Great location, very close to restaurants and town center

Could not approach the property by car, the streets were closed from 10am until 5am next morning. There was no AC, and we were there on a hot day and it was hot in the apartment. They charged us a deposit in Euros and when it was returned we got less money back due exchange rate difference.

Excellent location. Very quiet apartment. Both bed and bed settee very comfortable.

Nice, spacious apartment in a great location close to the centre of Graz. Good wifi. Clean apartment, except for the cutlery - see below.

The cutlery was filthy and obviously unwashed (see photo: https://i.imgur.com/9NUkkco.jpg - unfortunately, I was unable to upload the photo to Booking.com) so that we washed it along with the dishes and glasses before being able to use them. The description of the apartment had also promised a washing machine, which turned out to be incorrect. This was particularly disappointing for us as the washing machine was the deciding factor to book this apartment in the first place. We were on a trip through Austria and had planned to wash our clothes in Graz, hence the must-have requirement for a washing machine. The check-in procedure was tiresome for us, too, as we had to confirm our check-in time no less than four times. I appreciate the explanation offered by Welcome2Vienna, but in our many stays at rental properties this was - by far - the most complicated check-in we have experienced. I contacted Welcome2Vienna to discuss these points with them. They apologised and offered us a discount for future bookings. I appreciate the gesture, but it does little to remedy the experiences in this trip. Especially the missing washing machine greatly complicated the remainder of our trip. So, if you require a washing machine and are considering this apartment, check with Welcome2Vienna whether they have installed one by now!

Location is very central. There is a downside, however. It's a pedestrian zone and you can't even call a taxi to this place. If you have some luggage, walking a hundred meters up the street to meet the taxi is not nice.

Very dark apartment! No sunlight at all, you have to turn on electric lights all the time, and it's impossible to see the weather outside. A very narrow layout of the apartment. Tiny kitchen. Lack of kitchen utensils, for example, no knifes at all! Unprofessional staff. The owner (or his representative) initially led us into a wrong apartment, and it's a luck that we recognized his mistake by the absence of washing machine. Then he wanted to charge my credit card for the staying, but I suspected that I was already charged for it by booking.com. He had to call somewhere to confirm that. After finishing all formalities, he left us the key and left. Later in the evening, when we returned to the apartment, it appeared that he gave us the wrong key! After calling him and his colleague for half an hour and already prepared to stay overnight without all our stuff which is left in the apartment, I managed to reach him and got the instructions where to get the right key.

Very centrally located. Nicely appointed and spacious.
