Location is perfect for a laid back relaxing time. The hustle is north and south of our stay, we visited both but enjoyed the quiet. The unit was perfect, clean, and setup for guests as if you were part of owners family. Everyone was flawless to work with, got in a little early which in today’s world was a pleasant surprise. Great three bedroom condo. Totally exceeded all expectations. From the check in to the checkout everything ran smoothly. Do not have asked for a better experience.

Very nice comfortable place on the gulf beach! We saw dolphins every morning when we got up! It was a clean very accessible place to stay with our kids with a pool and a hot tub as if the beach was not enough! Thank you!

The location is close to many restaurants and shops. The 3 bedrooms 2 with a king and 1 with 2 queens was perfect for our family of 6. The Doubletree Hotel is next door and has a restaurant and a walk up Tiki Bar. There are chairs, jet ski and paddleboard rentals directly in from of the condo. We can't wait to stay in the condo in the future.

I could not have asked for a better stay at this location. We traveled with our handicap daughter who's is in a wheelchair.. the beach access was the best we've ever had. The cleanliness of the condo was perfect. The rooms were large and exceeded our expectations. We will be back for sure!!

Well I waited and hoped that this would be resolved before I left my review. But it wasn't and won't be. To start off with work was being done, painting, drilling and scrapping. I understand that they had had 2 Hurricanes to deal with along with regular maintenance. That being said, They insist they sent an emial. 1st off it did not come thru the VRBO email, second I have searched and have not found it on my regular email. Drilling started at or before 9am, paint crews were on our balcony while we were still resting. Startling to say the least to my Mom. 1 day the noise was so great that we just left. This was going on all day long. This place is expensive, but we wanted the best for our Mom. The view is amazing, you pay for this and you don't want to leave. In all fairness they refunded $100 which is a joke considering the cost of this place. So I did mention to them that I felt that $250 would be satisfactory and that is a drop in the bucket considering the cost. So beware if you have an issue about getting a resolution. By the way I have stayed in Many VRBOs and have Never left a bad review. We sent actual recordings of the racket going on!

A lovely spacious well-appointed beach front condo with all of the accoutrements a family could need - kitchen tools, beach towels, sand toys and of course a washer-dryer! Beds are comfortable. Lots of seating for dining and lounging. Loved the hot tub, beach walks and beautiful sunsets. So many delicious restaurants up and down Gulf Blvd. Pool was closed for painting while we were staying but it looked nice. Elevator was taken out by tropical storm for our entire stay so we stayed fit walking up 5 stories (might be a problem for those with young kids or mobility issues). Rental company was pleasant and timely in their responses to questions/concerns. Would stay again!

Got there Thursday and was told it would be done Friday. It was never done. The patio doors were all taped up with plastic so no view at all. They could of put in another location but no beach or ocean view that we planned for. They need better management & communication.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Ram Sea #514. Check in was smooth as it only required a code to get in when your room was ready. There was only a touchpad code to get into the condo, this is convenient until the code stops working and you are locked out of the condo which happened to us late at night. My husband decided to walk down to the car with me to fetch something I left in the vehicle: we had just gotten back from a long day in Clearwater and had left our cell phones behind to charge, along with our wallets. When we came back to the room, the code no longer worked 😳. We were stranded. Thank God for one of the wonderful tenants who helped us out. We eventually found a number to the property manager who did come right away to let us in.. After all was said and done we were stranded for 3 hours. I would definitely recommend leaving a spare key for guests or have detailed instructions to make sure the inside latch is in the correct position. The reason we were locked out is because the latch on the inside of the door was just cocked slightly so that the door would not automatically unlock with code. We learned that this incident is the main reason why the other owners are hesitant to install these coded lock systems. The unit could also use some new pots and pans. We cooked breakfast every day and the worn pans we had to work with were not the best. Also, there was no hot water in the bathroom shower off the master bedroom. There were only 2 of us so we just both used the other bathroom to shower

The condo had plenty of room for the lady group we had. Nice to have the washer and dryer to use while on the beach. Location was great since several great eating establishments were within walking distance. Nice to have the Double Tree tiki bar right next door. Loved the brick patios with covered picnic tables. It was a great place to sit with some of the family that couldn't navigate steps to the water. We will definitely return.

The condo was well stocked and very clean. The large beds were nice and very comfortable.

We had a wonderful time in this condo. It was very nice and clean, even the air vents were clean. The beachfront location did not disappoint. The corner balcony isn't really a bonus feature because the building right next to the condo sits closer to the beach and blocks any extra views. The AC worked well and kept the condo cool. The rooms were very spacious and there were plenty of hooks, hangers and storage. The kitchen was well stocked for our needs, we did not really cook any full meals. We all agreed we would stay there again when we go back to that area.
