I booked this trip originally for May 2020. When Covid hit, I was not allowed to leave my duty station (I’m in the military in Germany). The owner would not refund me. Yes, there is a no refund cancellation policy, but I thought a 100-year pandemic and the fact that I was not allowed to leave due to being in the military, that she would have made an exception. At least she let me rebook, so we rescheduled for 2022. In the 2 years between bookings, there were several times where the owner was difficult to get a hold of, took forever to respond, or didn’t respond at all. One time she said it was because she had Covid, but then it kept happening. The listing also falls off VRBO a lot and she said it’s because of VRBO, but then it kept happening. It doesn’t look good when you’ve spent thousands of dollars on a booking, and then the property disappears, and then the owner doesn’t respond. I thought I was scammed and going to lose all my money. Besides that, the local property manager in St Thomas was very nice, and the place itself is spectacular. My family loved it, and that’s what really matters to me. I am glad I found a nice beach villa and the location was great. It was expensive, but it’s a better deal than other villas right next door. This trip was actually 5 years in the making (anniversary) so I’m glad it all worked out in the end.

This is a fantastic property. Bring your family and enjoy the amenities. Location is perfect. You will not be disappointed.

The most common remarks I heard from our family group of 16 staying at “The Beach House” were: 1. These are the most comfortable beds & pillows I have ever slept on 2. The most beautiful views 3. Is there a kitchen tool or item this villa does not have??! St. Thomas is truly paradise and Magens Bay has the most beautiful ocean water to swim, play and fish. Our group was aged 1 to 69 and all had the most wonderful time at this villa. This truly is a Luxury Resort, the only thing different than a commercial resort is that this is just for you and your guests. I don’t think you can beat this one for the most spectacular beach vacation! Book Shelly for cooking, utilize the wonderful Hans for provisions (and all questions) and take the Safari Taxis for sight seeing. Cheers!

We had a beautiful time with our family. Lots of wonderful memories made with our kids and grandkids! We spent all day every day at the beach and pool right at the house! We hope to return to the beach house again one day!

Words simply do not give justice to this property! When you look at the photo’s and imagine/wonder if it really looks like this, I can assure you it is real and so very much more! A fabulous property with meticulous attention to detail from decorations, appliances, cookware, dishes and the single most derided issue at other properties is 1 set of towels in the bathrooms: well, no worries with that here! Every suite has its own appeal and accomplishments to make everyone in your party happy. This one is really everything you can dream of! Hans was outstanding and takes great pride in partnering with you during your stay. I must warn you that once you stay here you won’t want to leave and all other properties will be judged against this one! Please tell me if you find another that measures up! Our family of 16 ranging from 3 to 74 just spent an amazing week at the Beach House. From the moment we arrived to when we left the whole experience was incredible. We spend most of our time at the house using the kayaks, paddle boards and swimming at the beach and in the amazing pool. One day we went along the shore to Magens Bay Beach. There were often turtles swimming just shore and it was fun to follow them snorkeling and in the kayaks. The kitchen was incredible. Everything one might need was there with china and stainless silverware for about 40, so you did not need to be doing dishes all the time. Two grills and three huge refrigerators made food storage for a large group easy. Hans, the house manager, always responded promptly with answers to questions. I recommend The Market in Tutu Plaza as the best place to shop for groceries. Cost Mart is also good if buying in large quantities. We spent a day on the Sabrage motorized catamaran and that was incredible. Lots of shade on board and two bathrooms. We also spent half a day at Coki Beach which has great snorkeling too. If you are looking for a first class rental experience on St. Thomas, this is the place to stay.

We had a full extra year to look forward to this massive family vacation, and it was worth the wait! We started planning in 2019 to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary. Pushed back due to Covid, we finally took this trip in June 2021. There were 20 of us ranging in ages 1 - 71 and we made use of every square inch of the property!! Originally I picked this property thinking we'd be down at the big Magen's Bay beach all the time. We went the first day and never went back - the beach on this property is too perfect to go anywhere else! It was difficult for all of us to be down there at once and the stairs did make for great exercise, but there wasn't a bad place in the house! Lyndin was our go to taxi driver and took us everywhere - we had an amazing experience with him! We did also have a car for quick trips to pickup food or anything we needed and that was helpful - the property is easy to get to anywhere! Also highly recommend Boel & Spa to Go!! Bring lots of bug spray :) I wish I could post pictures!!

The Beach House is our favorite place! We've been several times now and it never disappoints! The house is beautiful, clean, well appointed with lots of outdoor spaces and a great pool. The beach space is small and down some steep stairs, but it is plenty for us and we are a group of 8. Magen's Bay Beach is also nearby and our adult kids love taking the kayak there for chicken strips and painkillers! Hans is the house manager and makes everything easy. I also highly recommend using Shelly Berry catering for meals at the house and Boel with SpaToGo for massages on site as well. I can not recommend more and we plan on being back soon!!

