We had a great stay at Tinas. Everything was as described and more. Location, property, communication with Tina, we cant say enough.

We had a great time at Tina’s Lake House. The house was very clean and Tina could not have been more accommodating during our visit. We absolutely loved the location, the deck and especially the view. We would definitely stay there again. Did not want to leave!

Very family and pet friendly. Owner was very helpful and answered questions quickly. We had 8 people in our party from age 1-60. Very comfortable for everyone. I would definitely book again

This host has arranged the property and gathering areas in ways that are very family friendly, relaxing, warm and engaging!!! This is a great base for seeing many sites and waterfalls, too!

Tina was an incredible host. Set us up with everything we needed and more. The house accommodated the 7 of us no problem. Was very clean and everything worked. Right on the wine trail and not to far from Watkins Glenn. Fishing right off the dock swimming and kayaking during the day to nice fires at night overlooking the beautiful lake. Highly recommended would definitely stay again.

We stayed at this house with three other couples for two nights and then on the last night we had six family members stay with us and we had a super great time we kept our boat in the slip in front- everything was wonderful & clean & the owner Tina was awesome to work with!! would definitely recommend! very nice quiet place

Could not of asked for a better experience! Tina was a great host and her house was absolutely perfect. The house was spotless and the beds were super comfy. The dock and boat lift were great benefits to have when bringing a boat. Cant wait to book a trip for next year!!

We came up with our 4 adult children for our nephews wedding and made a week stay. It is located in a perfect location in a small cove right on the lake. The property had everything we needed and/or wanted. It is very accessible to all the activities the area has to offer by land and by water. Tina is a fantastic host and could not have been more attentive to making our stay wonderful. We enjoyed boating, paddle boarding, hiking the Gorge, as well as multiple wineries and breweries. We definitely hope to come back again. Thank you again, Tina!

This property is right on the lake with a dock, firepit, kayaks, outside seating, full amenities to enjoy a quiet lakeside getaway.

We absolutely loved the property and had an amazing time! Tina was quick to respond, give us advice on where to go, and had the place looking wonderful! We will without a doubt be back!

We had a great time at this lakeside house. It was a great location. Close to wineries and easy drive to Watkins glen. House was clean and the dock was a great spot to hang.

The property was very clean, well stocked. Host was very responsive and congenial.

Property was awesome. When we walked in, I thought it seemed bigger than the photos. The kitchen was so spacious - which is not always the case. Tina was awesome. Anytime I sent a note, she got right back to me. The lake could not have been more perfect; the water was soooooo clean. Having two docks was great! The one was soooo spacious as well; perfect for multiple fishermen and we had 3. Always a bonus to bring the dog and ours had a great time. We loved the seating outside the boat house. Tina has lights hooked up and a propane fire "pit"......so comfy and cozy at night. The only bummer was we only booked three nights. I loved it, my husband loved it and my son and his buddies loved it. We will definitely be going back. Thank you Tina for everything.

The cottage Was very well kept and in a beautiful location on the lake. Tina was wonderful with any questions and accommodations! They pretty much had everything you needed there, and it was very clean and cozy. I’ve already booked a second stay, and looking forward to it!

The property is perfectly set up for guests. Every amenity needed for a stress fee vacation. Tina is a wonderful host.

Annual family time on the lake. The house is clean and comfortable and very clean. The A/C is great on a hot day. The lake can be a little tricky if the waves are rough but most of the time the swimming is great. My grandkids loved the house, the swimming and exploring the gorge a short walk away. There are several flocks of ducks who visit regularly. Tina is a great hostess and tries to think of everything we could possibly need, including bottled water and Keurig cups for coffee, The house is roomy with a combination kitchen, dining and family room. The covered porch off the utility building is a nice place to sit and enjoy the lake without sitting in the direct sun. Parking is a little difficult but can be worked out easily. A great time was had by all and we plan to come back next year.

Quiet place to stay -best to escape fast and loud city life. Amazing host. We all enjoyed swimming in the lake and campfires in the evening.

We had a lovely stay at Tina's property. Nice, immaculately clean house, large enough to comfortably host our family. Convenient location, almost midway between the Watkins Glen, Geneva, and Pen Yan. Nice docks, easy descend to the water, fire pit, plenty of seating, both covered and in the open space. Well equipped kitchen - a huge plue for me, as I cooked both breakfasts and dinners while we were there. Coffee and drinking water are provided by Tina free of charge. Tina lives close to the property, but you will not see her at all unless you have an issue or a question. She responds to texts in minutes and is always ready to help out. We had a small issue with the running toilet tank, which was addressed within less than an hour. Added bonuses were our chats with Tina regarding the area attractions and company of the dogs! Highly recommended property - hope to visit again soon!

The house was perfect for my family, plenty of room. Easy access for swimming in the Lake which is where we spent most of our time. So many wineries, craft beer, and distillery places in the area. The house is pet friendly which was a plus for us and our dog had the best time swimming in the lake. The owner Tina was super friendly and always made sure you had what you needed for your stay. Plenty of coffee, water, paper products. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for some rest and relaxation or for the person who wants to sight see all day and sit by a nice fire at night.

This was amazing, we couldn't have hoped for a better family vacation. The place we stayed at was immaculately clean and kept beautiful. Tina Bowers who owned the rental was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. This was truly just the best experience hands down! We were there 1 hour and I was ready to book a vacation again for next year! We will be back...loved it! Thank you for making our stay so comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay!!! Tina Bowers thought of every comfort and convenience that we needed - paper products, coffee and water - what a load off. She is also a wonderful host and fun person to be around. It couldn't have gone better! Loved every minute of it!

This cottage was just as promised. We enjoyed the covered porches, the yard was perfect for corn hole or bocce, and the primary deck had a picnic table with benches and a rocker. Tina was super friendly and delivered plenty of drinking water & coffee. She made sure we didn't need anything. There were also a few extra niceties. Would like to return again.

The house is right on the lake. We had no problems putting our kayaks in. The area is quiet and neighbors are friendly. House was well stocked with cooking utensils and pots and pans. Covered porch was great to sit under in early morning and also when we had a rain storm. Just be careful when driving to house to follow correct road and the road is narrow. Otherwise the 8 of us adults had a great weekend.
