Marleys Cabin main living, dining and kitchen area are great for family gatherings, board games and relaxing - the big wood fire place us a special draw for us. Great views, very spacious. Hosts were awesome in corresponding from the very beginning of booking and throughout the stay with house info, restaurants, and things to do in the area. House was very well equipped with anything from WiFi to full house Alexa. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

Views are spectacular. The "cabin" is quite elegant and very comfortable for multiple couples. Kitchen is well organized, and everything worked wonderfully. We had great conversations, lots of laughs and relaxed with quite evenings reading and listening to the crackling fire in the fireplace. Need to get away and relax? This is the place.

Beautiful home with great amenities! Loved the fully stocked kitchen, and the family room was very spacious. The hot tub was already warmed upon our arrival and the views from all areas of the home were amazing! The owners were excellent at communication and checking on us. Would definitely recommend this home to others!

We loved our stay at Marley’s Cabin. The views from the master bedroom bathroom and the main floor of the house are just magical. The living room with big stone fireplace was the perfect spot for family board games, fun gatherings and watching Thanksgiving games on the cozy big leather couch in front of a huge TV. The kitchen was well stocked with all utensils, pots and pans needed for a Thanksgiving feast at their big dining room table framed by gorgeous sunsets over the blue ridge mountains. The jacuzzi was also a big hit after hiking and braving the chilly weather. We’d love to come back in the Spring to enjoy sitting outside on the gorgeous decks soaking in the incredible views. We will be back! Thank you Shannon for sharing your slice of heaven with us!

We had another wonderful stay at Marley’s Cabin. This was our second time staying here - the kitchen is wonderful and we’ll stocked. The dining room has windows on three sides with excellent Mountain views, the living room is spacious with a gigantic tv, the hot tub large and in good condition and two master bedrooms plush two more rooms. The master bedroom upstairs is amazing with a master bath with a amazing Mountain View. This house is great for a couple, family or group of friends. We’ll definitely come back to this property

The views from the house are spectacular. Owners thought of everything. House had everything we needed. Lots of room for us to spread out. Husband and daughter really enjoyed being able to walk out and start hiking. My youngest and I enjoyed the hot tub :) Overall a wonderful trip.

This property is beautiful, well advertised and appointed. We will rent again for sure.

The owners responded to all our wishes and requests promptly. That location can be iffy for cell service, but it was all over the Wintergreen Resort. You can text message easy. We would have stayed longer if we had the time. The weather was great. The Restaurant at the golf course was really nice for lunch and just a short walk from the house. There was only 3 of us and the hot tub was perfect at the end of the day. Want to go back in October and see the Fall foliage some time. We have never enjoyed anything from VRBO like this before. Memories to last a lifetime.

We just returned from a weeks stay at Marley's Cabin. This home is amazing. It is decorated so beautifully and had everything we could have needed for our stay. The view is breathtaking. We enjoyed this home and the area so much. We were all sad to leave, but hope to return again soon. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

The house was beautiful. It was everything that the pictures promised. Hosts were very responsive. The only negative was that dining options in the mountain were very limited. But 5 stars on the house and the hosts! Would rebook in a heartbeat!

This is the top property we’ve ever rented at Wintergreen. The views are incredible and you have them to yourselves as the trees obscure all neighbors. The furniture and tableware also much nicer than an average rental. Hot tub newer with great jets. A great stay and we would come back.

This is our family's second stay at Marley's Cabin, and we enjoyed ourselves even more (if that is possible) this year! Everything about the house is welcoming and open, and the view is spectacular! The house is beautifully maintained and equipped with everything you could possibly need. We cannot wait to return for our third stay at Marley's Cabin!

The house was terrific. Even nicer than the photos. The view from all three floors was breathtaking with unobstructed views of the mountains. Just a short drive to the ski lodge. We really enjoyed the stay and the owners were great!

The property was exactly as described. It was well appointed with anything you may need. I have to assume the owners are frequent travelers as they seem to have thought of everything. There were several small signs throughout the house explaining how everything works including the wood burning fireplace, hot tub, TV, etc. There was a notebook that contained all you might need to know about the area, including grocers and local attractions. The kitchen was supplied with a very nice array of quality dishes, pots, utensils, etc. We received about 6" of snow one night and the next day a crew arrived and cleared the driveway, stairs, and porches so that we could easily exit the property. It is very convenient to the Wintergreen Resort. We will definitely rent Marley's cabin again if we visit the area. Thanks so much!

