Great property! Lots of space. Kitchen was well equipped. The only complaint was that the cleaning company did not do a good job cleaning the floors.

We had a very pleasant week and were able to just relax and enjoy Hawaii. Thank you for the use of the beautiful property!

We have gone to Kona a few times and this was one of the best places we stayed. they had so much to offer, 2 swimming pools, close to town and to the store. and the bonus was my husband is a golfer and we were right on the 18th hole. It has a lot of room and I would stay here again when we come back!

This condo is wonderful and very well equipped, even including beach gear. The location is lovely, with amazing sunset views. We hope to return as we were very happy and relaxed here.

This property had everything we needed and although there was no air conditioning, we rarely were too hot as there was a nice ocean breeze most of the time. The owners/managers were very flexible with us about check in and check out times which was much appreciated. There was some confusion about some of the codes and passwords given but they were quick to respond to our text inquiries and all was good in the end. Also, we have stayed on a top floor unit in this complex as well as this bottom floor unit and I can tell you the road noise is much less on the lower level. Nice stay.

The place was just as it was listed and had everything we needed. The location was great and was quiet. The view from the lanai was a perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. We had an amazing vacation seeing all of what Hawaii has to offer for a second time. We will definitely be back and would love to stay here again.

First I have to say that Georgia, the property manager was a delight to work with. We had a few small issues and she promptly took care of everything. Pros: The property comes with everything you need and then some. Terrific location. Lanai with terrific view chairs and loungers. Cons: I guess we are clean freaks but recognize things will never be as clean as home. Carpets could use a shampoo, just a general deep clean. AC would be a big plus. I know you open the windows and get the breeze but when it’s raining, 80F, high humidity and not a breath of wind, we found it very difficult to sleep at night. All being said, we were very happy with our stay.

When we first arrived there were a number of things that concerned us, however we communicated our concerns to our property contact person and the following day everything was promptly take care of in a friendly professional manner. Older but reasonably maintained ground level unit, with good view and great BBQ,

The condo was beautiful! Loved being out of the hub of Kona but close enough to enjoy all Kona has to offer! The home is well stocked with towels, toys, beach needs and kitchen accessories. When we needed help with the condo Georgia and her husband Wayne were there! It is a must stay condo! Thank you for letting us stay!!!!

First off, we noticed that the place had not been cleaned as soon as we entered - counters not wiped, food on floor, table, and chairs, unwashed sheets, etc. We would have liked to cancel. We called the "guest contact" who came herself with her husband and sort of cleaned the unit while we sat and chatted with them (some holiday). The tried to soothe us by bringing a bottle of supermarket wine and flowers (non-Hawaiian) and offering us a $20 credit at a local restaurant, which we declined. This apartment faces East and West. So, we had boiling sun in the A.M. and worse in the P.M. This place did NOT have A/C. The furniture was Goodwill style. The TV cable didn't work. The kitchen was woefully inadequate in that it had no room for any storage because it was already filled with other people's debris, plates, glasses etc. were dirty and they were mismatched, range worked poorly, ice maker was broken, utensils were old and dirty, The codo was nothing more than an Hawaiian tenement. The photographer who took the pictures for VRBO should win a reward for beautifying nothingness. The course backs up right next to the 18th tee and the 17th green which puts twice as many carts and players at your doorstep at once all day long. Not to mention, the maintenance crew which starts at 5:00 A.M. mowing, blowing, and edging. It was a nightmare!

The Condo has a great location and is equipped with everything you need for the beach and for cooking. It is nicely furnished and makes you feel at home! I would definitely recommend it to anyone with family!

We loved the location and the lanai, the condo was very hot and didn’t have air conditioning. Sometimes the trade winds would cool it down at night, but it was hot mist of the time. Other than that we loved it!

We have three teenagers and a 10-year old boy and they absolutely had a blast!!! It is difficult entertaining teenagers, but with all of the water toys that was provided...it really allowed the kids to have a memorable, local experience of Kona. Additionally, the home had ample supplies for a comfortable stay and there was enough storage for everything. The house was clean and we had a designated parking spot near our unit. The dining area comfortably fit our family of six and the views were amazing from our lanai. Thank you very much for providing our family an unforgettable experience!!!

We had a great stay. The Condo has everything you need while on vacation on the big Island, for cooking, sleeping and relaxing. The condo was clean and everything in working order. Having beach chairs and sun umbrella and boggy boards etc is a great bonus. This is the first time in Hawaii we haven't had to by these items to visit the beach and be comfortable. WIFI and cable TV all good not that you come the Big Island to watch TV. The beds are comfortable. we ate all our meals on the lani which has a great view of the ocean and we used the BBQ to cook some meals. Grocery store , drugs store all close within walking distance. The grocery store has a great bakery and is also great place to get some daily caught fresh fish. Farmers market at the shopping mall that is close is on Saturdays staring at 8 am. There you can get fresh fish vegetables, fruit, baked goods etc. Pools are nice if you want a quick dip before dinner or in the morning. Other people staying in other condos we found them to be friendly and good neighbors. I would have no problem recommending this condo to family and friends.

We’ve been coming to the Keauhou area for about 8 years and love it. This is probably one of the nicest places we’ve stayed. The condo has everything you need and the lanai on the ground floors of CCV are spacious with a great ocean view. Highly recommended!

What a great place to stay while you're in Hawaii the family enjoyed it so much it's close to everything Georgia was great we will definitely tell everyone about it great place clean and everything that you would need was there so much better than a hotel where you can cook and just enjoy your evenings out on the Lanai

Beautiful condo! Well stocked and very comfortable. We spent 10 nights on a family vacation. Our daughters loved the pool. Location was great. We hope we get to stay again. Thank you for helping us make wonderful memories.

Loved this condo! Everything has been updated and it was stocked with everything that you would need, including beach gear, chairs, coolers, snorkel gear, wake boards, etc. Ocean view from the condo! You can grill dinner on the lanai and then watch the sunset from your outside table. It is located right on the golf course overlooking the 18th tee. We will definitely try to book this condo again!

A well kept and well stocked condo with lots of amenities available. It was on the lower level (of 3) which meant a stair way down to it from the parking lot but also meant a patio at ground level on the back side instead of just a balcony. The golf course was right beyond the patio but not open for condo occupants to walk on. There is a shopping center with a KTA grocery about a half mile walk away and good snorkeling at Kahalu'u Beach Park about 1.5 miles away.

Overall we had the most enjoyable & relaxing time in this home. Everything we needed, including beach & snorkeling equipment, was available with a very well equipped kitchen for preparing meals. If you’re not an early riser, however, take into consideration the golf maintenance equipment early in the mornings. Other than that, the sunsets, view, space & comfort were most pleasurable! We would stay here again. Mahalo!
