The house was amazing and in great condition - the pool & backyard games areas were super fun to use! Matthew was an amazing host, was very responsive to questions, and gave us great recommendations for the area. 10/10!

As advertised, this house has plenty of space with lots of activities in the backyard. The bathrooms upstairs are newly renovated which was lovely. We generally enjoyed our stay with the exception of a plumbing leak/ issue that occurred on our second day causing a flood in the basement – we were told by the repairman it was due to flushing toilet paper in the toilets. The host was very responsive in getting someone out to make repairs, which we did appreciate but truthfully it was a frustrating experience to spend an afternoon on that and be told you can’t use toilet paper in your very expensive rental. Hopefully this is something that will not be an issue for future guests, but wanted to share our experience.

I rented this house for a golf trip with a large group of friends. The house was perfect and had everything we needed -- pool/hot tub, large backyard with tennis/basketball/beach volleyball courts, tons of bedrooms/space, etc.. The owner is super helpful, communicative and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

I rented this house for a 50th birthday with my friends and everything worked out perfectly. It's perfectly clean and ideal for a fun weekend with the pool, tennis, volleyball and basketball. And the basement was great too. I definitely recommend this house for a great weekend away!

Great property with a ton of amenities and things to do, in a very nice convenient location. The owner is amazing and beyond helpful and nice. A quick text away and always responsive, answers all questions and very honest and strait forward. Will definitely stay again!

The house has everything a vacationing family would need. From outdoor sports courts to the indoor game room, my family and I had a great time. Great kitchen amenities, two full-size fridges in the kitchen seems trivial, but it was key! TV’s in almost every room and WIFI throughout the house, the kids were connected and I took a few sneak email check-ins. The house is well maintained and clean. The bedrooms are spacious, located throughout the house, leaving a very spacious comfortable feeling. and the ceiling fans and common room high ceilings are ideal for air circulation. The accommodations could easily entertain family and friends (masked of course), looking for a retreat, and some rest, and relaxation. Overall, we enjoyed the sports, and backyard area, used the BBQ, and had a fun family game night in the game room. At night slept comfortably. The house was perfect, for our quick family getaway. As far as the owner, he was very friendly from the start respected our privacy. We were able to check-in remotely, all was set up when we arrived, and he responded to any and all of our questions immediately, thank you for making it a great stay! I highly recommend renting it.

I rented this house in April my family needed a change of environment to isolate and relax. The house was perfect, we were concerned about Wifi because I had to work from home and there were no issues in any part of the house. The house had a fully stocked kitchen with two full size refrigerators, the bedrooms all had flat screen televisions and seven full baths. The hot tub was a plus because it was to early in the season for the pool, we were able to use the ball court and play tennis. The game room was a great benefit especially under the circumstances we all endured this year. The furniture is nice, a bit dated but serves the purpose. All in all it was great stay, the owner was very nice and attentive to our request, we fully intend to rent again.

This property is not worth the money at all!! I felt like I was in a super outdated house with a nasty musky smell when you come in the front door. Everything is just hardly put together to look good but it doesn’t. I guess I can start with the extremely squeaky beds that we all slept on and woke up with back aches in the morning. You couldn’t move and inch literally with out it squeaking extremely loud. The tub didn’t drain well so we had water building up in the shower which was disgusting. In the upstairs bedroom one of the kids tried to open the curtains and the the whole thing came down on him thank god he wasn’t badly injured and the owner had the audacity to tell me that I had to pay for that. This property is so old I don’t know how he expects people to have a good time there oh and he want you sweep clean the whole house before you leave. Keep in mind we paid for cleaning service. The guy has a tennis court and no tennis rackets or balls how does that make sense we have to buy our own spend about $250 on that. When I asked him about it he said that he can’t buy new rackets after every tenant because they break them all the time. I don’t understand how you can break a tennis racket after one time use. The owner just wants to suck money out of renters and not put one dollar into this property beware! From the pictures it looks like it’s a good property and it checks off all the boxes you have a pool have a tennis court basketball court but when you come up close to all these items they are far from looking good. If I were you reading this review I will stay far away from this house.

Perfect relaxing family getaway. The property owner was great to work with.

My group had a great experience at Matthew's place! There were 10 of us total. More bedrooms and beds than we even needed. We had a great time playing tennis, beach volleyball, basketball and host of other games. Pool was clean and very refreshing. Every room was sparkling clean, and there were lots of extra towels and beach towels. Matthew was a great host, very responsive to questions and thorough with his instructions. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

Me and my coworkers had a great weekend! The house is incredible, the communication with the owner of the house was very very good, Mattew indicated everything I had the house and at all times was attentive to my questions. I recommend it 200% Thanks!!
