amenities to comfortably accommodate two families with kids.

This was one of the best rental homes we have stayed in, from the large wrap around couch to comfy beds. The home was spacious and perfect for our various aged group of nine. We enjoyed the walk to the beach and appreciated the handy wagon to ferry our gear. A wonderful place to spend our annual family coast gathering.

Stayed in Manzanita for a family reunion. Loved this house, plenty of room for the 3 kids in the lower level with the parents, and room upstairs for mom & dad and other son & girlfriend. House totally stocked for cooking in too, which was great for our group on nights we weren't with big family group. Only issue was noise from upstairs kitchen can be heard in the main bedroom in lower level but might not be an issue for everyone. Overall, we were very happy with this place!

We loved the home and its accommodating nature. The beds were great, there were three king-size beds plus a room of single beds. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need for cooking and serving. The great room was terrific for the group talking and watching movies. It is a dream home for vacations.

This house was great! It is clean on the inside with nice furnishings (no stains or weird smells). The kitchen had more than everything I needed to cook. LOVED the dining table for family dinners and playing games. They had roku so our kids could watch their kid programs on TV. The house was a quick walk to the main street and the beach. I would go back in an instant. Beds were comfortable, carpet is nice, seriously this place is great!

This is a clean, well maintained and very spacious home in an excellent location. We enjoyed cooking meals in the kitchen and having plenty of room to spread out. The sectional has room for everyone! Especially enjoyable was the ability to park our car and walk to everything we enjoyed in manzanita and take nice Long Beach walks. We will be back. Thank you for letting us share your lovely home.

Really nice property in a good location. The house was spacious and roomy -- perfect size for the 2 adults and 5 kids we had. It's close, but not too close to the beach and shops. My only wish is that there were some fans and a screen on the sliding glass door. The weather got quite warm for a couple of days. The furnace and ceiling fans barely blew any air. Leaving the back sliding glass door helped a lot, but let in a ton of bugs, so we only used that minimally. Other than that, highly recommended.

We had a relaxing, fun, glorious stay in this home! It is clean, spacious (perfect for two or three families), beautiful and close to all of the adorable shops and the amazing beach. Highly recommend!

The house was great, lots of light, lots of room the bedrooms on the main floor were good, the master bedroom with adjoining bath was enormous with nice views. The house was not on the beach, about a 10 minute walk. It was between the beach and the grocery store. There was a terrific Farmers market Friday. The kitchen was well stocked and spacious. Great equipment. knives etc. dishwasher was first rate and Kitchenaid "Osterizer" Smart TV and we were able to easily access PBS, you-tube etc. We could have watched netflix or Amazon with our codes. Grocery was good, prices reasonable. A nearby Crab pound on the bay was great with great crabs. Overall we were very happy with it. THe beach was huge and great for walking.

Such a beautiful home in an absolutely beautiful town! It was more than we expected it to be. The home was roomy and very comfortable. The beds were so great that we slept better here than at home! This house was equipped with just about anything you could need at the house or at the beach. It had things to entertain our family which consisted of 4 adults, a 14 year old boy, 10 year girl and 2 year old boy. The only thing that the kitchen could use use is a large stock pot for boiling crab and a few more plastic cooking spatulas. I was worried about the home not having fans as my family sleeps warm and needs them, but this house has so many windows that provide great airflow to bring in the nice cool breeze it was no problem at all. This home is in a great location near downtown and the beach. The beach is not crowded and if you're patient, you can find some pretty good sand dollars that have washed up on shore. My only complaint with the home is that it could use a good spring cleaning in some areas. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay!

We rent a house every year for our Family Fourth of July in Manzanita. This house is the best house we have had the pleasure of staying at in Manzanita! The bedrooms are all nice and spacious but the best part of this house is the large area for everyone to gather in the livingroom/ dining room/ deck area. We would love to come back to this house again in the future. It was also kid friendly with books and games for the little ones.

The house was large and accommodating. Overall, stay was fine. But the neighbor across the street was but nosey.

We enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving vacation in Manzanita with our kids and grandkids. This contemporary house was a perfect setting for the family event, spacious clean rooms and well stocked kitchen utensils. The nearby grocery store was a big plus for our Thanksgiving dinner prep. Downtown Manzanita is just a few blocks walk, and the beach a bit farther. The only negative was one of the jigsaw puzzles was missing a piece.

This house was exceptionally well stocked for our fairly short New Years visit. We love to cook and this is one of the best stocked kitchens we have ever seen. This house has a wonderful great room/kitchen/dining area big enough for two families to enjoy. The bedrooms are comfortable, there are plenty of towels and we loved the game selection - they even had a disco ball for our little NYE dance party! We appreciated very much all the natural light coming from several skylights, and there is a great deck as well. This would be a good house if families have small children (we didn’t but would have appreciated it if we did). Easy in and out instructions. The house is well situated in the town, very close to all the shops, grocery stores and restaurants, about 3 blocks from beach. Washer dryer great addition although we didn’t use it except to start the loads of laundry when we left. The only thing that might keep us from renting more in the future is that we couldn’t bring our dog and had to board him for the weekend. We do understand why some homes don’t allow pets, of course.