The view is breathtaking walking into the house! We decided to get up to watch the sunset every day and it was beautiful! The days we were there it was very cold so we had a great time playing games by the fire. The house has a open and airy feel to it but so comfortable when you get cozy by the fire. Our family really enjoyed themselves...the perfect getaway!

Honestly this property is the best rental I’ve ever stayed in. Had all of the things you needed and everything you could potentially want. But what really sets it apart are the views. Absolutely stunning. Great to see the fall leaves and enjoy crisper temperatures. Already planning a return trip to have fun in the snow

The house is beautiful and the owners have thought of everything you could possibly need. The view is so incredible I can feel the stress drop off just looking out the window. Marley's is the best home I have ever rented at Wintergreen.

Just an amazing family vacation in a very well appointed home with stunning views of the mountains. We made family dinners every evening with a fully stocked kitchen with so many pots/pans/dishes/silverware/glasses/baking dishes/champagne glasses/wine glasses..food processor etc. Shannon has a fully stocked kitchen to accommodate any meal you may want to prepare. Hot tub on lower deck was so nice in the evenings with the cool summer breeze. Shannon responds in such a timely manner and is so accommodating with special request that we had. We look forward to returning next year but this trip will be for 3-4 weeks. Thank you Shannon for such a wonderful family vacation and you sharing your beautiful mountain home!

We were absolutely delighted with our week-long getaway at Marley Cabin, situated conveniently in the Wintergreen resort area in the mountains of VA. The owners did a fantastic job outfitting this gorgeous property with everything you could need to make your vacation experience a lifelong memory. From comfortable furnishings and top of the line technology throughout the property to the fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need to prepare and serve even a formal dinner for 8 to the thoughtful extras the owners placed throughout the house, there was literally nothing that we lacked during our stay. The owners and their management team were highly responsive to any questions/concerns, and the access to the resort pool and accommodations made us feel connected while still sequestered in our own world (especially desirable in these times!). There was a planned electrical outage that we were advised of in advanced that turned out to be one of the most amazing evenings of our stay as it happened to coincide with the peak night of the Leonid meteor shower. We were awe struck at the feeling of connectedness with the universe as we watched the celestial show while seated around the deck perched above the canopy of the trees on the cliffs below. I'd highly recommend any future guests plan an evening where you similarly disconnect from the impressive technology capabilities offered by the property. We also really enjoyed tubing down the James River and would definitely strongly recommend you take a few hours to check out the James River Runners tubing trips, which were very well run with an emphasis on social distancing. This is a top-notch rental. The 180-degree mountain view from the back deck or main-floor back windows just doesn't quit -- whether you are getting up to see sunrise over the mountains, or outdoors reading on the back deck during the day to enjoy the much cooler temperatures (about 15 degrees cooler than the valley for an average of 79 high in the summer) or the melodious bird calls, or at dusk when you can see the variations of blue in the more distant mountains after sunset or spot a black bear or beaver off the black deck perhaps. If you came to enjoy the mountain, this feels like your personal aerie. Our daughters enjoyed the hot tub and Lake Monacan down the mountain (using the property passes). The property comes with passes so my husband enjoyed daily tennis booked in advance. And we took advantage of the numerous mountain hikes, with one trail head just two blocks away and another with waterfall views. The Blue Ridge Parkway is also not far away with other famed hikes available. The entire family enjoyed walking near the golf course in the evening. The view from the bathroom tub in the master bedroom is truly special. The photos do not do it justice. During this time of COVID, when we wanted to stay within 3 hours drive of our house, we brought in our own groceries with coolers, but the grill at the golf course is open for takeout on the weekends. Two families met to have a vacation together. Home was perfect for the 8 of us. Hiking, tubing, eating and relaxing together for 5 nights!! The views from the home were amazing! Lots of great details in this beautiful home.

My family and I had a fantastic time at this property. The house is immaculate with all modern amenities and appliances. The views from the outdoor seating areas alone make this property well worth it. Conveintnet to all of Wintergreen and the surrounding area. It was just a short ride to any and all attractions. The hosts were responsive and handled any and all minor questions we had during our visit. We will definitely satay here again. Enjoy
