The view from Aloha Villa #1 is just breath-taking and worth 5 stars by itself. We dined on the terrace very night and enjoyed the Hawaiian sunset. The location is great - right on the beach, close to a lot of things to do and restaurants. The apartment is 3 BRs and 3 baths, plenty big for a large group. I rated this 4 stars because the property is a bit dated (nothing too offensive but clearly straight from the early 2000s) but primarily the doors had problems opening and required maintenance (it couldn't be completed during our stay) and the furniture is in dire need of an upgrade. Probably the most uncomfortable couches and chairs you'll have find. .. I don't think it's an unreasonable expectation to at least modernize that. Also, there are several homeless people who spend the night on the beach but they do respect the property so nothing major to worry about in our experience

It was nice to be away from the noise and chaos of the hotels . I couldn’t recommend this place more highly, we will definitely stay again if we make it back to Maui in the future .

We had a phenomenal stay at Aloha Villas! The condo was exactly as described. It was in a great location super close to restaurants and grocery. And you can’t beat how close it was to the beach! Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Maui!

Great place right on the beach. Amazing views especially from 2nsd floor lanai. Jude the property manager was great to deal with and responsive. Close to town and able to walk to most places.

My jaw dropped when we walked in. The wall of windows was amazing with the ocean just a few feet away. We enjoyed every minute!

This is definitely a beautiful accommodation and location. We rented villa 1 and loved it. The views from this unit were breathtaking. The building is maintained extremely well. Many amenities are provided to make your stay enjoyable. The host and management team are excellent. Highly recommended for a relaxing and very comfortable stay. Definitely would return.

This is a wonderful place to stay while in Kihei. The location is great and the property is upscale, super clean, with tons of amenities!!

Couldn’t have had a better place to stay and have our wedding! The scenery and accommodations were nothing short of spectacular! Mimi is very helpful and easy to contact. All you could want in one place!

The villa was pure heaven! The view of the ocean from the master bedroom could not have been more perfect! Plenty of restaurants and shopping near by (wallking distance). The villa was equipped with almost everything my family of five needed. I look forward to staying there again in the future!!

The location and view could not be any better, with expansive 180 degree vistas of the ocean and neighboring islands from the balcony. The villa itself was the pinnacle of contemporary luxury, with 3 beds/3 baths and every imaginable amenity. Really had to drag ourselves away from the villa every day to take a drive around the island and explore everything Maui has to offer. A morning swim, breakfast on the terrace and a sunset cocktail with insane views were the highlight of every day. Mimi and Robert provided everything a vacationer or a family possibly needs (we had our two kids with us), really went above and beyond to make us feel at home. After the stay here everything else going forward is now going to feel like a step down. Can't wait to go back.

There were 17 of us in three of the condo's. Each condo was furnished lovely and well stocked with essentials including soaps, clothes, dish washing and body soap. Dishes, glasses, pots and pans, silver ware everything you would need to live. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and entertaining areas. Mimi and Robert were delightful and were very accommodating to our very needs. The views were amazing. I would stay at Aloha Villas again.

My family has vacationed and lived on Maui for over 20 years. We have stayed at every 4 star and 5 star resort on Maui. Our accommodations at this 5 Star Oceanfront/Beachfront was special. The view and the entire ambience was unparalleled. Much more than a resort, this property offers the splendor of exquisite living with the feeling of the privacy of your own home. We will always stay here on our future Maui vacations.

If heavens anything like this I want to be part of it. Outstanding all the way around my wife and I spent seven days enjoying ourselves on the beach and enjoying the property.

We rented Villas #1 and #2 from October 13 - 18 for our daughters wedding. What a spectacular venue! The pictures are exactly what the place looks like and the view is even better especially from unit #2, we could see for miles. The units had everything we could ever need from kitchen items to pool towels, sand chairs, pool toys, etc. Robert was waiting for us when we got there and walked us through both units so we were able to just unpack and relax. Mimi even stopped by the day before the wedding to say hi. I would highly recommend any of the villas!!!

My family and I rented all four villas for almost a week and we absolutely loved it. Mimi is extremely responsive and accommodating to our ever-changing schedules. She’s great to work with and truly cared about us and our needs. The units themselves are luxurious and warm, we immediately felt like we were home. Anything we needed, the units had already. During our stay one of the AC units broke and she had someone fixing it within a few hours. The location of the villas was great as well, right next to a grocery store and multiple options for meals anytime of day/night. I highly recommend checking out Nalu’s as well. Thank you Mimi...we’re looking forward to staying at Aloha Villas again soon!

Our stay in Villa #1 was wonderful. We had every thing we needed right at our finger tips. The furnishings were beautiful, and the view was breath taking. Saw some fantastic sunsets, and the sea turtles that visited the shore every evening were quite amazing. It was an all around perfect vacation, and I am sure we will do it again.
