The last night the smoke alarm kept beeping, seemed like the one in the master bedroom, or upper hall. There is also an issue with the pull out couch, it would not go back into the couch. It appears as though it was broken on one side. We did not break it. There was no lighter in an office, for use with the firepit, so we could not use that. Or directions for usage of other things, like the TV's and the music system. All in all though, it was very nice, and close to town, and quiet. Thank you.

We enjoyed the Lakeshore cabin for our trip to Breckenridge very much! It was in a nice, quiet neighborhood that was an easy and quick drive to ski or visit the Main Street area. We appreciated having plenty of space to spread out as a family and enjoyed the hot tub very much after great skiing days! The kitchen was well-equipped and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay!

We had a great time staying with our family of 8. Plenty of room for everyone. It was great to have access to a 3 car garage. Kitchen was huge and had ample pots and pans…our only critique was the kitchen knives were a bit lacking and the floor in front of the fridge was very squeaky. It was a quick and easy drive to the slopes. We really enjoyed staying here and would highly recommend.

We enjoyed the stay! Grumpy next door neighbor, but our hosts were very communicative and the house had everything we needed and more. Was extremely spacious and comfortable.

This beautiful and spacious house worked worked great for our group of 3 families. The kitchen and living room are huge, plus there is a private game room and parlor that can be used for hanging out or extra sleeping space. The hot tub and deck are also delightful.

We had a wonderful stay. More than enough room for our group of 8 (we had planned on 10). We called ahead to check if the kitchen had certain items and were told if we arrived and needed anything else, they were happy to bring them over. Great living room for spending time. Hot tub is right off the house so you don’t freeze getting in/out. Cute neighborhood/hikes nearby if you want to get out for some fresh air. Will definitely be returning.

The location was great for the activities that we had booked during our stay. The size of the house was spacious for our group of 12, and check in/out was easy. The carpet was very dirty and sink was clogged in bedroom bath. No blankets for pull out couch.

Big master bedroom with king bed, fireplace plus large bathroom and walk-in closet. Two living room areas each with tv’s. Game room. Jacuzzi dry off room. Two dining tables totaling 18 chairs. Four barstools. Property manager responded quickly to questions and concerns. Only negatives were old carpet and tv channels. (No abc, cbs, nbc, ESPN live, fox, Fox News).

There were plenty of sleeping options and gathering spaces. We appreciated the proximity to Breckenridge (10 minutes away) and hiking trails nearby (we went on the Spruce Creek Trail and saw a moose at the first set of little ponds). The kitchen and dining area were expansive - all of us fit at one table for meals! Having access to pull into the garage to use for loading and unloading was a big help. Many members of the family really enjoyed the hot tub and lounging on the porch. We also appreciated that we were able to have a package of backpacking equipment delivered to the office on Ski Hill that we could then pick up. The only downsides were that the yard was on the smaller side (the kids wanted to explore in nature more), only 1 window opened to the back half of the house, and the noise from the street below was louder than expected. Other than that, we loved our stay here and would consider renting this house again!

The house was perfect for our family! It was close to hiking and everything we wanted to do. There was plenty of space for everyone and the big, open kitchen worked well for us. The cabinets were well stocked with dishes. The hot tub felt nice after a day of hiking and activities. Would definitely rent again. The flooring was outdated and in rough shape but that didn’t bother us since it was clean.

Easy process

Great location, large house with fully equipped kitchen and working fireplaces. Great outdoor space to hangout and go in hot tub. Only thing we’re that the comforters and blankets for the pull out coaches didn’t seem to be cleaned they had stains on them that could’ve been washed off.

My friends and I enjoyed this property very much. It had plenty of room for us and more. We loved the hot tub, spacious kitchen, and massive dinner table that could accommodate us. We even had the pleasure of meeting a kind local neighbor who helped us when one of our vehicles got stuck. Fantastic experience overall!
