The apartment it’s in a very cozy village, you have everything: restaurants, bars, shops. It’s a very quiet place where you can enjoy the sea from 10 m away. The apartments are good equipped, with AC in each room and comfortable beds. The host is very helpful and nice

For us it was perfect on this value

The house was literally on the beach, we had the apartment number 2 which is facing the back of the house and has a lateral view of the sea. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable enough. The balcony was really big and you could access it from all 3 rooms and we had a good view of the seafront (this meant that we were able to supervise the children playing on the beach from the balcony). There were 3 front-row sunbeds and an umbrella included in the price of the apartment. The beach was not crowded at all. We were able to truly relax. There is a football and a basketball court in front of the house and a small playground right next to it. Also a couple of taverns on the seafront and some stores on the main road, just a few minutes' walk. The Wi-Fi was ok, we sometimes got the signal while sitting on the beach, but then there were times when it didn't connect at all. There was a grill outside the house, but we never used it. We did use the washing machine to wash our clothes, there was some detergent and fabric softener available for use (but we had our own). We really appreciated the multitude of fresh water faucets with hoses (on the balcony, near the house entrance) and beach shower, which made it easy for us to clean the sand from our feet before entering the apartment. We were greeted with a bottle of rose wine and some mineral water, there were cookies at the main entrance to the building.

The furniture and floors in the kitchen/living room have definitely seen better days and can easily ruin the overall good impression. Also the kitchen utensils and cutlery were insufficient (there wasn't even a salad bowl, just a big pot we used for everything). There was a bucket full of dirty water in the bathroom when we first entered the apartment, which made us think twice about the quality of the cleaning of the apartment. There is a small playground for babies in the back of the house but the toys are a bit worn out from sitting too much in the sun (our kids were not that small anymore and we didn't use them). There were a lot of mosquitoes and flies (the owner did provide us with mosquito repellent electrical devices, but there wasn't much we could do about the flies). There are a lot of very loud seagulls in the area, which is most likely not something the owner could do anything about (fortunately there were no cicada noises).

There wasn't air conditioning in the living room.

This is the first property I have been to where the rating on booking was totally different from reality. I had a reservation for 7 days, but after two days I had to find something normal so as not to waste the entire vacation. The air conditioning was working in one bedroom, in the other after 3 hours of operation began to drip on the bed. The light in the bathroom looks like from a horror movie, during the shower we had to turn on the flashlights in our cell phones to see anything. The living room has no lighting and no air conditioning. Kitchen also without air conditioning, very badly equipped, practically empty cabinets, plus it seemed dirty. The whole apartment looks like from the 70's, the playground without toys what you can see in the picture. Strange smell in the rooms does not encourage to stay in the apartment On the beach dirty sun loungers with bird droppings. Parking either on the street or next to the building in a neglected courtyard.

Everything was ok

The apartment is 50 metres from the beach. The beach is very nice. The apartment is clean and comfortable. The owners are really friendly and hospitable.They welcomed us with a bottle of rosé wine and a small bottle of olive oil. Recommended.
