The keys are available for collection very quicky. There are some Safeway to get it right from the doorway. The owner will guide you to get the keys.

Its a two bedroom apartment in the center of the city which makes it easy for all to commute. There is a bus station right in front of the location. The owner gives you the complete information. You just need to ring him up before you reach and during your stay if you need anything. There are groceries like spar, carrefour and many local grocery stores near by which makes the availability easy. Pizza shop is very close by for a quick restaurant. Heaters are there in all rooms. You can contact the owner in case you need the temperature to be high or low. He will instruct you how to handle the heating systems. There is a beautiful kitchen with refrigerator, oven, a 4 burner stove, sink with dishwashing liquids and cleaning liquids available in site. vacuum cleaners available for a quick cleaning if you need. We can cook our own meals during your stay there. Grocery is easily available right near to the building shops like spar etc is near by. Wifi is available, quite area if you need to work, two bedrooms are available, with a king size bed in one room and 2 single beds in the other. The cool part is the closet area where you can almost store all your luggage and use it as a dresser. The washrooms are clean and looks like a newly built apartment. The stairs to the apartment may look a bit old but not a concern the apartment is good and beautiful. Overall the stay was good.

We stay in Tbilisi regularly and I would say without hesitation that this was most comfortable, convenient and value for money apartment for our family. We enjoyed staying here. Very hospitable host who was ready to help anytime of the day. Large, comfortable, clean rooms. All the amenities available as listed in the booking details. Private parking with available space at all times. Secure entrance to the building. Overall this place for us was 10 out of 10 without doubt.

1. Before check-in host contacted and guided the driver in terms of locations 2. Lady met at the entrance of the building and provided the key 3. Host provided a phone at the property to contact the host and to open the entrance door 4. There is a Spar and many other supermarkets and fruits shops 5. Metro station is also at a distance of 10-12 minutes walk 6. Halal food options are also available nearby 7. ATM close by just under the building 8. All basic amenities were available 9. Rooms are spacious 1 having king size bed and two single beds in the other room. 10. It's a historical building and upgraded and very well maintained. Highly recommended for short and more specifically for long stay

The host, an excellent gentlemen who would go out of the way to facilitate you. He waited for hours as it took us very long at the airport. Apartment is no less than any 5 star 🌟 hotel.