This property was AMAZING! Perfect location! We were there May 8- May 15. Weather was perfect. We did our best to take advantage of all the areas this place had to offer! Hans, the house manager was SO great making sure we had everything we needed. We did opt to have the house provisioned and ready to go when we got there which was so great to not have to worry about going to the store after arriving! The house had everything we needed! Any small appliance, utensil, dish.... it was there. Hans was also so helpful with recommendations on excursions. We chartered a boat to take us out snorkeling and visit St. John which picked us up right at the beach of our home. Some did a fishing trip with Chris Berry who was also recommended by Hans. He was great as well and again, picked them up right at The Beach House. Would definitely recommend him for a fishing trip. When we did get out to explore the island, we used Lyndon's Taxi service. He was so accommodating with coordinating times with us, waiting for us when needed and being back to pick us up from locations. Picked us up from the airport as well as dropped us off. Easily accommodated our party of 8. Can't say enough great things about this place. We decided right away that we will DEFINITELY be back to stay here. Thank you Amber for such a smooth process and for allowing us the experience to stay in your house. It was everything I had hoped for!

We had an amazing stay here - From the booking process to the welcome from Hans the entire process was seamless. We traveled with grandparents, 2 teenagers, 2 toddlers, and 1 baby- it was the perfect house for everyone. You can really tell the owners went the extra mile in updating, designing, amd providing everything you would ever need. Special thanks again for Hans and handling ALL our needs and provisions and to our driver Lyndon for making our group trips so fun!! We will be back!!

We had family stay at the house for our wedding week. The property was immaculate, beautiful finishes, extremely clean, and breathtaking views.

I can’t scream loud enough about how amazing this property is. We stayed for a week for my 50th Birthday with friends and family. Between the house, pool and beach we were never bored. The wildlife and the views of the bay never got old. Quality and comfort is what this place is all about. We had massages in the message room at the house, they were great. We chartered a boat that picked us up right at the beach below the house. The company is called Local Legends Charters, it was an incredible day. We visited St. John, a bunch of beautiful beaches and some historical sites. I would recommend this company. I have to give a shout-out out to Hans for answering all of our questions, Lyndin Taxi Service for being there whenever we needed them and especially Amber for being patient with our ever changing plans. It was probably the best vacation of my life. We will return.

This was our 5th stay at the Beach House and it is as wonderful as ever! The property is beautiful, clean, well kept and well stocked. Amber and the house manager Hans are friendly and so easy to work with! It is the perfect location! We've had a great time here previously with a large group (our adult children and friends) and we had as wonderful of a time with just my husband and I! We are already booked for our next stay and can't wait!

We have stayed at The Beach House in St. Thomas multiple times and it continues to be perfect! Amber (owner) is very easy to work with and the house manager Hans is great! The house is beautiful, well kept and well supplied. The location really can't be beat. We usually travel with our adult children but this time it was just my husband and I and it wonderfully peaceful and relaxing. We plan to be back again very soon!

We stayed at The Beach House 4th of July week 2020. Our group of 12 ranged in ages 4 to 72 years. The villa was absolutely stunning. Pictures do not do this place justice. Seeing it in person was mesmerizing and you can tell the owners and managers make cleanliness and presentation a priority. We took full advantage of everything the villa offered. Kayaks, paddle boards, snorkel gear, life jackets, pool & pool toys, beach towels and outdoor speakers to enjoy our fave tunes. Our first full day was spent with Nate’s Custom Charters snorkeling and boating around St. John. We saw conch shells, shipwrecks and colorful fish. Great lunch was delivered to the boat by a floating food truck, Pizza Pi VI. Nate is top notch and everyone said the day with him was a highlight of the trip. Mid week we rented jet skis from Mike with Rock City Waves and they delivered right to the villa. We took turns cruising around Magen’s Bay, spotting sea turtles and sting rays and impressive mega yachts. Six of our party went deep sea fishing with Chris Berry of Reel Livin’ Charters where we caught some yellow fin tuna and some nausea ha! Shelly Berry was also hired one night to prepare dinner. Omg, her mango cheesecake and double chocolate mousse cake were divine! She and Adam did an awesome job delivering a private dining experience and setting. Thank you Hans (house manager) for making our stay go as smoothly as possible. He provisioned the home for us upon arrival which was a huge help and he’s mailing back my daughters stuffed gator she was playing hide and seek with. He hid a little too well! And most importantly, huge thank you to Amber and her family for sharing their piece of paradise. We feel so blessed to have stayed here and it was really hard to leave after our week. The drinks, laughs and memories our family shared will be cherished forever. Much love from Louisiana!

The Beach House VI was spectacular. From every inch on this property, the view was amazing. The photos online are great, but unbelievable in person. Aside from that, this vacation was one of our best. The private beach at the villa was where we spent most days playing in the water, pool, kayaking, and paddle boarding. The villa had everything necessary for an unforgettable vacation and more. Plus, the villa manager Hans and housekeeping staff were on point. We will be back for sure.

If you are hesitating on reserving this property, don't. It was absolutely a fantastic place to stay and everything worked, was clean and extremely comfortable.

We absolutely love being able to share this beautiful home and property. It never disappoints!! We are already entertaining our next family get away to "Our Happy Place". Amber, Your property is absolutely amazing! Beautifully decorated, luxurious bedrooms and baths, yet oh, so comfortable! We've been going on family vacations for 10 years now, and usually rent houses, but this one has to be the best so far. It's ideal for families with young children because the suites have an inside connection. Our 6 grandsons claimed the game room as their own and loved the pool and the beach. Hans was so welcoming and willing to provide anything that we needed. Shelly had fruit and cheese trays as well as champagne waiting for us on arrival. She prepared a delicious meal for us in celebration of our daughter's 15th anniversary. And the view - what can we say about the view! Mesmerizing, and so many different places to take them in. Even the steps down to the beach are beautifully landscaped ending in a white sand beach and water going from a soft light green to those amazing shades of Caribbean blue. Words don't adequately describe this amazing beachfront property with spectacular views! We recently stayed at the Beach House celebrating my 50th birthday with 22 family and friends. The house is immaculate, beautiful decorated and had every possible thing you could ask for. Pictures don't do justice for how large the house is and how easily it can accommodate a group our size. And what makes this home special are the individuals who are preparing for your visit and available throughout if needed. Hans, the house manager ensured the house was provisioned before we arrived and answered every question possible, Amber made the reservation process seamless and provided great suggestions for ideas of things to do, Shelly and her chef team made scrumptious meals, and Boel from Spa to Go and her yoga and massage team pampered us. The house was so amazing, we actually rarely left the property! However when we did, Lyndin's taxi was are go to. We started our morning with a beautiful walk around the point (be ready for some of the toughest hills!). Our days were spent poolside, at our own beach or just sitting and enjoying the views. The bay is beautiful for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding. I highly recommend renting wave runners as you practically have the bay to yourselves. Coastal Water Sports delivers right to the Villa. Daily we would wade over to Megan's Bay beach and on our way stop on the shoreline to shell. Yoga poolside in the morning or a massage is a wonderful way to start the day. Our evenings started with Shelly and her chef team creating delicious meals. This was a highlight of the day and so much easier. The team is lively and a lot of fun to talk with too. The house is situated for perfect sunsets daily and so many great spaces to do so. Each night we would pick a different spot to watch. In the evenings, we would spend time in the open air game room playing ping pong, listening to music and just enjoy being with each other. We travel a lot and enjoy most vacations however rarely do we say we would repeat one. We would definitely return to this property and do it again! The Beach House VI is absolutely amazing. My husband and I rented this beautiful home with three other couples. Amber, the property manager, and Hans, the house manager, were helpful in providing information and always promptly responded to our questions and needs. We really appreciated that Hans stocked our refrigerator and pantry prior to our arrival with all of our requests. We enjoyed hanging out at our own beach and pool so much that we ended up cancelling dinner plans two nights and opted to grill out right there in one of the state of the art outdoor patio/kitchens and enjoy the sunset and beautiful views. Other fun things we did while visiting were kayaking and/or walking to beautiful Magen's Bay Beach along the shoreline, going to St. John to hang out at gorgeous Trunk Bay and have drinks at Woody's and heading to the BVI. We took a charter to the BVI from St. Thomas Boat Rental. Theresa (T) was our captain. T had lots of great suggestions for stops. We started by snorkeling the Caves and the Indians near Normal Island, went to Smuggler's Cove in Tortola for some beach time and a drink, stopped at Sandy Spit to make a wish on the Rock Pile, and ended up at Jost Van Dyke where we stopped at Foxy's then headed to the Soggy Dollar Bar and Ivan's for more cocktails on the beach. We had the best lunch there at Hendo's Hideout. My favorite's there were the conch fritters and the 3 cheese lobster bacon grilled cheese. It was loaded with lobster and absolutely delicious. We used Joe Penn as our taxi driver for the week. His service and friendly attitude was second to none. He was very knowledgeable and shared lots of history about the island. He also made many wonderful restaurant and sight-seeing recommendations. One of our favorite's that Joe recommended was Hook, Line and Sinker. All of the food was delicious and they had the best Key Lime Pie we've ever had. We will definitely call Joe when we return. Thank you again to Amber, Hans and the entire grounds and maid staff for taking care of all of our needs and keeping the house immaculate. We loved The Beach House so much that we plan to return in July with our entire family. We are already looking forward to it and can't wait so spend time making memories with our family there!

This is the second time we have stayed here. Paddle boards, kayaks, outdoor kitchen, bonus room with big screen TV, couches, and ping pong kept the kids busy at night. Amazing kitchen that is fully equipped. Aquarium pool and lots of terraces to relax on. Watch rays, sea turtles, and iguanas every day!!!! Call Joe Penn for an island tour or to be your taxi guy for the week! We will be back!!!

An extended family of 16 (ranging in age from 11 months to 76 years) stayed for one week . The property is fabulous - there were times we couldn't find folks hidden away reading or snoozing. No one wanted to leave the house either during or at the end of our trip. Hans, the house manager, is fabulous and is able to bring food/alcohol to the house for a reasonable fee. The pool is great. The steps to the beach were a bit of a challenge for some but everyone made it down and back, I would definitely stay here again.
